The prices are pretty reasonable and on top of the already decent prices the sales are usually jaw dropping. Talk about organized, the place is pretty clean and well stocked . Horrible customer service at this location. My husband tried to return a shirt there that did not…read morefit our son, the lady who he dealt with, a girl with purple hair, told him he could't return it giving him no explanation why and that it needed to be returned by mail. Now I didn't want to do that because with covid and the holidays shipping is currently taking forever no matter where you purchase from. So I decided to call the store, I spoke to a woman named Ginger, the supposed manager according to her, to see why they couldn't return my item, when I have done this before at another H&M and have had no problem. She told me a warning sign popped up on her screen and they couldn't return it. Then she tried telling me that H&M was the the third party and that the reason she couldn't return it was on Klarna and that I needed to speak with them if I wanted to return it. Um I'm not stupid, if anything Klarna is the third party, I'm buying directly from H&M so it's their return policy that I have to deal with not anyone else's. So I called H&M customer service and they called the store directly and spoke to this same person Ginger. Ginger told them something completely different than what she told me. She said they can't return items at that mall that are purchased with Klarna. Ok so why couldn't she just tell me that instead of giving me the run around?! I explained to the nice lady over the phone what Ginger tried telling me and the woman filed a complaint on her for lying to me the customer. Bottom line is i will never step foot in this H&M again, I would rather travel the 40 minutes to the one in Michigan City or to one in Illinois. When I was speaking to Ginger over the phone she was completely rude and kept talking over me. She even tried telling me that I probably couldn't return it because I haven't made the full payment yet?! If anyone knows how Klarna works you make payments over 8 weeks time, well over the 30 day return policy most stores have. Like I said she must have thought I was stupid. I'd advise anyone to stay away from this H&M and Ginger.

Southlake has lost quite a few anchor stores including Sears, Forever 21, Carson Pirie Scott and Dick's Sporting Goods. Macy's is left all alone and is struggling as well. However, this mall still has average interior stores. JC Penney, Bath and Body Works, American Eagle, Children's Place, Champs, Foot Locker and Cooper's Hawk are still going strong. There are options for massage chairs and kids trains throughout. I've come across photo booths and vending machines as well. I hope Southlake can bounce back and earn more quality stores like Gap, MAC, Apple, Aldo, Cheesecake Factory? Maybe I'm asking too much but I have a dream. lol.

I've been going there since my daughter was a newborn. She's two now. Love how all the clothes are sorted by age and color and item type, makes it easy to find things. Not today, I dropped off my stuff and got a call pretty soon after. The younger girl that checked me out had to call the person supervising sells I'm assuming, she told me in a very demeaning & condescending way that they were passing on all of my stuff because it all smelled. She said that it all smelled dirty and it smelled like garage. She also told me that for next time to make I washed and cleaned my items. I never take anything dirty, I always make sure to only take things I would buy so it's always washed and cleaned. Now I don't have a problem with her not taking the stuff, the problem is how she communicated it. It felt like she wanted to embarrass me, which she said. I was so embarrassed I just said oh okay. After I checked out and picked up my items I asked her to clarify what what was the smell and she once again with her condescending tone said "it's dirty and it smells like garage" I told her that I don't keep my things in a garage and her attitude was very rude to the point where another employee jumped in. Again, I don't have a problem with them not taking the items, but just the way she said it.
