I started seeing Dr Ash cause of my shoulder imbalances. I am a personal trainer and I noticed my left shoulder was a little higher than my right when I was doing the shoulder press exercise. We did a couple sessions together of him adjusting me and I am already noticing the difference. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming and they also follow covid-safety guidelines. All the rooms are cleaned and sanitized. I highly recommend! read more

I've been treating with Dr. Ash for a few years now for many different injuries and pains. Every time I've come he's been able to fix me up in no time. They have all the newest gadgets and technology. I just started using his cryotherapy machine and his normatec compression machine. You can't go wrong with the Chiro Guy. I had a huge knot on my upper back from working out and had been getting massages to get rid of it without success. Someone told me about hypervolt and thought I'd give it a try. After reading all of Dr.Ash's reviews I decided to give his office a shot and I'm so glad I did. I ended up doing a package deal that included cupping, hypervolt and an adjustment. I've seen him twice now and already notice a huge difference! I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Ash for maintenance. He and his staff are really friendly and easy going. Plus he has 2 ridiculously cute dogs that make the experience more relaxed and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable knowledgeable chiro. read more

Wow what an amazing experience! I'm usually skeptical of going to chiropractor but this was amazing. Dr. Ash is very knowledgeable and accommodating the state of the art healing modalities there he always finds a way to have you leaving pain free the entire experience is delightful. I've been coming back for a year now and won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend coming here!! Dr. Ash is absolutely incredible! I had lower back pain for the longest time and a weird crack close to my hip and no one has ever been able to help me until now! Love this place. Dr. Ash is great and knows his stuff. I've been 3x - not as often as I'd like due to the pandemic and a recent unexpected surgery. But he's great. I had a lot of tension in my neck, around my shoulders, and he took the time to explain how I could work on correcting it on my own time. The wait is barely a wait and the only issue... parking. But that's not their fault. It can be a little tight during business hours, so I try to go in the middle of the day. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Ash since he started his practice about a decade ago. I've seen first hand how hard he has worked to make his practice the absolute best in the city. I have been having problems with my right arm and neck. They have been hurting me for the longest time. I was recommended to see Dr. Ash and I know his dogs well and love them. Dr. Ash was able to diagnose the issue and give me tips to prevent them from coming back. He was able to almost eliminate the pain on just the first visit. Believe it or not, I found Dr. Ash on Instagram because if his Shoe Game. I checked his reviews and decided to give him a shot. Turns out the reviews don't lie. He is the best at what he does and it shows through his work! Being a dentist and working with my own patients, I constantly have recurring shoulder and neck pain. I've been coming to The Chiro Guy because of a car accident. I am a dancer/contortionists so the accident really effected me. Dr. Ash and his team were able to get me back to doing what I love. They are the best chiropractic office in Los Angeles. I've been doing electric muscle stimulation, cold laser, cryotherapy, massage, adjustments and more. I'm still seeing him even after my accident because he helps with my training and keeping me flexible for my work. I even brought my boyfriend and he loves it as well. I have severe issues with my neck and back. Dr. Ash has been a life saver. I have had emergency situations in which he comes to my house within twenty four hours. His office has the most advanced equipment, including pilates -- I mean he has literally everything for neck and back treatment. I have had terrible shoulder and leg pain and finally made an appointment to see Dr. Ash, after hearing about him from countless others. I had high expectations but he exceeded them. His office is incredibly clean and safe - which was a major relief during this time. His staff was also incredibly professional and made me feel safe. Best Chiropractor in Los Angeles. I've been see the Chiro guy for about 5 Years now. I'm heavy into martial arts so my body is constantly taking a beating. He's not only helped with my pains but helped me get stronger and more flexible for my martial arts training. I've recently started with Pilates which has helped shaped my body to an entirely different level. I'm stronger than I've ever been. His office is big and very well designed. I've been a patient of Dr. Ash for about 5 years now. I just recently moved back to LA and have started up with him again. He was able to to verify my insurance before my visit and I just started treatment again. His practice has grown tremendously since I was last here. He now offers Pilates, Stretching, Cryotherapy, and some other fun stuff that I haven't tried yet. The staff is the same with an addition of a few more people that I right away liked. DR. ASH at The Chiro Guy is AMAZING! I am a professional dancer and it's very hard for me to trust people with the well-being of my body. I was pretty messed up. I was feeling some pain in my lower back. I desperately needed my body in shape for a performance I had in a couple of days. Dr. Ash adjusted me, used very helpful tools on specific areas and gave me helpful strengthening exercises for my problem areas as well. A lot of the pain in my lower back was alleviated from my first session with him. He is honest and extremely knowledgeable, which is everything I could ask for in a person who is about to snap my neck! lol :) Give The Chiro Guy a call if your body needs some TLC you will not be sorry. The Chiro Guy and staff are absolutely amazing! I get low back and neck pain from sitting at my desk for long hours at a time. I've treated with my medical doctor and have even had physical therapy but they didn't work. The moment I walked in to the office, I was greeted by Yesenia at the front desk with a smile. She then escorted me to one of the rooms in the back where I got to see Doctor Ash. Over the past few weeks, Doctor Ash has been very helpful in the recovery process. Best chiropractor in Los Angeles. I'm a trainer at Equinox. Keeping my athletic abilities in tip top shape is super important to me not only professionally but also personally and coming here has helped me do that. Hey everyone, I want to start off by saying I have never been to a chiropractor and the things i have heard from going to the chiropractor made me want to stay away. Just recently I sprain my ankle playing soccer and I didn't know where to go. I was recommended by a good friend and I showed up today for my appointment. Dr. Ash is amazing! I came in with intense shoulder pain and he relieved it very quickly! He is so caring and goes above and beyond to help! Dr. Ashkan Khodabakhsh, D.C or "Dr. Ash" as he likes to be called, is an avid sports fan. He spent his youth playing sports and learning about physical fitness. He was injured at a soccer game and one of his teammate's mothers was an chiropractor healed him on the spot allowing him to return to the game where he ended up scoring the winning goal for the tournament championship. I had an incredibly painful shoulder and the staff worked to fit me in to Dr Milstein's busy schedule ASAP ! The Commons office is a very comfortable and inviting space--no hideous straight back chairs lined up in a windowless lobby ! A spacious area with various seating areas and a pleasant front desk staff. Dr Milstein himself is friendly, professional and direct. I have much confidence in his medical assessment and protocol for my very painful shoulder. After years with Kerlan Jobe (now Cedars) the circuitous phone messages to reach a human, the exorbitant wait times to actually see a Dr, the rushed brief visit once an appointment is secured with a doctor, Dr Milstein and his practice are a breath of fresh air !!! Also, very easy parking 100 out of 100 overall score ! P.S. I was even more impressed when the patient prior to me was a world renowned Doctor.

