No confirmation, no order -- just my money taken. I reached out to customer service, and their response was basically, "Too bad." They told me I'd have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be returned and that they wouldn't honor the sale price, even though the glitch was 100% on their end. So I'm stuck waiting for a refund and completely lost the sale because of their broken app. These candles were for Christmas gifts. This is unacceptable. A company this big shouldn't be taking people's money, failing to process orders, and then refusing to make it right. Bath & Body Works seriously needs to fix their system and their customer service, because this was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.

I had no idea when they closed and wasn't paying attention to time. She was so friendly and wasn't pushy at all. We appreciated her so much.
