Unfortunately, the customer continued to insist she had already put it in her wallet. It was really unfortunate to witness someone treating an associate that way, especially during the holidays. When it was my turn, I had a return and a couple of exchanges, and Julie was absolutely wonderful. She made the return process quick and easy and even helped me find the item I needed for my exchange. Because of the kindness and professionalism shown, I will definitely be coming back to this Old Navy. The store associates are truly friendly, patient, and helpful.

They even sell Carters stuff on Amazon. The actual Carters store has been around for such a long time and I enjoy coming to have a look at their selection in person! They typically have sale items and I'd say that their prices are fair. The only thing I don't really like is that for girls they don't have a lot of bright colors, mostly everything is very earth-tone like. I also came in looking for accessories (bibs/bows, etc) but some locations just don't have that at all while others have a very small selection. This one in particular is one of my favorites to come to: I think it's typically more organized than the surrounding locations and their employees are always helpful. I will continue to shop here because honestly there is not a lot of children clothing stores around anymore! So many went out of business so I'd love to keep supporting them and coming in store because I'm not a fan of the online shift!! When I walked in I was greeted right away and was able to book an appointment for the day and time I wanted. I made a deposit that day and paid the rest at the appointment. My service of choice was a silk press and trim. The start time was 9 am and I was out of there by 11. Sherry makes and sells wigs and the salon has clothing for sale & I even noticed she had a cute little snack cart. It was too early for candy but the red vines were calling my name.
