Experience was fine shopping. I bought a 5 pack of white bodysuits. At home when I was taking out the tags a cockroach started crawling out of the white bodysuits! It usually doesn't bother me to not be greeted when I walked into a store because usually at some point an employee will check if I need anything in most stores. When everyone who subsequently walks in after me is greeted including while the workers are helping someone else, it's rude. No single employee greeted me as I continued to shop despite them passing by me or conversing with one another at the register. No one asked if I needed help with anything. With that being said don't patronize me and ask if I want to apply for the credit card when my presence is not acknowledged beforehand. First and last time visiting this location. read more

They stated you guys have those policies in place and there was nothing that could be done. Employees at this store use deceptive and unethical practices to trick customers into signing up for their credit card. While checking out, I was offered an additional 30% off my purchase without any mention of what was required to receive the discount. Luckily, I questioned it, as it seemed too good to be true. While I may have avoided unknowingly opening a line of credit, more vulnerable populations (such as seniors) might not be as cautious. The California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) prohibits unfair or deceptive practices in consumer transactions, including failing to disclose that a customer is opening a credit card. I suggest that the store train its employees to be more transparent about credit card offers, not only to maintain honesty but also to comply with state and federal laws. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will no longer shop at Carter's for my babies' needs. read more

December 2013. 2.5-3 stars overall. A few employees are not very nice but a couple try to be helpful. I like their clothes and the quality. They have 50% off sometimes and offers like spend $50 receive $10 to be used later. Don't forget to return to use it or lose it. Shoes you can probably find cheaper elsewhere. I usually buy bigger size in case of shrinkage or for longer wear. Despite the disappointing customer service, I have shopped here several times. read more

Stopped by with intention to return items I ordered online that my daughter outgrew. I usually shop at the Riverside Plaza location & I truly love that team. But today while visiting this location I realized they actually had more inventory & a lot of the newer items you typically only see online. In fact, i is just made 3 separate & very large orders online last night not knowing that I could have purchased at least half of the items here in this store! The staff is friendly & the inventory is full. I'll be visiting this location much more now that I know they have a great selection of items! read more

Carter's has some cute clothes, better quality fabric (in general) than the generic store brands. For some reason, their clothing especially for baby girls is sized small. My 6 month old wears 12 month size. My nephew also wears 2T when he's 18 months. So you should probably keep that in mind when buying and buy a size or two larger than baby's actual age, unless you have a very small-sized baby. The cutest baby clothing seems to be for under 9 months in most stores, but Carter's makes many of their styles also in 9, 12, 18, and 24 months, making it easier to find these sizes... bizarrely enough, they are difficult to get at department and thrift stores. You may have to go on their website to get exactly the outfit you want. I often find that this store is out of what I wanted, or doesn't have the outfit I like in the size I need. Do note that this store cannot accept returns that are Carter's items from other stores. Every store around carries Carter's brand, but each one calls it something different. At Target you get clothes stamped Carter's Just One You. At Wal-Mart it's Carter's Too Cute. At Macy's it's Just One Year. The stores do not carry the same items. If you need to return a gift, it requires some Google searching what you see on the tag! If in doubt, the ladies working at this store may be able to help figure out where you should go for your return. If you can't find what you like here, try the Carter's selection at Toys/Babies R Us, Target, Wal-Mart, and Sears, I've found that they have a pretty good variety of Carter's clothes. Babies R Us has the most dressy clothing, Target and Sears the most pajamas. As far as Carter's store prices... I find them irritating. Items are hideously marked up and then everything is advertised as "On Sale" for 20% off, 50% off, etc. If you grab a $20 shirt because it's 50% OFF, TODAY ONLY, well, you're still buying a baby shirt for $10 bro. The clearance items, just like at Target, are often still at average price, like $8 for a pajama suit. Do the math and see if you're really getting a good deal before you buy! Print out coupons from the Carter's website before you go to save a little more. I hate the bland way this brand colors the girls' clothing each year. Pastel pink, hot pink, neon pink, navy blue, aqua, mint, poppy, and white are their favorite colors this year and last. If you want a color that's not one of those, good luck, Chuck. I like green, yellow, red, and purple on my munchkin, but you won't find much of those here. I also often find that clothes I like on the website don't look as cute in person. read more

Some clothes are pricey but when clothes are on sale and I have coupons I get good deals. They have such cute clothes for boys which in general is hard to find. I've never had bad customer service there! I love going to this store. Great location also. read more

Went to this store to exchange one of my son's tshirt at 7:30pm not even close to the closing time but one of the employees already looked "unhappy". I get it, u get tired of your job sometimes but it doesnt mean you have to give your customers an attitude just because you're not happy with your job. I tried so hard to not say anything because i dont wanna hurt anyone's feelings when im upset. So that employee's name was Candice( skinny with black hair). I told her i just need to exchange it with something else with a bigger size because it doesnt fit him. The shirt was brand new with a tag on. She immediately gave me an attitude and told me "well it was only $2 and 50cents" ... so $2.50 isn't money? Its because it was $2.50, i should just throw it away and waste it? Im not sure how comfortable she is with her life to even say that but that type of attitude isn't acceptable. So i told her "well even that, its better to exchange with something else than to waste it and i dont mind paying the difference". Very disappointed! Ive shopped here so many times but i guess i wont come back ever again. The other employees were nice but this one thou, always with an attitude on her face. read more

They greet you so well but what ruined my visit was that the associate that checked me out answered a call while checking me out. She was really rude throughout the transaction. Common courtesy is to end your transaction with a "have a nice day." read more

Cute selection, well made, and very affordable! I'm happy to have a Carters so close by. Its way cheaper than buying their line at babies r us. They always have tons on their clearance racks as well, if you are looking for a deal! read more

Love this store! Always greeted when we walk in. Great selection & store is always clean. Employees are helpful but don't hover. Cute selection for girls & boys. Some clothes seem expensive but we always go during their sales and I walk out a happy customer. Can't get much better than that!! :) read more
