Shelves are messy, many are empty, and boxes with items are frequently left on the floor as if restocking was abandoned midway. Price tags are often missing. I asked a dazed looking employee if they carried fringe and rickrack. She told me they did not. As I made my way to the register, I found an aisle stocked with exactly those items. Employees are never in sight when customers need assistance and when you do find one they are unfriendly and do not even acknowledge you or say hello when passing. This store feels neglected and on the brink of closing its doors for good. The last time I visited, I nearly stepped on a large roach slowly strolling down the aisle (see pic). I did notify a worker about this and they stated it was common and not concerned with doing anything about it. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

My aunt and I went to Hobby Lobby to obtain decorations for an "Elevated fall" vibe in our living room/ dining room area back at home. Boy oh boy do I love me some Hobby Lobby! I feel like the selection at this Riverside location was better than Rancho Cucamonga location. We purchased garlands, candle holders, table runners, ribbons, and small knick knacks to tie our whole look together. We are SO satisfied! We will definitely coming back for Christmas. Here at Haiku Pop I feel more accepted and comfortable than any other card shop I've been to. The owner has been incredibly helpful and patient with me (and my friend who I'm trying to get into Magic). They do commander nights Friday-Sunday too for anyone wondering As far as selection goes, I spotted most if not all of the recent precons from Magic and lots of juicy staple cards behind the glass counter. I play Magic so that's naturally what my eye went towards, but I did notice a wide variety of Disney's Lorcana, One Piece, Pokemon, and Yugioh as well. I brought in some duos from 2016 specifically a luxury from a 25 year anniversary Pack and others in which are now missing. We left our cards there for sometime and they did attempt to call in which I accept full responsibility but they should have been left in a pack until we got back from vacation. I got approximately 25 cards back only and they said that their procedure is to put all cards in stock if they are not picked up within a couple weeks, which is absolutely unheard of. I have now lost all my valuable cards specifically the ones of high dollar amount and rarity. I did go in to speak to somebody with no resolve just a bunch of false claims. I recommend you take video and picture of anything and ask procedure as I believe employees have stolen my cards. It is a very unfortunate situation. I am extremely disappointed.
