I think the below review of 1 star is a little unfair since that isn't the stores fault someone purchased the same item twice and waited until after 45 days from purchasing it to return it. If you're going to leave a bad review be fair. I give 4 stars because the wait time in line to check out is just flat out stupid sometimes. Nothing against this store but please one thing I would say is not ask people how far along they are or when they are expecting. My wife and I became parents 14 weeks ago and my wife is very self conscious about her body image after the baby and after one of the employees made that comment it kinda ruined our day out and wanted to just go home after the comment. I spent 250.00 on back to school clothes at a children's place that's located inside my mall viewmont mall in Dickson city, PA. After ringing me up she said I could have a bag for my purchases but I would have to buy them. I have never been so appalled. The cashier said she was humiliated that she had to charge for bags after people spend money in the store. Children's place do better!! read more

I needed a church outfit for my child last minute (my fault, I'm a busy mom of four). I was greeted by a very friendly woman who informed me of the day's deals and offered to help me find anything I needed. I declined her help, thinking I'd only be in for a short while. However, I became stressed and couldn't find a specific size. Fortunately, I met this wonderful gentleman, I believe his name was Jose, who was restocking the floor. He helped me locate the size I needed. I've been to the children's place in Ontario, but this experience was much better. Received some clothing from the children's place as a gift. We needed to an exchange and they won't process and type of return or exchange without the receipt. Everywhere else we've need to do this with children's clothes would at least give store credit based on the lowest price for that item. I'd recommended taking your business somewhere else. read more

I came here today to buy a dress. I explained to their staff that I had signed up for emails the day before but wasn't able to get the coupon. One of the staff (that left around 3:30 PM) was not helpful or friendly. She told me I would need to present the coupon to get the discount. She didn't ask me any questions to troubleshoot the problem. I tried several times in the store, to obtain the coupon but wasn't able to. She told me that I would need to buy the product online for me to activate the coupon. That the coupon was only available for online purchases. I tried buying the product online but the website said that the dress was not in-stock (even though I was holding one of the two products in my hand). I explained this to the woman, hoping that they would have a workaround for this to accommodate their customers. She said I wouldn't be able to apply the coupon if I couldn't purchase the dress online. I was finally able to get the coupon after downloading the wallet app. I approached the unhelpful and unfriendly staff who was headed out the door. I told her that I was able to obtain the coupon and that it said it was valid for both in-store and online purchases - contrary to what she told me. She then said if that's what the coupon says, then I can redeem it for in-store purchases. I don't understand why staff are not trained to understand the basic nuances of their role. Furthermore, I don't understand why they place employees that deliver poor customer service in customer-facing roles. read more

Went in this morning to browse and was greeted as soon as entering. Melissa was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She was genuinely happy to offer help. The store was very neat which made it easy to find the sizes I needed. It's nice to be able to go in and out and actually find what you need and have someone actually give good service. Had a great experience here and will definitely return. read more

Went to the store rather than buying online because we weren't sure if the shoe sizes ran small or large. The store will not match price to the online advertised price. Drove clear across town for this store. I get here at 1045am and the store is closed. Workers are sitting out front but instead of telling me that it's closed I notice the name tag and asked why. Apparently, no one has a key and the key won't arrive until some time after 11am. Really?!?! Waste of time, won't be coming to this location in the future. read more

Zero Stars! The worst customer service I've ever experience. First off I received a tee shirt in the mail with what looked like a dried blood stain on it, then customer service just hangs up on me, i go to the store at Tyler mall to return and simply asked if the other employee can ring me and another customer up, the lady she was currently helping had more than 20 items. We only had a total of 3. Employee snaps at me that there aren't enough people in line for her to help. So rude but I didn't say anything else until she proceeded to tell the customer she was helping and I quote "they have too much shit to put back to stop and ring some one up but whatever" so I told her we will not take much time at all, she was very combative and continued to say "whatever, i don't make store policy" I asked to speak the the manager and she was standing there the whole time. I went to return something that I had bought twice without realizing it. I was told to get another one since my receipt had "expired." It was just a headband so I went and grabbed another one that said the same price. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, it was my turn and I was told the headband I was returning was worth $1.99 and the one I wanted was $4.00. I told her I just wanted an even exchange, they were worth the same. She said no, I said I would just pay difference. She said ok. Then the other associate came over and said we couldn't do it, that I had to find a headband that was worth $1.99. RIDICULOUS!!! I left with my original headband!! What a waste of my time. Do not return anything if it has been over 45 days because they'll make your life miserable!!! read more
