The entire team -- Stefanie (owner) and Heather (office manager) -- are incredibly approachable, welcoming, and professional. You instantly feel cared for. My esthetician, Brooklyn, was exceptional. Her touch is soft yet firm -- deeply calming and soothing. After a thorough cleanse and derma-planing, the exosomes caused a slight tingling at first, but as Brooklyn gently massaged them in, it completely dissipated. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the aromas of the exosomes and PDRN were -- subtle, clean, and luxurious. The results speak for themselves. Thats a hefty amount on top of an already expensive service. It sadly made me uncomfortable, because I was under the impression since injectors are medical professionals, tipping wasn't encouraged like that. I definitely believe in tipping for great service, but having the iPad ask like that seemed pushy.

One reservation was for someone who is on Yelp Elite, and the other person is heading back to the East Coast on Jan 2nd. Also, the refund of the two $25 deposits would take 5-7 business days. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got the money back immediately. Moral of the story is eventhough you schedule your appointment window, pay for the deposits and put in requests to take time off from work, you're still at the mercy of the business owner and when she decides to work.
