My fiancé, daughter, and I went to The Cheesecake Factory in Annapolis on a Saturday night, and we had such a good experience. We already love The Cheesecake Factory, but this time we decided to try a few different things. For our appetizer, we ordered the spinach dip. I usually get the crab dip, so this was my first time trying it, and it did not disappoint. It was hot, cheesy, and went perfectly with the chips. For our entrées, my daughter ordered the plain fettuccine Alfredo, my fiancé got the steak tacos with white rice and black beans, and I ordered the Cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and buttered corn. When I say everything was delicious, I mean everything! The salmon was cooked perfectly. I normally ask for my salmon extra well done, but I forgot this time, and it still came out exactly how I like it. The mashed potatoes were seasoned well, the corn was buttery, and the Cajun sauce was so good that I ordered extra on the side. My daughter's fettuccine Alfredo had plenty of sauce, so we didn't even need to ask for more. It was also my first time tasting it, and the sauce tasted fresh and homemade. My fiancé's steak tacos were also really good. They came with a creamy chipotle sauce that was delicious, and the soft corn tortillas were surprisingly perfect. However our waiter, Alexis, fair skin gentleman w/ a beard, did not deliver. Came with a family of 5. We all got our food and immediately I didn't like mine. Cuban Sandwhich. Not waiters fault, he didn't cook it. However what happens after matters. He gave me a menu and I found a replacement. 10-15 minutes. No show. I looked around and nothing. He came back and I asked for the check. He took it and didn't even acknowledge the fact that I wasn't served. No apology. No effort. Just took our check. When he gave the check back it still had the sandwich. I had to approach him again to remove it and he just too the check and adjusted it. No apology. Nothing. Approached the manager, Jordan, explained the situation. Alexis came back (finally covered) and I responded that I didn't like his customer service. He looked at me - and walked away. In front of his supervisor. Like I was trash and the customer opinion was nothing. The supervisor Jordan saw first hand his rudeness. He apologized and asked if there was anything. I simply said talk to that guy. Because he could checked up on me. He could have acknowledged his error with the check. He could have apologized in front of his supervisor when I called him out on his customer service. Instead he showed his true colors. He looked and walked away. Jordan his supervisor even witnessed it. If you're not in it for the customers then why even show up? I simply didn't like the food after my first bite and I deserved to be ignored while family ate? Cheesecake Factory will forever be a busy place to dine in no matter when you go. It's a nice restaurant and when they dim the lights at dusk it just makes the night even better. What stood out to me on this visit was our server Hazel K. She was hands down one of the best I've ever encountered in an establishment like this. She was extremely attentive and it seemed like she knew exactly what we needed at the right time. I would literally ask to be seated in her section if I knew her work schedule. The food was great. I had been sleeping on The Cheesecake Factory! Went on Friday night. Got a table for six after about 25 minutes. Everybody was courteous and seemed like they were enjoying their jobs. Our waitress was fantastic but I don't remember her name! (TCF: it was table #43 at 7:00 pm on 5/15/2026) she was friendly, full of energy and, although clearly busy, didn't miss a beat. I went with the Tuscan chicken off of the skinnylicious menu. It was a delicious dish with a lot of food and a nice balance of veggies and chicken. With the pan drippings my God the pan drippings from the jambalaya and I put a little bit of salt on everything after I tasted it first just needed a tiny bit of salt just a couple of pinches and some pepper and then I poured the pan drippings all over the rice and then I left some from the person I was with with the pasta cause he was Mr. Trevor tried to explain to him the pasta noodles you don't get the full flavor of the jambalaya so I told him I sit here. These are a pan dripping and pour that on there it makes it better. So he loaded up his jambalaya with a whole bunch of salt like salted it out and I was like god that's salty so I put some pepper in there and then he poured the pan. The rest of the pan drip is on. Didn't ask me if I wanted some more anyway I ate and ate and then I took a piece of the white bread and I chopped up the juices of the pan drippings while I was eating on my plate of jambalaya. Let me tell you cheesecake factory you guys are awesome hadn't been. My family was celebrating my daddy's 96th Birthday and it was the WORST! I got there at 3pm to put our name on the waiting list. The Manager Brian/Bryan quoted 45 min to an hour. The rest of my family came at 4pm. We didn't get seated until 4:50pm and he had an attitude after we waited and we had to keep asking what was going on! Great experience! Walked in in a Friday night and had a very short wait. We were told 15 minutes and we may have waited 5 before we were called to be seated. The place was packed so the wait was understandable. Parking wasn't bad at all especially considering the mall wasn't closed just yet. I expected the food to take a while but everything came right on time and was hot and fresh. I love the brown bread here it's one of my favorite things outside of the cucumber mint lemonade. I ventured out of my comfort zone just a little and ordered a new entree, Cajun salmon, which proved to be delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the sauce was delicious. I've been on a bit of a meatloaf kick lately. My friend said the Cheesecake Factory had some and it was pretty good. Since I wasn't that hungry I ordered the lunch portion. I think the only difference between that and the dinner portion is the number of meatloaf slices. The lunch portion was more than enough and my friend was right. The meatloaf is pretty good. The slices are nice and thick, flavorful, and it comes with mushroom gravy. I asked for it on the side for the mashed potatoes, but they accidentally put it on them. The mashed potatoes really didn't need any gravy in my opinion. I've had the mashed potato several times and they're always tasty; I prefer them au naturel. I like the green beans because they don't overcook them and they still have a slight crisp to them. For dessert, I wanted something I've never had before; I tried the lemon raspberry cream cheesecake. It's raspberry vanilla cake, lemon cheesecake, raspberry lady fingers, & lemon mousse. I know it sounds like a lot, but all of that together makes a really good dessert. There's a few different textures, a little tart & creamy from the lemon, and a little sweet from the raspberry. Recently ordered pickup here and the order went left. I know it was late 9:50 or so when I placed the order yet, customers should still receive quality service. I did not receive the correct order on this visit. Unfortunately after a long work day I ordered and wanted the steak diane. Instead I received - an avocado eggroll order ( I believe). I saw my name on the bag and the employee did ask to confirm. The wrong order was placed in the bag. I was so focused on getting home to eat when I saw the food I thought - this is why you have to always check for yourself. We had dinner at the Annapolis location around 6 pm last night. We ordered 4 cheese pasta, steak Diane, and Filet mignon steak and two salads, so the total i think was around 170. That was the worst experience we have ever had. The salads came out 1 min before dinner, and the filet mignon was chewy and no flavor at all. We told the waiter he said good feedback. Just as the hostess told me, the wait was still about 15minutes. We put our name on the list and waited.
