Visited this location with my cousin after spending the day in NJ. We had just ate at a Yelp Elite Experience so we weren't exactly ravenous. We had appetizers and drinks. I ordered my favorites: Factory Peach Bellini -- Prosecco and Peach Liqueur Blended with Peaches Crispy Crab Bites -- Bite-Sized Little Crab Cakes. Served with Mustard Sauce Crab Wontons -- Classic "Crab Rangoon" with Crab, Cream Cheese and Green Onion. Fried Crisp and Served with Sweet Chili Sauce. The food was made quickly and came out in an efficient manner. Everything at a nice temperature and fresh. The Wontons are not my usual when I eat there, but something different. They were very tasty! The waitress was kind and patient with us and didn't push for us to order more than what we wanted!! She didn't hover, but was attentive to our needs. Multi grain bread was the highlight for all of us. Baja chicken tacos were just okay. Rice and beans were lacking flavor. Meatloaf was good but the sides lacked flavor. Green chilaquiles with carnitas and eggs was light in flavor not sure we would get this again. Buffalo wings were good. We got the sauce on the side which allowed us to control the amount of sauce we used. Thai lettuce wraps was good. Light and tasty. The sauce helps to bring it all together. You never know what you are in store for when you go to a chain restaurant, but today's experience was quite enjoyable. We came around 230 on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. This restaurant is in a busy shopping area. We got seated for a party of 3 within 2 minutes. Our waitress was very good, kept our drinks full and checked on us regularly throughout the visit. I order take out bang bang shrimp and chicken every time its always been my favorite. We ordered tonight and it was terrible. It's always had a nice presentation with a dome of rice and the meat and veg around it. This was just thrown in there all together. I had to dig around to find the chicken and shrimp. There were 4 small chunks of chicken and 5 overcooked shriveled up ked size shrimp. The sauce tasted like it was from a can. Cheesecake Factory seems to always be super crowded with long waits. We stopped in on a Friday night, were told 30 minutes wait, ended up getting seated about 50 minutes later. The waitress was friendly and very accommodating with questions and a couple of special requests. The bread came out right away. Nothing special - a crusty white roll and a dark sweet bread that reminds me of Outback with a cold slab of butter. We got a bottle of the CF Cab which was decent. Ordered three entrees all of which were average but a decent size, and we all brought half home. It took a longtime for them to come out, but again in fairness it was a madhouse. The cheesecake is where this place shines as far as quality. We all shared the Reese's peanut butter cheesecake. So it's alright. I think I end up here about once a year, and say to myself, for the $180 bill, not including tip for three of us, there are much better places to go. read more

Ive loved Cheesecake Factory for many years. One of my favorite's is the Chinese chicken salad. The time before today I ordered the salad and I found maybe 6 pieces of chicken. Today I got maybe 4. Maybe I'm getting more grumpy as I get older because I said something. The guy apologized, then took us to the table. We found people sitting at our assigned table, so he pivoted and sat us in a booth by the kitchen. They have a bit of a fly problem at that booth. I didn't say a freakin thing. The wife had the fish and chips, she said was "ah, it was okay". My omelette was also okay. With the three pieces of cheesecake we brought home, it was under $100. I'm thinking I would have had a better time if the guy hadn't picked up the ticket, but that's on me. 3 stars for the flies. You might want to look into that. read more

Cheesecake Factory may not be gourmet food, but I like it because it's familiar and consistent. Or at least it was until my most recent delivery experience which was just crazy! We got mac and cheese, the Thai stir fry noodles, and bang bang chicken and shrimp. The mac and cheese had no cheese. The noodles were supposed to be vegetarian but had three sad pieces of shrimp in it. The bang bang chicken and shrimp on the other hand had no shrimp (and barely any sauce, but a huge lump of rice). How does any of that even happen? It was just so wrong it's funny, although I am bummed my fiance was so annoyed we can't agree to go back anymore. :( read more

