I went in today to do a return of items I bought at a different location. I walked around…read moresearching for shoes in every section. They had extra tables of shoes in the main aisle down the middle of the store as well. I'm assuming because school will be starting soon. They seemed to have plenty of sizes available. Even the clearance racks were full. I couldn't find any shoes but wanted to use my reward coupon so I bought a couple packs of socks that were on clearance and still BOGO 1/2 off. If my kids didn't have so many socks already I would have bought more since they were so cheap. So if you need socks for back to school or in general and you're in the area you should stop in. They sell lunch bags this year too and had some really cool ones which are included in the BOGO 1/2 off sale. If you're really looking for a good deal they have some backpacks, last season/year models, on sale ONLINE and still included in the BOGO. Enough sale talk.... I'm giving the store five stars because of the good deals, because the store was packed with shoes and was still clean and organized, and because of the service. This is one of the larger Lane Bryant stores I've visited. The layout is similar to other stores with Cacique products on the left and other clothing on the right. It allows for easy browsing because you can see the clothes. They aren't crammed onto racks which are practically on top of other racks. The lines were kind of long while checking out but it was handled well. The manager opened up another register, and gave everyone that was in line a special coupon to use on our next purchase for having such a long wait.

I believe this gentleman is probably a manager or something higher since I've seen him there for years. I have to give props to the customer service being great for the first time being in the store. They were very helpful in explaining the layout of the store. They showed me where the casual work attire was and everything else. The second thing I would like to give them props for is giving me 20% off since my coupon was $10 off and they wanted to be extra nice to impress me for my first experience in the store. Although it was a bit of a drive for me, I don't foresee coming back often since I like stores that are in closer proximity to where I live.
