Not sure why the poor ratings on this place. They keep it clean, they have a good selection and it is what it is. I found all the kids that work there to be very friendly. You know you're going to have a line at the counter because it's always that way. It wasn't oppressive it was just the way it is. They have so many models of sense to sample and they kindly put out little pieces of paper for you to try it out. Their clothing is relatively good quality. I'm in this particular location a good bit because it seems I'm always in the Orange Park Mall. However, this is my least favourite Victoria's Secret in Jacksonville because the customer service is either hit or miss. Sometimes I get really friendly, helpful service, and other times I somehow manage to get really rude employees. The store is clean and well organized. Life everyone else, I never miss a semi-annual sale. I got an awesome plush robe during the last sale from this store. If you've seen one Victoria's Secret, you've pretty much seen them all. It just comes down to cleanliness, organization, and courteousness of the employees. I've mentioned all of the above, so I think that pretty much sums up this review. They really need to work on the customer service here. If it improves, I'll update my review. Until then, it is what it is. No real complaints about this location but nothing particularly great either. It's on the smaller side (at least when you compare it to other locations in Jax at the Avenues Mall or Town Center) but always has plenty of stock. The staff isn't particularly outgoing or helpful (in my experience) but are always willing to help when you ask. It could probably use some updating (again, when you compare it to the Avenues Mall or Town Center locations, it's the oldest/least renovated). If you are someone who can trust yourself to pay off the bill as soon as the charges post, the VS credit card is fantastic. You get lots of coupons, freebies, rewards, etc but the interest rate is astronomical. read more

I can't compare this location to others but this location is so-so. I used to dread going in here because I knew my shop-aholic-self would go crazy at the panty section and buy way more than I should. The last 3 times that I have been in VS, I couldn't find even 1 panty that I couldn't live without. I also have noticed a change in the customer service. I used to come in and by the time I got to the registers in the back of the store, I would have been asked if I needed help at least 3-6 times. Now, I get greeted and asked once and then when I do need help I feel like I have had to hunt someone down. At least the store always seems fairly organized when I come in to shop. I might start checking out other VS stores if this location doesn't get any better. Even if all the other locations have the same inventory, I'd still go elsewhere for better customer service. read more

Victoria's Secret has always been a favorite lingerie store of mine. With a convenient location in the Orange Park Mall, I frequent this location often. I always try to hit their semi-annual sales, they have such great savings. You can get quality bras for cheap. They also have panty raid sales on occasion. They have a great body care selection as well. I love their scents. Love Spell and Pure Seduction are my favorites. The staff has always been friendly, pointing me in the right direction or giving me advice on which mascara they like best. They always seem to have plenty of ladies on hand to help. Do make use of the fitting rooms. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for advice on which sizes or styles will work best. Measurings are super quick if you're unsure about your size, but do make sure they take you to the fitting rooms first. I had a measuring at another store in the main entrance where the lady kindly announced my bra size to the other shoppers. It wasn't pleasant. Checkout time is always quick. At most there are a few people in line. I highly recommend the VS Angel Credit Card, if you're good at paying off those sorts of things. They carry benefits when you use them, plus things in the mail like free panty offers and gift cards on your birthday! Victoria's Secret has kept me coming back time and time again. I truly enjoy my shopping experiences here and would easily recommend them. read more

I went in wanting to buy some new bras since there was a sale going on. I asked to be fitted, Ana the woman rolled her eyes as if I was an innconvienence to her folding clothes. So she took me to the fitting room and told me to take my top off so I could be fitted. I said sure. Then she walked away and started chatting with her co-workers. So I pressed the button for service and no one came. So I pressed it again, then finally got dressed and went to find a manager and tell her I had not been helped. So she took me to the fitting room and sized me and helped me find a bra. At first she was very nice, then as I would say I dint like a certain bra, she would rudely say "why? It looks fine." After that I got dressed and walked out. Everyone at this Victoria's Secret at the Orange Park Mall are all very rude and not nice to their customers at all. So I just took my business down to Fredrick's of Hollywood where they helped me ever so kindly and I spent $375 dollars. read more