So one year ago he had a rash of almost 25 people that couldn't say more fabulous things about him. Certainly not my experience. 10 minutes past my appointment time he's standing outside my closed door loudly socializing about his Internet searches with his assistants. When he finally walks in and I ask him if he's going to buy the shoes, he gives me a snotty "I don't know, maybe". Contemptuous glare, zero apology. He then went on to behave like a slovenly teenager, angry that I had to nerve to point out I was running late. He made it exceedingly clear that he could care less about helping my painful medical situation and even interrupted the consultation to argue with me about how he had a right to be late & that I should go elsewhere. Arrogant, rude, disrespectful & made us miss the deadline for funding our Spacex ipo. Not to mention the extraordinarily predatory information gathering that they subject you to in the weeks prior to arrival .. it's like they're feeding it right into the WBAN system.

From the beginning, he had an excellent bedside manner, really listened, and approached the process with a "never quit" attitude. My primary therapist, Dr. Simpson, is extremely thoughtful in her approach and knowledgeable in her interventions. She is so effective that I sent my partner to her as well! ALL of the technicians are superb. (Many come from CSUN so I congratulate that kinesiology training program.) Each team member who is on board for the day takes time to help me each visit. I appreciate Dr. Fabrizio for building such an effective venue and cohort of talented physical therapists.

When the cartilage disappears, then bone starts to take it's place - hence where you get the term "bone on bone." I would have been a better and more honest doctor than you anyday.