My family loves the CCF so after shopping at Costco & the Towne Place where this was also located in, I knew I had to take them here for lunch. Our server, Jose was awesome- very friendly & attentive. We got the stuffed mushrooms, crispy fried cheese, miso salmon, filet mignon, rib eye steak and a kids' mac n cheese with fries & fruits. Everything came out fairly quick and all the food was hot and delicious as always. My mom loves their stuffed mushrooms & my kids really enjoyed the fried cheese. My favorite dish from the CCF is the miso salmon with brown rice- the sauce is so good. The steaks were cooked to perfection- medium as requested but the veggies were not cooked long enough- they were still hard & the green bean end pieces were not trimmed off. Nonetheless, we still had a good experience at this location (we live in Philly) and would definitely come back again. read more

It was crowded, but we were seated immediately. When we arrived it was extremely busy, I was deeply impressed by the crowds willingness to wait for the opportunity to dine. If they are willing to wait it out, the food must be good. Right? We were escorted to a two seater table by the window. The spaces of the table is very tight, so we are sitting very closely to the next table, it was tight. We received menus quickly but this place was moving this Saturday night so our waiter did take awhile to return, which he did apologize for the service. I ordered Margarita and fish tacos. The Margarita was filled with flavor and the fish tacos were crispy. I asked for a side of guacamole but he bought extra avocados, which I accepted because of the crowd. I seriously didn't know when the waiter would get back to us. The tacos were totally average, but the Tiramisu an Italian dessert made with delicate ladyfinger cookies, espresso, mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, Marsala wine, rum and cocoa powder was more than good. This place was loud. I wouldn't visit here for a quiet intimate evening with your significant other, this is definitely a family spot. There were many families and parties of more than five people, laughing and celebrating. I would go back to The Cheesecake Factory just to pick up the Tiramisu. I went to eat at the Cheesecake Factory dining in with my girlfriend Angela and my mother. We had a great lunch with exceptional service. Everything was wonderful and my pineapple chicken and shrimp was a surprise and delight to my tastebuds. I would highly recommend trying the pineapple chicken and shrimp as it combined a lot of sweet and tangy flavors. If you're feeling adventurous I would try it. My girlfriend had orange chicken and she loved the orange chicken (I took a piece and thought it tasted delicious). We both had passion fruit ice teas and they were delicious but definitely ask for sugar as it's unsweetened. My mother got chicken carbonara which she really enjoyed except the chicken she thought tasted not so good and different from how it was before. She still enjoyed the meal. She also said that the cucumber lemonade with mint was a tad too sour for her and not what she expected but she just wanted to try it out and see what it was like. Overall we sat in a beautiful booth with pillars and artwork surrounding us, it is very ornate inside and reminds me of ancient (Aztec maybe) interior design. For an appetizer we chose the a Avocado egg rolls with came with an amazingly flavorful Tamarind dipping sauce. The flavor of this dipping sauce made the dish. For drinks we had a Spanish whiskey sour made with their homemade Sangria and a skinny cosmopolitan. The drinks were well crafted and tasty. This was actually my first time at Cheesecake Factory so tonight we decided to try it as a family of 3 on a Friday night. It was super crowded and we had to wait which was to be expected. Once seated we were greeted and our waitress Amy took our drink order. I ordered the passion fruit mojito? I didn't taste any passion fruit it must've been the original. My son ordered the non alcoholic fruit punch and liked it. First I must say am I the only one that thinks it's weird that the entrees don't come with side salads. I always eat a side salad with my meal snd the fact that I had to pay an additional $10 for a side salad I thought was a little weird. We started with the Mac and cheese balls which were very oily and whatever that bang shrimp is which was bland to me. For our entrees I got the Shrimp Alfredo, the shrimp are on the small side, it's ok but not great. My son got the flatbread and my husband got the fish and chips. On a busy Friday night our group of 6 had reservations at 7 pm. We were promptly seated as the waiter came over to take our drink orders. They brought over a basket of bread along with a large pat of butter. My wife ordered the Mexican Salad which she enjoyed, but thought it was too large