Solid standard Olive Garden experience. Our service was a little slow though it wasn't extremely busy in the weekend afternoon and we had to ask for a few things rather than having the waiter check or auto refill. The food was all very delicious and exactly what we ordered, but everything just seemed perfunctory and uninvolved. A bit of extra effort or focus could have made this a really great experience. Parking is immense but I bet it still gets full at peak times and easily accessible on the highway. The bathrooms are cramped and towels a bit hard to get to with wet hands and not being tall. A fine stop if you want a nicer meal experience than fast food but only if you want to spend more and not have better service. read more

Food was good but the service left a bad taste in our mouth. Host named Matt (About 5'8 Asian male with curly hair) near the front was extremely rude about our seating. He guided us to a seat that was semi-blocking the doorway and we asked someone to change our seats and then they agreed. Matt comes back a minute later telling us we cannot sit there because it's for a table of three and rudely told us to move. So we got back up and sat back at our initial seats. We then watched as Matt sat down 2 people into the tables. Not being one to assume, we watched through the dinner to see if this supposed 3rd person sat down, and they never did. On a second visit I had to deal with an overbearing waitress named Jackie who asked for ID for every person in my family for drinks. When providing a picture ID was told it was illegal. Upon looking up the laws in New Jersey, she was in fact lying. Someone else ordered a drink and had their id on them, and they passed me the drink to try, to which the waitress ran and got the manager who came over and moved the drink back to the person with ID. After an intense craving for breadsticks, my fiancé and I decided to dine in at Olive Garden on a Saturday night. Despite the website saying there was no wait, we ended up having to wait about 15 minutes (not bad!). Our server was great and our food came out quickly. We split a red blend bottle of wine that was only $15! We both ordered chicken alfredo and our food came out piping hot. The breadsticks and salad were just as good as I remembered. Service was poor...i have gone to this location 4-5 times, generally sit at the bar. but went the other night, got spaghetti and meatballs, the spaghetti was so hot and fresh, but the meatballs were cold and tasted like they were sitting around. I was so turned off I asked to speak to manager and told bartender i could not eat this and worried about getting sick from meat that was sitting at the wrong temp too long. On a normal visit to a Olive Garden, we have a Great Experience, But today was Very Different and disappointing. Thankfully, the staff and management Came right to our side because my husband is Meal was raw/on cooked inside. Our server also had a wedding rehearsal dinner which I kind of thought was odd that she would have such a large party and still be expected to care for regular guests with no help, it was quite disappointing because of the fact that it took forever for her to refill our drinks and get us more salad. It was about 20 minutes, so my sister and I decided to stick around. Those hosts at the front were pleasant and sat us as soon as our text notification came that our table was ready. Our waitress introduced herself and was fairly friendly. She took our orders for our entrees and also for our preferences regarding soup or salad with our breadsticks. Soup, salad, and bread arrived in about 10 minutes. We refilled our breadsticks a few times, and the portion was shrunk a bit each time we asked for a refill. Our entrees came over about another 10 minutes after our breadsticks. Overall, the flavor and quality lived up to expectations. Olive Garden is known for its signature flavors, not its Italian authenticity. Service was decent, portions were good, and the experience hit the spot. I'd come to this location again on a weekday. At risk of giving away my age, I've been coming to Olive Garden since I was a kid! They got their start in the swamps of Central Florida back in the 80's under the ownership of General Mills. Back then, they'd actually make fresh pasta in the front of the restaurant, and they had an outdoor patio where one could have drinks while waiting for a table...there was always a wait! Now...times have changed. Oftentimes there is still a wait for a table, but nothing is freshly made. The good thing is that tonight, the breadsticks tasted as good as they ever have: lightly crisp on the outside, soft inside with a nice garlicky exterior. We splurged for the heart attack inducing Alfredo sauce in which to dip the breadsticks, and it's well worth it. In fact, I was just about full off of the breadsticks, salad and the mozzarella sticks we ordered as an appy before it was entree time. Fortunately I was able to sample the braised beef bolognese enough to tell you that it's mediocre. It's a HUGE mound of pasta covered in sauce with shredded beef throughout. I asked for the beef rare but frankly that made no difference. I was expecting nice, fork tender cubes of cooked to order braised beef, but that's not what you'll get with this entree. Stick to the braised beef and tortellini, it's $2 less and you get actual beef chunks and tasty, cheesy pasta. We even splurged on a bottle of "Head to Head" red blend wine: about $24. A 9 ounce "quartino" glass is $9, so we used that as an excuse to get the bottle! It's not bad at all, I'd buy it any day for the $12 a bottle it costs "on the street," and it is better than some of the more expensive wines on OG's menu. Dessert was an espresso, it helped stave off the caloric, carbohydrate induced coma that one will inevitably leave this restaurant with. Our served was Dominique and she was pretty attentive, my only complaint is and didn't refill my water toward the end of the meal. She did kindly bag up our massive amount of leftovers and even offered us extra chocolate mints (they used to be from Andes, not sure if they still are). This isn't a place to go if you want scratch cooked fine cuisine. You can find that in many of the mom and pop spots in this area or even at maggiano's or carrabba's. What you will find (on a good night) is consistency, a large menu and huge portions. Of course it's not "real" Italian, but who cares? You don't come here for that. read more

