On the day of the appointment, I was asked to come in earlier. I wasn't able to, but said I could come in later. She agreed. I made the mistake of assuming it would be with the same person, I was wrong. The massage was just ok, it did not hit any of the same spots as the massage by the first woman, and I honestly left feeling upset and more tense than when I got there. This was actually far from sketchy or that could mean I've just been to a lot of sketchier things hahahaha. I firmly believe in going to different schools for services like hair, skin, massage care...because hey why not support a future professional...they have to learn and practice and I don't mind paying less! It was easy to call and leave a message for my preferred date and time. I called in the morning and received a call back that afternoon (when there was clinic). There are limited days and hours that the students have clinic so keep that in mind. It worked out for me because luckily there are evening hours. Check in was easy and at the time of my service a 1 hour massage is listed as $40, no add ons available that I know of. You pay before starting. Josie was my student and she greeted me and asked if I had visited before. I had not so she gave me a brief rundown as she guided me to the changing area. It's a large dimly lit room with multiple massage beds. Relaxing spa music was playing which is great for potentially snoring or awkward breathing sounds which could occur. I was given a very large sheet which I appreciated as some other places I swear try to give me the smallest square of fabric possible, barely covering all the goodies....not an issue here though! I took of everything but my panties in order to need impede on her flow. She led me to her massage bed and I hopped on! She asked if there were any specific areas I would like addressed and I told her my lower back gets on/off tightness. I received a full body massage and always felt properly draped at all times. Pressure was applied and changed as needed on various body parts and she checked in with me to ask if I was ok multiple times. I had an amazing experience! I tipped her in cash after my service...so be sure to bring some cash for your student. My first time here and will definitely be back when I'm in the area! As with any service based school, of course your experience will vary depend on who services you but verbally everyone will have the basics down to be able to service you...I've not had any issues and hope the same for you LOL If you've read this far thanks! When paying, I tried to leave a 10% tip, considering I had a less than ideal experience in the room. The worker then had the audacity to ask me to reconsider and leave a 20% tip. The ethereal background music was lovely and relaxing. You start with a brief warm foot soak. The practitioner wipes down your feet in the water with a cloth. Then props them up on the foot rest and goes to town. They worked each foot then leg from the knee down. Every single one of my toes got their own, skilled massage. It was heaven! The masseuse found and worked on my problem spots without me even saying anything. Left a big tip, obviously. I'll be back for another soon and to try out their other affordably priced services.

She overlooked the reservation and asked if I can come later around 2:30. I was able to coordinate with her and came back at 2 for the massage, so tip is if you book through classpass i would call to confirm. The interior is small and there is no privacy for foot massages, only shoulder massages. That didn't bother me though, just something to consider. It was my first time getting a foot massage and i thought i would laugh cuz my foot is ticklish but it was very nice and she was very good at it. The shoulder massage was also good as well. The man at the desk asked if I was going to use cash or credit, I said cash and asked about the early bird discount; he said there was no discount. It's not about the $4.50 off, but since it is prominently advertised on the website - moving banner ad on top AND the "specials" tab - is it really just a way of getting people in early? I said "OK, but it is on your website"... he said NO. Alrighty then, but 2 photos attached to show that it is! Massage itself was nice, but I would have loved a hand towel to cover the pillow I was leaning against. I realized that I had just showered and washed my hair, and who knows how old that pillow was? I tipped him 20%, barely got a thank you and out I went. If I really needed it I would return with lower expectations AND my own towel to lie on!