WOW!!! that's how I will start my review. I am a dentist and I sometimes really abuse my body bending my neck and back and regardless of how much I try to use correct ergonometric positions, my neck and back start to bother me and need adjustments from time to time. Living in Los Angeles where it is saturated by doctors, chiropractors, and dentists, we have many choices. But for me, after going to several different chiropractors, Dr. Ash is the only person I go to and the only chiropractor in Los Angeles. I would also recommend to my friends, family, or patients looking for a reliable and experienced chiropractor. His office is very welcoming and easy to find. Parking is not too bad either. I parked at the meters if I can find one (not too hard before 4pm) or just the valet parking if I don't feel lke walking extra. The adjustments he does are my favorite part. After loosening you up with hot packs, ultrasound, and the electro-stimulants, he adjusts your back and neck and you feel like a brand new person. I work in production and I'm very active in sports. I'm either sitting on the computer or out on the field holding a heavy camera. I was having a lot of pain and I wanted to get an adjustment. I went in for a consultation and after a very thorough examination he clearly explained to me that an adjustment just wasn't going to get the job done. He gave me a treatment plan that was very reasonable to follow along with many home stretched and exercises. I loved the fact that his main concern was not only to get me well but to make sure the problem doesn't reoccur. The home stretches and exercises helped me a lot. He customized them to fit my schedule and work routine. I'm feeling so much bette than I could possible imagine. I read some of the negative reviews about Dr. Ash. Knowing him the way that I do now and going through the process it is clear that those people just didn't listen to him. He is very caring and loves to see people get well. Came to Dr. Ash after a car accident. I waited two months before seeing a dr. He really helped me out. I hate going to And Dr. I try to let things heal naturally. Unfortunately things didn't heal all the way. I went to the Chiroguy he started me off with a massage to warm up my body. He then transferred me over to a machine to warm me up further. Afterward he put on a normatec recovery unit that really helped out my legs. I felt like it really opened up my circulation. He then went over my problem areas with the cold cryo machine. I have never done cryotherapy before. It always looks like it's too cold and might hurt. But it didn't hurt at all. He also used a Hypervolt massage gun that really helped with all the right areas. Finally he did his adjustments. A little crack crack crack over here and a little crack crack crack over there and I left feeling great. Thank you Dr. Ash and the whole Chiroguy group. read more

The receptionist quoted me one price over the phone and then they charged me 3 times as much after receiving the service. I thought I was going in for just a regular chiro adjustment and had no idea that I was receiving their premium option. There was no reason I should know that on the first visit. When I questioned it the receptionist pretty much mocked me as if I was trying to get something for nothing. And at the end of the treatment in the room with the doctor, he told me I needed 10 sessions to correct my back problem. I did not feel like this was an honest assessment at all and he did not even look me in the eye while recommending that. And then to finish off with the price at the end with the receptionist...ugh! I do not recommend this doctor or office at all. read more

I went there for an adjustment, and made that very clear. He made me wait 40 minutes past my appointment and kept running in and out of the room. He then wanted to sign me up for 1-2k sessions, which I did not want, but he kept insisting. I am a student and could not afford this. All I wanted was a back adjustment. After I declined his offers to sign up for his sessions, he seemed very uninterested and unhappy to even be with me in the same room. When he finally adjusted my back, which yes that was great, they ended up overcharging me on the adjustment double the price. I told them that isn't correct and the lady started giving me attitude about it, until Dr. came back and told her no it was just an adjustment. Anyways, very awful experience and would not recommend. read more

amazing office!!! when you walk in to his office your eyes just brighten up and you cant help but smile. i went in for chronic back pain. dr. ash came highly recommended by a few people that i know so i decided to give him a shot. im so glad that i did. he is so nice, caring, and smart! he took a very detailed history and asked me questions that no doctor in the 4 years ive been dealing with this pain has asked. he did treatment on me gave me some home exercises and sold me a traction collar to speed up the process. i feel amazing!!!! i didnt think i could feel this good again. he is a miracle worker and i had to write a review for him even though i think these things are kinda of stupid but if it helps the doctor that got rid of my pain, ill do anything! read more