This is one of the best, if not the best, Olive Garden locations that I have been to. Frequented this location many times, both myself, and with my mother. Loved it! Hosts are meticulous on getting you seated on time. Servers are friendly. Food is delicious! I mean I love Olive Garden food in general, but this location is really dependable on never missing the mark. Here's my order: Obviously you start with the famous breadsticks. Served hot. Appetizers: Fried Mozzarella Lasagna Fritta Entrees: Fettuccini Alfredo Shrimp Alfredo Shrimp Carbonera The Dolcini is really good for dessert. Their raspberry lemonade is everything! On a side note: I saw one reviewer post below about her pregnancy announcement. And how management and staff went above and beyond to make that special for her. Olive Garden was my go-to place when I was younger. Literally spent every birthday dinner at OG. Somewhere in between my teens and my twenties though, I realized Olive Garden was fake italian food and frozen, and started to venture out to real italian places. Now, why did I come back here recently you ask? My friend was craving eggplant parm, and we were already at Cherry Hill Mall, and Olive garden was the closest restaurant serving eggplan parm. One thing that has changed over the years is their quality of food, price of food, and service. The eggplant slices were much larger than they used to be, however, the sauce on them was minimal. They now charge extra for all sauces and switching pastas (like Alfredo instead of angel hair), and we honestly waited our entire meal start to finish until we received our bread sticks. One thing I liked was you get 1/2 off wines while you wait with a buzzer, so my wine came out to $3.50 - not complaining. Would I recommend? Doesn't matter because the line is out the door every time that I've been here! read more

Olive Garden is a love it or hate it kind of place- and I've had experiences which have made me feel both ways, landing me at a 3 star for my review. Olive Garden is notorious for their array of deals, my favorite being the eat one take one. But I recently discovered their Pronto lunch special. The Pronto lunch special has a few different menu at low prices, all including salad and breadsticks. With the pronto lunch special they get you in and out QUICK, less than half an hour quick. Be warned- the portions are much smaller then what you would regularly expect. As for Olive Garden in general- it's a great Americanized Italian restaurant. Like most chains, there is something for everyone on the menu and pricing is reasonable. My favorite part about OG is the breadsticks, which you can take home if you don't finish them all. I'm also a huge fan of the salad, and they sell the dressing on site. My favorite dish is the portobello ravioli; 8 ravioli stuffed with portobello mushrooms covered in chopped tomatoes and a light red sauce. I've never had a bad experience at this Olive Garden! I came here last night for my mom's birthday dinner. Although it was crowded for 6pm on a Sunday night, we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress Nicole R. wad an exceptional host. She was very thorough with the menu offerings and was beyond pleasant. I wish more waiters possessed the customer service skills that she does. This restaurant ran like a well-oiled machine last night. Other staff brought us our drinks almost immediately after being ordered, our food also came out quickly (the beef in my entree was a tiny bit over done, but not worthy of sending back). The restaurant also offered my mom a dessert shooter for her birthday. For 4 large meals (we all had left overs), we got out of the restaurant for around $100 with tip, which is very reasonable, in my opinion. I just wanted to say a big thank you again to the manager and my server!! Today I was planning to tell my mom I was pregnant and took her to her favorite restaurant which is Olive Garden! We enjoyed our lunch and when it came time do have dessert I had asked them if they could put on the plate where the dessert will sit saying " I'm pregnant " they were more than happy enough to and congratulated me multiple times. They were seriously the sweetest!! The manager even used my phone to video and take some pictures of the special moment which I really appreciated!
