While waiting in line, there was an extremely rude customer ahead of me. Despite the situation, the store associate remained very patient and calm. The customer threw an item and a ripped receipt at her, yet the associate still kindly reminded her not to forget her cash, as she had left her $20 bill behind. Unfortunately, the customer continued to insist she had already put it in her wallet. It was really unfortunate to witness someone treating an associate that way, especially during the holidays. When it was my turn, I had a return and a couple of exchanges, and Julie was absolutely wonderful. She made the return process quick and easy and even helped me find the item I needed for my exchange. This is a great Old Navy with amazing customer service! I was in the area and needed to exchange a recent purchased item. A fabulous sales associate assisted me directly to where the item was, found the size I needed and then swapped it out. So easy and much appreciated. Good visuals of items and great signage. Staff treated me as if I was invisible. I know that most, if not all, their customers are women, and the entire staff were young women, but it took some effort to get anyone to help me, a male, he/him, in the men's department. They were short with me and wouldn't even make eye contact. None of their products are unique, so I won't feel bad not shopping there again. Won't be back! All these years I've been in this location I never experienced what I did! The Mexican manager is rude! First off she never greeted me & I was in the store over 1 hour! But soon as some Mexican girl walk pass she then wants to greet them! Wow! When shopping here I always use my military discount here & where ever else I shop. This lady had gone nerve to say " it's not expired is it" now why would she assume my card was expired??? I have never ever had anyone ask that! When passing over my card the cashier/manager has always just asked to see it ask me to show them & that's it! But I remembered this is the same lady who didn't even greet me! Old Navy is unbelievable! How can you have all these workers here but only 1 cashier with over 30 people in line waiting to pay?! The manager says he can't man the register because he needs to be on the floor. They had over half a dozen workers on the floor and he said none of them know how to work the register. So I just started shop here & ive made a couple transactions online... worst place ever ! The shipping takes forever & The super cash thing they have going on is useless (even an employee in the store said it) the discounts hanging around the store are the only sales/ money off that you get. The super cash is "just a way for you to come in the store" the manager said. They make you think you're getting a good deal, but you're just getting ripped off. I will no longer support this store. It's not like kohl's where you get kohl's cash & you can spend it. & when you ask them how the super cash works they tell you you get $40 off of $75 & so on but it's bs & it doesn't work that way. Alma the lead had some of the rudest customer service I don't understand it I just needed help

I came here for an online order pick up and had my barcode ready because that's usually what they ask for. Well the lead that was helping us with our online pick up couldn't find our order with our name. She spent five minutes looking on the device for us and couldn't find our names for the order. She could've simply scanned the barcode like they usually do. She gets upset because she can't find it and made it seem like it was my fault and like my order didn't exist. She finally found it. I went to look at clothes to buy something and went to checkout. I got the same girl again, the lead on that shift. Whatever I buy my stuff and I go home to find out that she left a security tag on a shirt I bought. read more

This was my second drive up order from this location. The first one was pleasant enough and I rated the experience when I received a customer satisfaction review from Old Navy. I decided to do a Yelp review because this second drive up order was not pleasant. When I got to the store I called the number listed on my drive up order and spoke to an associate, she asked me my name and said she'd check on my order and be right back...instead of coming right back, she hung up on me. I called right back and she proceeded to giggle and say she didn't mean to hang up on me, I told her it was fine and she asked me a few more questions regarding my order. After I answered all her questions she said she's be right out with my order. When she came out she looked at my drivers license through my windshield proceeded to the trunk, dropped off my order in the trunk, closed it and went back in the store. She did all of this with NOT one greeting of hello, thank you or have a nice day. I get the fact that with curbside pick up, I signed up for contactless service. What I didn't sign up for was POOR customer service. I wish I would have gotten her name, so I could have suggested more customer training for her...a smile, a hello, a goodbye and a thank you goes a very long way...especially in these times of Covid.
