I typically go to Kohl's to make my Amazon returns. But you know how they always give you a 25% off…read morecoupon for the store when you make a return, so I end up looking around to see if I find something I like. Kohl's is a little pricey for my tight purse LOL. But they always have lots of clearance and some sales. I typically shop the clearance rack and find at least one item to purchase. Usually it's a shirt or a pair of shorts. Over the holidays I found a Christmas sweater I liked. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is typically pretty organized. Plus it's a large store with lots to check out. I have also found several pair of flip-flops or sandals at this location. I also like it because it is never too crowded. And bonus it is not far from my house. I will continue to window shop and occasionally purchase a good find at this Kohl's location.

It nicely stands out as a place you WANT to visit. I've been here a few times. Didn't purchase anything on this day since the men's section is so limited. But I hope to go pick up that awesome John Denver t-shirt that's seen in the display window in one of my photos! But I do like what they have to offer men. The shirts and jeans they offer are truly set for solid street wear. I may adjust from some of my 511 wear and pick up some of these! But in reality, Urban Outfitters is really more focused on appealing to females, with a very large selection for them. I'd say about nearly three quarters of the store is devoted to them. My dearest likes to check things out here on occasion and found something she liked a few months back. Overall, there are jeans, dresses, various accessories of all kinds, belts, hats, all waiting for customers to purchase. I've experienced chatting with the crew who run the shop on occasion and they're generally enthusiastic and willing to assist and see that you get a good deal if one's available. I think the value of the clothing, accessories -- all that Urban Outfitters offers falls into similar value in quality of pricing as many other shops of its kind at Town Center. It seems to fall into a $50-$150 range, and for a mall and with the pretty high quality and appearance of the the street clothing that's offered here, I'd say that's pretty fair overall. Nowadays, you can find all kinds of stuff that have to do with The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, and The Hunger Games. I didn't visit any of the anchor stores, but I did go to Bath and Body Works to get a hand soap. The food court area was nicely sized and looked clean. When I went on a Saturday, the crowd looked fine and I didn't see any rowdyness. The mall is still alive and doing fine. This is a still a decent mall in Jacksonville. Overall: B

This location made me realize why I don't like to step foot inside Ross and haven't much in the…read morepast few years. The stores are a complete mess and disorganized. The employees while not intentionally rude, they don't tend to care about providing friendly service. I realized recently that Ross has a decent selection of sandals and as my son is growing quickly, already 3 sizes since the summer started, I wanted to spend less on flip flops and slides. Ross has decent brands for under $15 so this is why we came and I will continue to visit for that reason, but other than that I avoid Ross as much as possible. It's just to chaotic for my liking.

I do not have to deal with parking at a mall to go here and there is always parking available. The store has everything. However, it does seem to have more candles than anything else. The selections can sometimes be limited and it can get crazy busy in here still. The employees are friendly enough and they package items really well to ensure nothing gets damaged. During crazy busy sales they are great and I have seen them open all 5 registers which helps keep the lines from getting horribly long. Even when they are long it does seem to move well.
