Ramen and spicy ramen with a sake watermelon margarita

I had a good time, waitress seemed a little slow mentally and started watching the game while we were waiting for her to bring a box. Good was really good though, waitress.....not so good. Alcohol was very overpriced and not worth it.

I stayed close by and was pleasantly surprised when this place came up on my search results. I ordered the shrimp pho which had lots of noodles and shrimp included. They brought the spice rack which I definitely took advantage of. The broth had a nice flavor and almost made me fill up sipping on it before finishing my pho but I was persistent and had a little juice leftover. Looking around however, I will say that the crowd comes specifically for the seafood boil bags which I'll think about trying on my next visit there.

We had a great experience here! I ordered the veggie pho and my friend had the beef pho -- we both loved it. The broth was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Dawn was an amazing server, super kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Service was good, food was tasty and served quickly and draft cider was very tasty.1/2 lbs combo shrimp and snow crab was right size.

Best kept secret in Smithfield I had the pleasure of eating at this establishment on 1/24/25 and I enjoyed it very much. The establishment was clean and my food was hot. I had the seafood platter the flounder was seasoned properly and the fish seasoned just right. We had the pleasure of meeting Hong he made this next dish I'm about to brag about " Gumbo ".. The best I ever had , a 10 out of 10.

We arrived at Capital Seafood & Noodle Bar in Smithfield shortly before 7:30 PM and were able to choose our own table since the restaurant wasn't busy. After sitting down, it took about 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and take our drink order, two Dr Peppers and a strawberry margarita with sugar on the rim. We also placed our food order at that time, each of us selecting a different combo from the "Your Catch Combo" seafood boil menu. Drinks arrived around 15 minutes later, the sodas first, and then my margarita, which unfortunately came with salt instead of sugar on the rim. I didn't send it back but avoided the rim altogether. It took nearly 30 minutes for our food to come out, and I had already noticed our three seafood boil orders sitting on the counter for about 7 minutes before they were finally brought over. When our food arrived, the server asked if I wanted water, noting that people who drink alcohol usually do, I said yes, but the water didn't come until 20 minutes later. The boils were okay, though I was surprised the potato and corn weren't cut, just large whole pieces. I asked for a knife, which came as part of a plastic cutlery set 10 minutes later, still wrapped, and with my hands messy from eating, I just bit into the potato. The overall experience was underwhelming due to the lack of attentiveness from our server, especially given the slow pace and how empty the restaurant was. It even took another 15 minutes to receive our check. While the spice level was as requested, the boil itself lacked flavor, and we ended up spending two hours there for what felt like an unnecessarily drawn-out experience.

The steamed seafood combo was very good. The fried fish was good but could have been more flavorful. The staff were super accommodating.

Definitely no long wait times to get your meal. The portions are awesome too and always so fresh! I think this is the best authentic Japanese food you can find in the area. There is plenty of options to choose from too. Sushi, ramen, bubble tea, teriyaki. They have it all and it tastes amazing! I recommend the tonkatsu ramen, friend gyoza and the shrimp tempura roll! Can't get any better than this.

The music was a bit too loud but the overall vibe was as expected. The menu was updated and the specials seemed very creative. We ordered the boba drinks but they forgot the boba and I had to ask for it afterwards. Overall delicious food just a bit frustrating to wait for the basic server attention. I will definitely return to try the specials and I hope by then they get more staff.

Great service, quick and happy to serve! They do not skimp on amount of food either. The price you pay here is great compared to west coast. Lots of thick pork, charred, and lots of noodles and toppings. High quality blended chili oil was also a surprise. We'll be back! I ordered Spicy #2 but I think a great order is to try the tonkatsu regular and the spicy #3, order the side of chili oil! Thanks team! Very good job

Nice little shop, fun artwork on the walls themed to the store, simple counter order and they bring it out when ready. Unfortunately for me, they had a lot of options I wanted to try, we ended up with the edamame, some pork belly cheese fries, and since it was warmer we went with rice options instead of ramen. I got the tonkatsu rice bowl and she got the Japanese curry rice bowl. Between the appetizer and the meal we were both unable to finish and I enjoyed it the next day as a left over. They have a great self service option for take away containers which I appreciated, except my skills of 'dumping from bowl into container' were less than stellar. While we probably won't be back often as they're a 45m drive from our normal haunts for a 'whats open after 8pm on a Friday' they were a welcomely pleasant surprise and quite good.

Noodle Blvd is located in a spot that you could easily miss, but it's easy to get back on track. I pulled into the gas station parking lot beside the restaurant, then just turned right into the restaurant parking lot. The parking lot is fairly small, so be warned about that. My friend was there when I arrived, and he sat at the bar. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and waves. It was very inviting, which is fitting for a ramen restaurant. My friend ordered us Lychee Margaritas, and oh my goodness, it was so good! We decided to visit right at opening on a Saturday, so the bartender was still preparing some of the ingredients needed for the margarita. The bartender informed us that it's usually better once a key ingredient sits for a while, but I loved the drink regardless. I ordered edamame for an appetizer, which came quickly and was good! Since I've never had ramen before, I asked our server what he recommended, and he told me about some of their most popular dishes. He told me the N9. Chicken Curry Ramen was a favorite of his and the patrons, so I decided to order that. It came quickly, and I was immediately in HEAVEN upon my first bite. I loved every bite after! I decided to play it safe with the spice and got level 2, but I can definitely go up a level or 2 since I love spicy. Highly recommend, and I will be back! Worth the drive from Clayton, where I live.

The short rib ramen was good, but the noodles were short, like they were cut or made short on purpose. The shrimp shumai was disappointing. Small bite sized portions, but they were soft. After cutting into one, I found out that they use rice as a filler with a bit of shrimp. I've never seen rice used in shumai, unless it's Shanghai sticky rice shumai. Also got a unagi don togo, it was good, just a bit small on the portion of eel, but it's hard to mess up an unagi don.
