This is not my first bad experience here with cashiers but today took the cake! First and foremost, I was behind a women with returns. So the cashier transfered her to another cashier and then started ringing up someone who wasn't even in line until they came along. Aka - they cut and these ladies did not care! Then fast forward to later that day I found a 25% off coupon and since I just made the purchase, I wanted a price adjustment. This woman gave me the biggest attitude and didn't tell me what she was doing. She did a return and rung me up again but instead of telling me what she was doing, she just kept barking orders at me! If you do not enjoy working with customers, then quit! Not only did she not tell me she was doing a return, she didn't even give me a receipt saying a return was processed! So now I'm waiting for my credit card statement to make sure I was only charged once. I didn't do anything to her and the way she treated me is why I will never go back to this store. My minor child, who is employed at another department store within the mall, was harassed, confronted, and illegally recorded by this Gap Factory employee while Ms. Sherman was actively working her shift. This interaction was completely unprovoked and inappropriate. Due to the severity of the incident, Holyoke Police were called and official reports have been filed. The encounter was extremely traumatizing for my child. As a parent, I am deeply troubled that this type of conduct occurred in a professional retail environment and was carried out by an employee representing your company. It is especially concerning given that this employee has a child of similar age, yet demonstrated a complete disregard for the emotional and legal implications of her actions. Charges will be pursued, and this matter is being taken very seriously. I am requesting that Gap Factory conduct an immediate internal investigation and take appropriate corrective action. No minor -- employee or customer -- should be subjected to harassment or illegal recording while in a public retail space. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the steps your company intends to take.

There were some other stores I came across that I don't find in my home mall, which stinks to some extent. The variety is on its "A" game. If it wasn't too far, I wouldn't mind making this stop again. The parking lot is not paved at all, and also with a large amount of poodles in different areas. It's easy to make an appointment, and I cannot recommend Yeung, the stylist enough. I have long, thick hair, and she can do a wash cut and blow-dry I under a half hour. The quality of my haircut is superb. Everything is even and symmetrical, the style is exactly what I wanted without having to say much, and her blow drying skills are incredible. I can't stop touching my hair! If you want a quality service, and to put your hair in the best hands, don't go to one of the cheap walk-in places elsewhere. They simply cannot deliver what JCPenney does.

No excuse you never get help there anymore. People just walk out. You know the staff doesn't say hey welcome hey you're looking for something. Nobody helps you there anymore and used to be nice and clean in there and it's really dirty. Some of the racks of clothes are all messed up and kind of disappointing. I had an account there and I didn't use it for two years and they took it away on me and So. That was a bummer too not just Holyoke store. It's too bad.
