The pork BBQ is solid but it is not great. The pork for all the Smithfield locations are cooked overnight on site. The meat is not cooked over wood, but rather in large ovens, so there is no smokiness to it. The fried chicken is very good, and they offer a chicken tender sandwich that is very good, and rather large. The Brunswick Stew is good, as are the FF and slaw.
