I had the black walnut, they had the cookie dough, and Jacksonville. The young lady present was very nice and provided us with great service. The space was beautifully decorated, full of eye candy (literally, lol), clean, and inviting. We enjoyed our creamy and flavorful sweet treats! The cones were tasty as well. We waited over 35 minutes for our order. The self-order system is no longer an improvement when customers aren't helped properly. Instead of clearly presenting the cookies, boxes were simply handed over. When we had to ask for something, the staff member seemed annoyed. When we expressed our concerns about the wait and service, they turned around and walked away. We've been to many Crumbl locations and have always had good experiences, which makes this visit even more disappointing. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to the Medford location

The menu is very small - choice of sandwiches are pulled pork or beef brisket for $8.00. If you want to add a drink, chips, and coleslaw it's an extra $2.00. They also had separate sides like smoked mac 'n' cheese and baked beans. We each ordered the sandwich meal combo (my brother and I had pulled pork and my mom had beef brisket), picked out our chips (only three choices) and sat down. A couple of minutes after we sat down one of the staff members called out to us "Do you want coleslaw on your sandwiches?" Really? Couldn't ask us that when we were ordering? My mom and I asked for coleslaw on the sandwich but my brother didn't want it on his...so you would think they'd put it on the side because it's what we paid for, right? Just wait. They brought out our sandwiches...sigh. The meat was dry and lukewarm, not very much sauce, and my bread was wet and soggy (no, not with sauce). My mom said her beef brisket was tough and chewy - also, not much sauce. Neither of us could taste the coleslaw, it's a vinegar based dressing (which I totally prefer over mayonnaise) so it was disappointing that it tasted more like raw, crunchy vegetables on top of dry, lukewarm meat. Remember my brother didn't want the coleslaw on top of his sandwich? Ya, they didn't even give him any coleslaw at all. He's the the type that doesn't like to complain (even though it wasn't his fault) about something when it comes to a restaurant. Also, we were asked about three times how our food was - one of the girls got all snarky because we said it was okay. That being my review I will now say that I am from Texas, so I've had my fair share of BBQ. You can get a big, juicy pulled pork sandwich for about $6.00 and it's delicious! On a weekday morning right during opening, as soon as I opened the front door, I could smell funky blue cheese wafting through the entire shop. Rogue Creamery doesn't make many types of cheese - just a couple of blues and cheddar, nestled in a single refrigerated display case, but they also offer other cheeses from several different outside suppliers. To complete a cheese plate, they also sell an assortment of charcuterie items like jams and honeys, and plenty of items in the fridge. Of course, since we were traveling, we couldn't exactly buy much, so we went with one of their famous grilled cheeses: Classic Rogue Grilled Cheese ($8) - This sandwich includes a drizzle of honey on both faces of bread followed by a sprinkle of blue cheese. and then a veritable mound of cheddar, which is then sandwiched together and pressed in a panini press. The amount of cheese included creates an awesome cheese stretch. The sandwich is rich and fatty, and the bread, cheese, and honey blends creates a somewhat salty, funky and sweet bite. While the bread is toasted, I don't believed it's buttered, so it isn't that crisp. I'd like to see some additional crunchy elements in the sandwich - perhaps some toasted nuts? I dislike blue cheese immensely, but it's surprisingly mild and sweet in this sandwich, being blended and balanced with the cheddar. Would I get this sandwich again? Probably not, due to the blue cheese, but it was great to try! Rogue Creamery Rogue Gold Pepper Spread Spicy, 8oz ($7.25) - This seems to be Rogue Creamery's version of pimento cheese, colored orange by addition of plenty of red colored piquillo peppers. That adds a delightful mild spiciness along with a flavor that is kind of fruity and very peppery, different from pimentos. The cheese is high quality and there isn't any liquid precipitating out of the spread. It's easy to spread while still having plenty of soft cheese shreds. It's a great replacement for pimento cheese and I ate most of it spread on biscuits and baguette slices. (5/5) PS: Make sure to look at the best buy dates. The first couple of containers in the front looked kind of funky with oils/liquids precipitating out of the cheese. Turns out those were expiring/best by the day I went. Further back there were much fresher looking ones packed the previous day, which is what I chose to buy. Note: Do not follow google directions for parking - instead, the parking lot is a little bit to the South, right in front of a wine tasting bar and bakery. Bathrooms - Single unisex
