My minor child, who is employed at another department store within the mall, was harassed, confronted, and illegally recorded by this Gap Factory employee while Ms. Sherman was actively working her shift. This interaction was completely unprovoked and inappropriate. Due to the severity of the incident, Holyoke Police were called and official reports have been filed. The encounter was extremely traumatizing for my child. As a parent, I am deeply troubled that this type of conduct occurred in a professional retail environment and was carried out by an employee representing your company. It is especially concerning given that this employee has a child of similar age, yet demonstrated a complete disregard for the emotional and legal implications of her actions. Charges will be pursued, and this matter is being taken very seriously. I am requesting that Gap Factory conduct an immediate internal investigation and take appropriate corrective action. No minor -- employee or customer -- should be subjected to harassment or illegal recording while in a public retail space. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the steps your company intends to take.

Some stores stood out to me, one of them being Bob's Stores. I would have guessed the whole chain went to bankruptcy -- guess not? There were some other stores I came across that I don't find in my home mall, which stinks to some extent. The variety is on its "A" game. If it wasn't too far, I wouldn't mind making this stop again. The parking lot is not paved at all, and also with a large amount of poodles in different areas. This store itself is large and has the typical items you would find at any other location. The difference between this location and others is that the shopping experience here is completely different. Every time I shop here I am reminded about how much I actually don't like coming in. The store is typically packed with people, the store is usually disorganized, many items are damaged, and the staff is often rude. For these reasons I prefer to shop at the store in Hadley. Overall, this could be a decent store if it got a bit more organized and the staff had a better attitude. I hope that the next time I come in this shop is doing better.

The shipping label clearly says that items can be returned to the store in 60 days. I was in a hurry to get to a doctor's appointment so didn't argue the point. The quality of my haircut is superb. Everything is even and symmetrical, the style is exactly what I wanted without having to say much, and her blow drying skills are incredible. I can't stop touching my hair! If you want a quality service, and to put your hair in the best hands, don't go to one of the cheap walk-in places elsewhere. They simply cannot deliver what JCPenney does.

I was here when the mall got built and JCPenney has been part of my life for shopping anyways I gotta tell you the store is really gone downhill. I know there's a staffing issue with that. No excuse you never get help there anymore. People just walk out. You know the staff doesn't say hey welcome hey you're looking for something. Nobody helps you there anymore and used to be nice and clean in there and it's really dirty. Some of the racks of clothes are all messed up and kind of disappointing. I had an account there and I didn't use it for two years and they took it away on me and So. That was a bummer too not just Holyoke store. It's too bad. Nobody wants to work anymore people built these kids don't wanna work most of the kids on me, but they're good kids too. They have no ethics.
