    Horse bit with hardware

Ricardo P was a huge help!! I needed to move some strong metal pieces on a horse bit and he picked all of the right tools for my barn. I'm so grateful.

11-15-23 5:30 pm Need a key for my friend who is watching my cats while I am away. Walk in the store and two associates in a gab fest sorry to interrupt do you know where I can make a key. So she attempts to walk me over but gets stopped by another associate that wants to chat. At that point I give up and go to the self make key kiosk myself. There is different prices but I get the least expensive if I am going to pay more someone needs to sell me on the up-charge. After I am finished I go to the self checkout. Hey more associates than customers but we don't want to interrupt their socializing. Management at this location must be absent. Home Depot a necessary evil. Three stars because this treatment is about average at any of their South Florida locations.

Waited 20 minutes, had three different employees call for assistance to help with lumber cuts and zero response. I eventually left and will go to Lowe's!

I recently had a kitchen emergency! After running out of my regular cleaner, I had the bright idea to use my Lysol toilet bowl cleaner on my kitchen sinks!! DO NOT EVER use this on anything else!!! I almost permanently ruined my sinks with the chemical ingredients in it. I ran to my local Home Depot, sought out assistance and one of their associates recommended Bar Keepers Friend. It's a bit abrasive--more than Ajax or Comet and it helped a lot, but because I didn't have sufficient elbow grease left in me, I will have to use it a couple more times before I can see the sink restored; which is what he warned me about saying that it wasn't a miracle product and that I would have to scrub it really hard and maybe even more than on one or two occasions. Needless to say, I was grateful for the help and relieved that we have such knowledgeable associates in our local Home Depot stores.

Been here several times. It's a large stand alone building with ample parking. The store is bright, well stocked & organized. Most staff members are friendly and helpful. My last purchase has been my largest since I started shopping here. It was a washing machine. After doing my due diligence, I found this store to have the machine I wanted at the best price. The staff member assisting us through the process was friendly, informative and helpful. The check out process went smoothly. Unfortunately the delivery of the washing machine did not go smoothly. The first attempt at delivery the machine came with a dent. I had to call to reschedule another delivery which was two-three days later. I now had to schedule time to be home for a second delivery. Second delivery arrives. All seems to be good. Turns out the delivery person connected the hot & cold water hoses incorrectly. Although the delivery drivers and rep. (to schedule delivery of indented machine) were polite the delivery process was frustrating and inconvenient. Something to keep in mind for future reference.

Not one of the better Home Depot stores I have been in! We came in here looking for some kind of sealant for a small tear in a leather blend couch that we have. I just want to seal it up so we can get a few more years out of this relatively inexpensive piece of furniture. We saw numerous employees, but nobody ever approached us. When we did find someone we were basically brushed off and sent to an aisle that didn't have what we wanted. Nobody walked us over and showed us what product to use. We were pointed to different sections by 2 different employees while we were on this goose chase. We did eventually find one friendly employee, but he wasn't really helpful either and he was trying to sell us some kind of home air conditioning system. In New York, the Home Depot stores are much better than this and employees seem to be better trained.

No gardening seeds or plantable vegetable starters at one of the best times of year to plant in this area.

They do have knowledgeable and friendly people that can assist with any questions. Ace Hardware Corporation is an American hardware retailers' cooperative based in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States. It is the world's largest hardware retail cooperative, and the largest non-grocery American retail cooperative. Founded in 1924 as "Ace Stores", the company changed its name to "Ace Hardware Corporation" in 1931. It grew dramatically following World War II, more than tripling its sales between the late 1940s and 1959. After the retirement of longtime president and founder Richard Hesse in 1973, Ace was sold to its retailers, becoming a retailer-owned cooperative. It first reached $1 billion in wholesale sales in 1985 and $5 billion in 2015. As of 2019, it has over 5,200 locations in 60 countries. Ace operates 17 distribution centers in the United States, and additional distribution facilities in China, Panama, and the United Arab Emirates. This particular store on Seabreeze is located in the large strip mall that houses the LA Fitness, TJ Maxx and the Total Wines and more...so it's easy to find and to park.

The manager didn't think he had what we needed any longer, but checked with a staff member. They had one kit left, but only in white -- the wrong color. The staff member said we should order it on Amazon (!). I explained we were trying to "shop local" ... In any case, the manager gave us some suggestions of some larger stores that might have more inventory. He even suggested we call a location in advance to see if they could order it. That was incredibly nice of him to do so... If you live in this area, and need something, please visit. They deserve to get some yelper business

I guess everyone has had different experiences with Hanna, but all of mine have been very good. Hanna Paint and Hardware is a smaller privately owned hardware store which for me offers a much better shopping experience than I have at the big box stores such as Lowes or Home Depot. Hanna's is a place where I can easily find someone knowledgeable to give me shopping assistance and sound advice. I know that one time I walked into Hanna asking for a specific item and the clerk told me, even though he did carry that item, it was really not the best hence not what I should want. So, I picked up the other item he recommended and yes, he was so right and it was so much better. The chances of me getting good advice like that elsewhere are at best, remote.
