I love this store for my children. In store seems to be higher priced than online though. And the selection sometimes is not as abundant as I'd like with sizing and such but I love that I get coupons and emails for percentages off a purchase often. The only thing I don't care for is they now charge you for a bag even when you make a purchase. It's .15 cent but to me it seems like a money grab. There are certain costs that a business incurs to do business and I feel like bags for purchases is one. Also who is coming to the mall with their own shopping bag? And who is going to walk the mall without a bag for clothing they bought? It looks suspicious like you stole something without having your items in a bag lol. But I have to just remember to keep a bag in the trunk for emergencies like stopping at the mall unexpectedly just in case I want to shop here read more

I went into return a backpack that I bought 2 weeks ago that my child no longer needed (tags on, not used) but did not have a receipt. I assumed like all the other stores I shop at I could provide the card I used to buy it with to return the item or bare minimum receive store credit . I provided the purchase date, relative time, card number, and amount. It took talking to 4 associates and 10-15 mins (the first 2 didn't even know how to do a return) for them to tell me there was nothing they could do without a receipt. For a world wide brand I would expect them to have a better computer system and training of their employees. I will be taking my business to companies who have the flexibility for their customers especially when all of their customers are assumed to be parents who have enough going on in their lives then to keep a paper receipt like we still live in the 90s. read more

Super packed store. While this means that they have a lot of merchandise, it also means no space for strollers. When the baby clothes section is in the back, this is pretty much impossible to shop unless one of us stands out front with the stroller. Seems odd for a place that sells children's clothes. The store itself is pretty organized. The stacks are sometimes messy, but that could easily be just a customer making a mess. They always seem short staffed here too, with usually only one associate in the store. The prices are okay, but wait for a seasonal sale or markdowns. They always come around. i purchased over $300 of cclothing on Line. I picked up the items last week and had no issue getting bags last Sunday to carry the clothes from the Mall to my car. This Sunday I was given 1 bag and was told they didn't have enough bags but if I had purchased from the store I could get more. I had to return half the clothes because I could not carry them from the store to my car. I told the Manager Corporate would hear from me, so hopefully they can teach their employees how to provide better Customer Service. I also lost my reward bucks in all the chaos that was caused by me having to return several items. I'm sure my business will be welcomed elsewhere! read more

As a frequent shopper of this store I find it absolutely delightful, there's so much to pick from and always great sales. The costumer service is the best! The employees always go out of there way to help me when needed. And I always find what I'm looking for. The store is a bit crowded but it's the space they were given, I'm sure they would prefer a larger store if that was an option. Really the only issue I had was the other consumers. read more

In my opinion, Children's Place is on the mid to lower end of both prices, and quality for children's clothes. My wife and I both love the shorts there, especially when they place them on sale. We do find it quite odd though, that in boys sizes, they have 18-24 month shorts, and then immediately jump to 3T. There seems to be a missing size here, as our son is currently kind of in-between these sizes. Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the shorts and the denim there, but have been less pleased with the shirts. With prices as low as they are though, this store definitely helps with our budget. Tip - It is best to join their email list. Yes, you will get spammed, but they deliver coupons this way, and when combined with sales, we can get most items at a fantastic price. read more

I will tell you everything and all the reason why this store sucks.. for all unethical scams to racism to false policies and very unprofessional rude behavior. So I bought pair of shoe for my toddler. So uncomfortable I can't even put it on. So I took it back. First time, They said I can't do return without card we used. Ok I drove 20 miles one way with the gas prices so high. Took time off from work. The girl at the register didn't give me my receipt back. I realized it when I was on a way to pick my child form a daycare. Then I went back with the card. Do they said they can give me only store credit since I don't have receipt. What the ***#^.. both employees came at me. I asked to speak to manager she came at me in high tone. I got so intimidated. I wanted to speak to store manager. They didn't give me right name and with so unprofessional attitude. Then she left and never came out. Why stores are so scam nowadays. But when they go bankrupt they want taxpayer to bail them out. Nice store new to this mall,the staff seem friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. They have a lot of clothe for kids all sizes and even a few toys,as a new member I signed up for there emails and got a 25% discount coupon. There prices are reasonable for clothe most shirts for new borns are around 9 bucks but they have a good sale going on we're most shirts are $5.00. The place it self is small but has a good selection Located in the Altamonte Mall witch makes it convenient for every one and is easy to find in the second floor by Victoria Secret. read more