with too many taco strips. I ordered the Lemon Garlic Shrimp off the Skinnylicious menu. It was superb. I received at least 6-8 medium size shrimp well seasoned in garlic along with some spices, asparagus and lemon/garlic pasta. For 590 calories, you can't go wrong. Since we were celebrating a birthday, our guests being members of the Cheesecake Rewards received a comp for their cheesecake. My wife and I split the Salted Caramel Cheesecake. Today May.1,2024 I came to brunch with Mama Suz & my boyfriend Little Georgie. I decided to have 'Orange Chicken with White Rice and Veggies.' It was delicious I might add and the service was excellent as usual. It took 15 to get a seat (available seating everywhere and employees standing around) my guess is they are racist towards white people. Could be wrong. Finally seat, ordered. Drinks came out. I had an ice tea with Floaties. I asked for another without the floaties. Food comes out and there were a couple hairs in my salad and my wife's cheese burger was burnt (asked for medium). We complained and got the "Sorry for the bad experience bla bla bla" they offered to take some of the bill off and we said No, we paid full but will never come back. This place was once awesome. My experience....... For my Very First time here for our work "After Holiday" party. I'm glad that I didn't ask to come here with my husband and waste our money. Lol. The sad part is that I've actually wanted to come here for a Reallllly Long time. The young ladies at the podium where you check in for reservations were NOT ONLY VERY rude. They didn't really Want to help out when we came inside to check to see if our table for ten was ready! Many of our staff we're already here early and came an hour (5:30pm) before the rest of our party was due to come.(6:30pm).... After a few minutes of arriving... we were told by the large woman at the podium that we could walk around the restaurant and look for our party. Virtually, no help at All. Lol. Have they ever heard of customer service or customer experience? Most likely Not. After walking around randomly, awkwardly past people eating their meals, we found our party who were crammed around a high top table. Our party sat in the bar area and finally was seated after checking with the staff two times after they mentioned that any second the tables would be cleaned off and we would be seated. Finally, we were seated about 7:30-7:45pm. The place IS decorated very nice inside. A TON of people waiting around and no order. I guess I'm just really disappointed because I held This Prestigious "Cheesecake Factory" that I've held up on this fake pedestal.... Lol. Totally NOT what I had imagined. The ladies at the podium didn't seem to know what was going on, one said that both tables needed to wiped down and the other assured me that the couple were ordering desserts and then leaving, the two girls glared at one another and maybe they had no idea which tables the other girl meant. Couldn't be the same ones. Definitely a stressful experience when we are just trying to enjoy a meal together,...and not helpful or kind, at all. Our server was Zach. Definitely very nice.... Attentive.....But slow and several people in our party got their Food made wrong and Late. Frustrating.... Definitely NOT the Caliber that I held Cheesecake Factory to. I always thought CF was more Upscale and a little more Fine dining. Another disappointment. It is a glorified Applebees. The main appetizer was sold out (Mac n cheese balls) and the other ones tasted like something I could have popped in the microwave at home. So, just to recap.... I Arrived about 6:30pm....the last few people in our party arrived by 6:45pm....Fast forward.... About another Hour. Jesus. It was getting close to most of bedtimes. Lol. Almost 8:40pm we were served out dinners and by 9:30-9:45pm we were wrapping up our desserts. Dinner lasting 4-5 hours. Kind of ridiculous when it is mostly pasta, steak and chicken dishes and made wrong. Lol The only dishes that didn't get made wrong was the burgers and the spicy Rigatoni pasta dishes. Clearly, the cooks don't pay attention and my steak was rubbery and Not cooked Medium. Our bill was about $410.00 and Zach was given a decent tip but A Lesson in.... HORRIBLE!!! I called on Dec 9th to make a reservation for 10Ppl on Dec 31st @ 6pm for my mother's memorial birthday dinner. at 4pm on Dec 31st I called to confirm my reservation. I was told by a young lady I believe her name was Katie, that there was no reservation for us. she then put me on hold, came back to the phone to say she found our reservation. she then read off all the information I gave originally to confirm my reservation. we arrive