I've been wanting to come here for a while, finally got a chance to stop in. I did not come in contact with any staff while I was there. Christmas definitely threw up in here and I love it. They have a lot of nice things but I couldn't quite figure out who the consumer is supposed to be. This store is great for department stores or business decorations. But the average person would probably want to go somewhere more affordable. I've never been the one to complain about prices, so I won't start now. If you're looking to splurge this will be the place for you.

The Christmas Palace - A Magical Holiday Wonderland The Christmas Palace is truly an enchanted holiday haven. This store is everything you could imagine when you think "Christmas wonderland." From stunning pre-decorated trees to aisles of beautiful ornaments, tree skirts, nutcrackers, lights, Santas, sleighs--you name it, they have it. I hadn't visited in years, and walking through brought back all the nostalgic magic I remembered. There is something for everyone here, whether you're decorating your entire home or just looking for inspiration. Even if you're not shopping, it's worth the trip just to explore, gather ideas, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. And yes--there are plenty of fun photo ops along the way. The staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. They're always ready to answer questions and love pointing out specials, new arrivals, and their favorite items. Their enthusiasm just adds to the charm of the place. Now, the prices aren't cheap--but neither is the quality. I went in promising myself I wouldn't buy anything... and walked out with a 4-foot nutcracker I've officially named Bob (see pics!). That's just the kind of place this is--you'll probably leave with something you didn't plan on, because everything is so well-crafted and beautifully displayed. All in all, The Christmas Palace has something for every Christmas style, color palette, and decorating vision. Enjoy, explore, and revel in the merriness of the palace.

If you're looking for the ultimate Christmas decoration and accessories shopping experience, The Christmas Place is a must-visit! This store is truly magical, offering a vast plateau of Christmas accessories that cater to every holiday vision imaginable. From classic red-and-green themes to modern pastel tones, and their wide range of colors ensures you'll find the perfect items to match your decor style. The attention to detail in their product selection is impressive. Whether you're in search of ornaments, wreaths, stockings, or unique centerpieces, they have it all especially if you're looking for unique accessories. The layout of the store is very festive, as you would expect. They have different sections from nativity theme, leaves and ornaments etc, which makes it easy to location items you're looking for. Just be prepared to spend some money, items add up very quickly. I would suggest having a budget with a buffer because you will see items that you will just want. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. I left with my heart full of holiday spirit. Highly recommend The Christmas Place for anyone looking to elevate their holiday decor!

I adore Christmas and Christmas decorations and this store it's so festive and fun to walk around. The Staff and management are friendly and very helpful. The designers work is inspiring and so so beautiful!!I Look forward to coming here every year. Some of the items are slightly overpriced to what you can get elsewhere thought but there are some real gems here that I've not seen anywhere else. Always have to take something home with me as a souvenir! BTW it can get extremely busy in the run up to Christmas especially at weekends so go early to avoid the crowds.

This place has the most beautiful ornaments, trees and Christmas decor for your home. I was surprised by the level of attention and service. The staff is professional and all the items are high end and high quality. The prices are moderate. I will suggest to come with a budget in mind because their items are just beautiful. Walk around the store and enjoy, the decoration is just wonderful. If you need assistance the staff is very nice and friendly. They also helped me with my bow. They have a nice selections of ribbons. They can create something unique if you aren't that crafty. Parking available inside the plaza.

Listen, even the biggest Scrooge or Grinch among us will get into the holiday spirit within seconds of heading to the Christmas Palace! The Christmas Palace is literally Christmas on steroids. Trees, trees, and more trees. Decorations galore, from the most tiniest or ornaments to the largest of outdoor decorations. From gaudy to demure, this place has it! There are rooms and rooms of decorations here, each seemingly with their own theme/taste level and/or look. If you had a specific look you were going for you could easily navigate yourself throughout to Palace to find just what you were looking for. My favorite are was the far back where all the trees are. These trees are lit, but not decorated like many of the others out front are. Something about this part makes me smile. So many different sizes and options to choose from there. The staff was super helpful and friendly and they even let me get a picture with Santa Clause while I was there. Now, I'd say this, this place isn't the cheapest but the quality is there. You can definitely see why this place has been around for 30 years. The quality, service, and products speak for themselves. The Christmas Palace is definitely a one-stop shop for all things Christmas related.

    Welcome to Christmas!

I have not been to The Christmas Palace in over 20 years, but I was with a group of friends having brunch across the street, and we decided to check it out on a whim on a Sunday afternoon. It is much bigger than I remembered, maybe they expanded over the years. As soon as you walk in the store you see (and smell,) Christmas everywhere! They have trees decorated with just about everything you can think of: cats/dogs, sweet treats like donuts & cupcakes, gingerbread, elves, and color themed trees that encompass the rainbow! They also have whole rooms/sections of tree skirts, holiday lighting, gift bags, nativity scenes, artificial trees of all sizes, and there's a huge moving Department 56 display. I would definitely give them 5 stars for assortment & stock; however the prices are very high, so the star level there round be about a 2. In my home we have a high ceiling & would like to get a new prelit tree that is 10-12 feet. We bought a 12 ft. one about 6 years ago that was at Lowes for $400. I know prices go up; but at The Christmas Palace a 10 ft. tree was $999. And it wasn't even very big:full! I didn't even look at the taller ones! Plus many of the ornaments & tree-toppers I looked at had no visible pricing at all, and there were a few things I would have bought if the price was right. Of the 4 people in our group; only 1 made a small purchase. The store does have just about everything "Christmas" but if you were trying to furnish a new home with a tree, lights, and beautiful ornaments it would definitely put you back a few thousand dollars!

Prices are outrageous, for example 30$ for tiny Christmas village people. Parking is always full.

The proprietor, John, is a jovial québécois who puts me in mind of a beardless Santa Claus. He's very friendly and generous with information, as you'll be able to tell by the length of my review. He's been in the Christmas tree game all of his life, growing the Christmas trees on his family Christmas tree farm that his grandfather established in Quebec. They have 5 feet to 21 feet tall trees, either ethereally slender or delightfully chubby, but all full. They also have special aluminum and steel Christmas tree stands for sale that they will install for you. They recommend aluminum stands for smaller trees and the steel stands for larger trees. They have massive trees. I asked about the 16 to 21 feet tall trees, the heights of which I've never seen at any other Christmas tree stand, and most of these are sold to regulars. I met one of the regulars who said they have to put the tree near the stairs and then put a ladder on the second story in order to decorate it, lol, but I digress. They sold 4 trees in the short amount of time that I was there, and, apparently, this mostly word-of-mouth tree stand usually sells out within days after Thanksgiving weekend. It must help that between John and his locally sourced staff, English, Spanish and French speaking customers are easily accommodated. The tree prices are priced by range because you can have 2 12-feet trees, but one tree took more years to grow, so you're not buying a tree based on height, but rather how long the tree was cultivated and cared for on the family farm. I also bought some Canadian maple syrup and Canadian maple sugar. The maple is sourced from Canadian maples overseen by John's wife. The maple syrup is amazing... not cloyingly sweet or overly thick. I can't wait to try the maple sugar for sugar cookies and candied maple bacon. I love supporting small businesses, and, if you do, too, take a chance on this tree stand. I'm sure you'll become a regular.
