Had to go here for a couple things and everything was organized well and seems almost everything is on some sort of a sale and sometimes you. A find some great deals on clearance as well. All the checkouts are machines now but I had to return something and they made it easy and fast as well. This is also a convenient location since it's right by target and Starbucks and has a decent selection of stuff as well. read more

I went to return an item and lady in the front area completely ignored me. Didn't catch her name but she had glasses, grey hair, and a bun - older lady. The store is really nice but DO NOT buy the so called scented CANDLES!!! They have no scent whatsoever!!! Total waste of time ordering them, picking them up and now returning them! Same thing happened last year but I thought I'd try again. Bad decision! The candles must be very old. I tried multiple scents, not one of them had a fragrance. read more

The service was great , But AL the guy who worked there was super informative, very nice and helped us get our Christmas tree. He was just about to get off work and he took the time to explain the tree , how to set it up . And even wrapped it up in the original box. He even helped me load it and sign up to become a member. I LOVE THIS PLACE. If you didn't notice me screaming this at the top of my lungs then yes, yes I did! I love everything in it. My sister and I love coming up with new crafts and crazy fun thing we can come up with out of thin air. We also like finding new ideas online then heading to Michaels, getting all the supplies and attempting to duplicate them at home. Sometimes they work and sometimes they go in the toy box for my daughter. Either way, we get our Starbucks, we grab a cart, we always have their great coupons and always have fun! read more

I don't think I've ever left a Michael's with nothing in my hand until today. We walked the entire store and not one employee even greeted us. Girls at the register were just chatting away with each other and others walking nearby just didn't acknowledge us. The front of the store was a hot mess with all the clearance Christmas decor yet we couldn't find one shred of valentines, st Patrick's or anything . With it being a month away you'd think there was something. A lot of the Christmas decor was broken and not worth purchasing even on clearance. Bummer. read more

LONG lines and ONLY ONE cashier working...I think I passed by at least 5-6 employees stocking the store shelves. -The check-out here is almost WORSE than Hobby Lobby! -The MOD (mgr on duty) is not helpful either. This Michael's is sandwiched in between a Target and a Starbucks, lots of cars whizzing by and not stopping at the STOP sign, duh! Usually Have What Your Looking For I don't go to Michaels often. However, when I am in need of craft items Michaels usually has what I am lookin for. In addition, arts & crafts, home decor products, Michaels carries a variety of seasonal products. From New Years Eve through Christmas and every holiday in between Michaels has it all. The store layout is somewhat confusing for me at times. It can take a while to find what I am looking for and the sales associates aren't available or very friendly. The prices are reasonable, and quality of merchandise is good. However, be prepared to wait in line. There is usually only one sales associate working the registers. read more

This Michael's is always messy and out of everything. Curbside pickup is a joke. Having a customer wait over a half hour for at curbside for order and having to call to find out they forgot what is ridiculous. Wow. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I stepped outside I felt lost inside a maze. I searched the whole store for an employee. Finally when I found one the next isle over from where I needed to look she just told me it was in the next isle. She was just locking the cabinet and not helping any other customers. Then I proceed to pass by the break room and find practically the entire store in the break room hanging out. So when I am ready to pay I stand in the only check out line while the 2nd employee actually on the sales floor stands at her register cleaning it. REALLY?!?! Do I need another review saying that I work in retail and hold my standards high! This store has terrible customer service. Another reason I will shop Hobby Lobby from now on! read more

This place has everything you could possibly need to craft. The sales are super awesome! I never go without a coupon that I either clip or I pull one up on their phone app. The associates are helpful and the bathrooms are clean. Their check out maze could use a spruce up. read more

It can be hard to find anyone who knows for sure where they have different items. I've spent a lot of time wandering around trying to find what I need, often with one or more employees pointing me in the wrong direction. But it's a pretty well stocked, clean store. I did find the girl at the register very helpful. She offered to find a Michael's coupon for me on my iphone...I really appreciated that!!! The staff over here are really rude and unprofessional. 2 of the employees made fun of my wife's bald head and she stormed out crying. She shaved her head to help raise cancer awareness. Our son has cancer and is still going through chemo therapy. I will never go here again. I never write reviews for anything but this made me so upset that I had to say something. read more

There are things that could be improved at this store- they reorganized since i was last there and it is a bit confusing and with the holidays those middle aisle bins and displays are a bit messy and too much. Their framing department though is great. I've used them a few times over the years to custom frame original artwork and poster imports. I invested in double mats and nice frames and they were done very professionally. I come here for art supplies from time to time as well. read more