Dr. Ash is the real deal. His methods of chiropractic is state of the art. He has so many gadgets there. His de-compression machine he used for for my neck pain has been amazing. He also has a massage machine that he calls "thors hammer" it's a must try. Thanks to him I can now sit for long periods of time with out any pain. I had originally went in for both neck and low back pain but Dr. Ash was able to identify that my mine issue was my neck. Other chiropractors either treated both or concentrated mainly on my lower back. Dr. Ash also gave me home stretches and exercises to help speed up the recover and prevent it from coming back. I am beyond happy that I have been able to visit Dr.Ash multiple times. Whenever I visit Los Angeles I make sure to reach out days before for a quick appointment to just get my body back in order. I am not the skinniest guy and my core is weak and Dr Ash understands that my body needs the correct treatment not just treatment. He takes time to ask what's been going on, checking in on my diet to make sure I keep my end of the bargain. I have now had my girlfriend go visit and he has absolutely helped her with her back pain. His offices are extremely clean. It's a brand new facility with a ton of natural light. If you are looking for a chiropractor you have to give Dr Ash a shot! You will be beyond happy! I had severe back pain for years. I went to many medical doctors that just gave me pills. I tried physically therapy, acupuncture, you name it I tried it. I finally was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Ash and I thank her all the time for it. With in just a few visits my pain was almost completely gone. His office is super nice,bright, calming,and relaxing. The first time I went there he really took his time asking me about my job and things I do on a daily basis. He showed me how I can go about my daily activities in a way as not to aggravate my pain. He was able to diagnose me and his treatment are wonderful. I'm so happy that some one told me about him . I recently saw Dr. Ash for TMJ pain that I have had for a few years now. I originally started treatment with my dentist that gave me a night guard and botox injections but the pain never goes away. I saw on the website that Dr. Ash treats TMJ so I made an appointment. He was able to explain to me what the cause of my pain was and what it would take to resolve it. He uses many techniques and gadgets to help with the pain. He also showed me tmj exercises! I didn't even know that was a thing. He used cold laser, graston, adjustments, electric stim, and neck traction. It has only been a couple of weeks but I can feel a major difference already. I originally went to Dr. Ash for a low back injury I sustained. I went to my general doctor but all he wanted to do was give me medication. I checked online and found Dr. Ash. Based on his reviews I decided to give him a try. Dr. Ash asked me questions about my daily habits and was able to show me several little things I was doing wrong that was causing my back pain. He did a thorough exam and started his treatment. He explained everything he was doing. My pain was gone with just one visit. He told me about his new plan where you get 4 adjustments for $49. Without hesitation I bought this plan. Its cheaper than paying copay every time is see him. Dr. Ash is great and very nice! read more

Thank you, Dr. Khodabakhsh!!! After back surgery and numerous facet and SI joint injections that didnt work, the chiro guy was able to take the pain away in one visit. He said I would probably be sore today, too, but I am not. I got out of bed this morning and didnt have that dibilitating pain that almost drops me to the floor. He takes the time to really learn what is wrong and he doesnt just say to come back 3 times a week. He wants you to call him to see how you are doing and only then can he set what the next step should be. I have to admit that I never believed in going to a chiropractor until I finally got treated by Dr. Khodabakhsh. Since college I've had upper back and neck pain from constantly hovering over my computer that I have never been able to get rid of. Luckily, Dr.Khodabakhsh is a chiropractor you can trust to listen to you, treat your exact needs and make you feel 100% better. I am now sold on regular treatments with him. The best part is that if you are a new patient, he will give you a free massage or pilates session! I took the pilates session and loved it. He actually shows you exercises that help treat your problem areas while you work out. I highly recommend him. read more

Initially, it had felt like a shoulder issue. I had limited motion in my arm. I tend to sleep on my sides so years of that led me to believe this might be a job for a chiro. Yelp did not steer me wrong with Dr. Ash. I left his office upright and feeling tons better. I've gone back a handful more times, but it was the prescribed exercises that have kept me close to tip top. I also learned that I need to put more focus on strengthening my core. The desk job can be brutal on the back apparently. Live and learn...totally recommend Dr. Ash especially to first timers. I was suffering from severe headaches frequently. A friend recommended me to see Dr. Ash to get to the root of the problem and find a solution. Luckily his office is open during COVID and his staff was able to fit me in for an appointment right away. His office is clean and very welcoming, with very strict COVID protocols in place. Dr. Ash diagnosed me and was able to clear up my headache immediately and showed me stretches and exercises to do at home to keep my headaches from recurring. I had severe low back pain from dancing and my friends wedding on Saturday night. Luckily Dr. Ash's office was open on a Sunday. His staff worked me in right away and Dr. Ash fixed me right up. Not only did he fix my back but he showed me ways to prevent it from coming back. He should me exercises and stretches. Loved coming here for an adjustment!! Dr. Ash was very helpful and welcoming. He took the time to listen to me and gave great tips on how to continue making my back stronger on my own and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
