I didn't visit any of the anchor stores, but I did go to Bath and Body Works to get a hand soap. The food court area was nicely sized and looked clean. You know you're going to have a line at the counter because it's always that way. It wasn't oppressive it was just the way it is. They have so many models of sense to sample and they kindly put out little pieces of paper for you to try it out. Their clothing is relatively good quality. If they don't have what you want you can order it and they will deliver it.

Sometimes I get really friendly, helpful service, and other times I somehow manage to get really rude employees. The store is clean and well organized. Life everyone else, I never miss a semi-annual sale. I got an awesome plush robe during the last sale from this store. If you've seen one Victoria's Secret, you've pretty much seen them all. It just comes down to cleanliness, organization, and courteousness of the employees. I've mentioned all of the above, so I think that pretty much sums up this review. They really need to work on the customer service here. If it improves, I'll update my review. Until then, it is what it is. Lady said no problem bring them in when I got a chance as they could use them. I told her it's been a little while since I have been here do I need an appointment or could I just drop them off and pick-up any they didn't want. The lady said that would be fine so I just drove from Middleburg and a man came out said he was the owner. (In 30 years I've never dealt with him ever). He said if I dropped them off I Would NOT get back any he didn't want. So what kind of racket do they got going on is my question? 1st if they are new why would you want all of them and 2nd if you don't want them why wouldn't you return them? With them having more than one store how do we know they aren't taking the "unwanted" ones to another location to sell? Sounds shady!! Never again will I use them or refer someone to them.