at 6pm to be told there's no reserve for us and we'll have to wait until a table is available. asked to speak to a mgr the Supv Jordan told us there was nothing he could do to accommodate our reservation because he didn't know anything about it. after driving an hour to get there we had to wait an hour for a table and an additional hour for our food to be served. we also had to send back the wine because the glass was dirty. couldn't try the Mac and cheese because they ran out. our server was phenomenal. but waiting two hours for dinner after making a reservation, our bill total was $600 no one offered any form of apology. There was zero attempt to compensate us for the inconvenience. the Whole experience just ruined the night. read more

Was late afternoon, semi crowded - the host wasn't very friendly, had the attitude as if we were bothering him asking for a table. We sat down and our even less than enthused waitress took our order. We put in an app of the pretzel bites and also gave her our entree order at the same time. We waited for a good 15-20 mins before asking about the app and she was like "oh...yeah" she clearly forgot to put it in then comes back and says "We are out of pretzel bites" at this point we figured our entrees would be out any minute so we just skipped on asking for another app. My boyfriend ordered the 3 (or 4?)cheese pasta and I ordered the chicken romano. When our food was delivered the waitress said "I'll be back with more sauce" because clearly there was barely any sauce on the plate. She never returned with the sauce. At this point we were hungry and just wanted to eat because the food was luke warm and didn't want to wait much longer. Finally it was time for dessert and we wanted to try a slice of one of the wonderful cheesecakes we heard so much about. We went with the "Celebration" Cheesecake. By the looks of it, was amazing and smelled good. Was a little disappointed in the taste maybe too much icing. The slices were huge so we asked for a box to take the rest home. After we got home we started feeling sick. Even waking up this morning, my boyfriend was throwing up, he said it was the cheesecake that came up. Im not saying the food was the direct blame but it was a weird coincidence that we both got sick at the same time. My family dined here on Veterans Day because we were all off and had nearby appointments. The place wasn't crowded, and we were seated rather quickly. Our waitress came to our table after another staff member asked if we were being helped. After taking our order she brought the bread. Not really enough for four adults. One daughter had the Salmon Miso, and enjoyed it. My other daughter and I ordered the crusted chicken with spaghetti. The chicken was tasty, but I thought the pasta sauce was tasteless. Mine was served on a cold plate and my spaghetti was clumped together. We weren't asked if we wanted grated cheese. My husband had fried chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, corn, string beans and a biscuit. He said the accompanying dipping sauce in a cup was too hot (spicy). That wasn't mentioned on the menu. Lastly, his string beans were dried out, and inedible. He left most of the sides uneaten. We asked for more bread during the meal, and were told it was still in the oven. Every meal we've eaten at TCCF, we were told the same thing. I believe it's a way they save on bread. All in all, an unpleasant dining experience at the restaurant today. Not a total catastrophe but overall, not the best of the chain that I have visited. Our sever was doing the best she could and the food was the standard fare to expect. However, the management of the restaurant overall was lacking to a high degree. As we were there for a planned birthday the event from the get go pretty much headed downhill. From being told to having reservations to then being told there wasn't any. To the over table staffing of our server between tables, and then how the billing had to be done, and a messed up delivery of what was supposed to be the birthday cheesecake, and then how they billed out in the end and almost screwed our server out of a tip, it was just a management fiasco. And I say this as a person with good service experience and knowing the ins and outs of how to serve tables. Spending half the day and the going back and forth, made for a very unpleasant experience. Not to mention we had basically a party of seniors and there were only 4 handicapped spaces totals, which, a good number of older seniors were there from other groups as well., But at the end of the day, it all comes back to the management which in all we talked to three by the time it was over, and all said and done.
