My family (two adults and two children) recently returned from a two-night stay at The Claridge Hotel from June 19-21. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below reasonable expectations, and I would like to formally document several serious concerns. On the morning of June 20, we visited The Twenties restaurant for breakfast. While waiting to be seated, I witnessed two tables leave due to a lack of service, and a third nearly did the same. Once we were seated, two different staff members provided conflicting information, and it was clear that there was significant confusion among the team. Most concerning, one employee audibly exclaimed, "Fuck!" in front of guests, including my two children. We also experienced significant issues with the elevators throughout our stay. On one occasion, we waited more than 15 minutes for an elevator while one of my children, who has a disability, was unable to stand comfortably for an extended period. We specifically chose this hotel because of its accessibility features and multiple elevators. At one point, approximately 10 guests were waiting, which suggests an ongoing issue. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. In the women's restroom near the pool, there was a used tampon visible inside the artificial plant located to the right of the entrance. I found this extremely unsanitary and immediately left the pool area. When I checked again the following day, the item had still not been removed. The walkway connecting the parking garage to the lobby had a strong, persistent odor of urine, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary first impression. Finally, after using the shower in our room on the evening of our arrival, the steam revealed drawings and markings on the bathroom mirror that had not been cleaned, leading us to question the overall cleanliness and preparation of the room. I travel frequently and have stayed in a wide range of accommodations. This was, without question, one of the most disappointing experiences I have encountered due to the condition of the property, the cleanliness issues, and the lack of service. read more

The positive, staff is very friendly and hotel is clean. The negative, $118 security deposit on which only $100 is returned, when asked they had no answers at the counter. Why would they just not charge an extra $18 on the rooms prior to booking then add this "hidden fee"? Rooms are old, no USB chargers in any of the outlets. If you need to charge anything, bring your blocks. Elevators, small and you can wait up to 10-15 minutes to get on one at times. Check in, had an hour wait this past Saturday and only after 45 minutes did they add a third person at counter to assist. Wife and I agreed, it's been almost 15 years since we were here and nothing has been updated, and that's most of the problem. We'd pay the extra money for a more modern hotel moving forward. Claridge owner is negligent. Just returned from Fourth of July weekend at Claridge in AC. NOT a good experience. Some staff are trying, but they seem to have little support. Extensive check-in times exacerbated by insufficient cleaning and check-in staff. On a "sold out" weekend you would think a manager might have the foresight to bring in additional cleaning staff (to turn -over the rooms) and addition help for the front check-in (to hasten the process). Apparently, this is a regular occurrence. This IS a older, "historic" hotel. So minor inconveniences are to be expected; mostly physical layout and slow elevators. But upkeep is not part of those expectations. Dirty windows, a multi-line phone which addresses all calls to answering messages that are never returned (except for the Operator), no exhaust fan in bathroom, sliding shower door that only opens so that you have to struggle in and out squeezing past the toilet, closet or storage rack for luggage. Complaints are sometimes handled, sometimes ignored. Talking directly with housekeepers is useless as they don't have enough product to service the rooms. No body wants to spend large portions of their time dealing with problems when on a short vacation, here, waiting and complaining will occupy a good deal of your precious vacation time. interestingly, the crew can generally recite by rote their inability to do anything to assist. Their manner suggests they have had these responses beaten into their work repertoire over years of experience. NEGLIGENCE claim. The "VUE" lounge on the top floor. We thought this would be a great place from which to watch the fireworks displays. So we went up early to stake out a space overlooking the Tropicana. But almost all of the rattan chairs were roped together to the metal patio tables. Odd. It was very breezy. A young lady in boots said the wind can get (meaning it has in the past) much worse at times and that's why the chairs were roped to the tables. We ordered drinks and some nachos from a waitress named Tiffany (one of the nicest and best employees we had contact with all week-end). We got our drinks but were told the nachos (NACHOS!) would take a while due to an "issue with the kitchen." 45 minutes later, Tiffany told us the nachos were still not available, and she comped us a second round of drinks - apologizing for the delay. Not a big problem as we were still waiting for the fireworks to start. An additional 45 minutes later, I had to ask if there was any chance of getting the nachos BEFORE incoming rain in the distance. Tiff was able to get them almost immediately. But the wind was picking up and we had to move inside just to eat. We finished our Nachos as the fireworks were starting and went back out to grab seats. The seats actually fought to be pulled out from the tables, and were pushed back in by the wind! AT THIS POINT THE OUTSIDE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN, but it was not - so, assuming the staff knew what they were doing, we stayed. THINGS got worse. Chairs skidded by behind us, then one of the metal garden tables FLIPPED OVER and hit my wife's chair. Lucky for your "business," she was not injured. STILL nobody closed the area down, but we retreated back to the doorway, where a 400 lb, older "Security guard" sat at an indoor table checking his phone. He wore a dark t-shirt and dress jacket. HE saw what was occurring and did nothing. Miserable night. Monday when we were checking out, I attempted to warn the front desk staff of these issues. Rote responses, but he DID ask if we had made an incident report when the flying table near miss occurred. I explained we hadn't because my wife was not hurt, BUT that their '"poor-man's Soprano" security guard AND the upstairs staff were aware of the situation at the time AND aware that the cheap outdoor furniture was OBVIOUSLY a problem in the past and no secret to ANY other staff. He really wasn't listening, so I told him I wasn't going to solve the Claridge's problems for nothing, but hope they didn't lose their jobs when someone was actually hurt due to the Hotel's neglect. This place is VERY disappointing. An expansion will do NOTHING to help you. You'll close before they ever lay the basement. It is a shame to see such a beautiful building abused and let go to seed. Your only current draw is the price-point of your rooms. But once people stay here, they realize their comfort and happiness IS NOT a priority. The Claridge is not inexpensive, or a value of any kind, it is a cheap flop house with a few good employees, struggling to make it day-by-day. I would stay here again. This has to be a historical landmark building. It's been around forever. Fortunately we had an ocean view corner room that was very spacious and offered beautiful sunsets. The gym is small and right next to the heated indoor pool. Dining, high roller dispensary, rooftop bar and so much more. A no frills kind of place but worth every penny. Come for the ghosts, stay for the firm mattress. Stayed here for the Teachers Convention with very low expectations, which might be the secret to liking this place. The room wasn't renovated but was clean, spacious, and had a firm mattress that made me realize I need one at home. Outdated? Yes. Gross? Nope. That's a win in AC. Staff were friendly and helpful, which helped balance out the parking-garage stairwell that had garbage, urine, and empty liquor bottles. Inside, though, the creepy charm kind of worked -- big empty rooms, quiet halls, and plenty of privacy even when crowded. The hotel room was clean, comfy, and weirdly likable. Claridge Hotel - A Major Disappointment (Reservation: August 5-9, 2025) Checked Out After Just 46 Minutes We had a reservation at the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City from August 5 to 9, 2025--but we checked out just 46 minutes after arrival due to the shocking, unacceptable condition of the property. From the moment we parked, it was clear this hotel is in serious decline. The garage was dirty. The elevators were old and grimy. And the entire interior felt like a forgotten relic--not charming, not historic, just neglected and decaying. The front desk staff were excellent--kind, polite, and professional. One of the few bright spots. We were given a room on the 21st floor, but when the elevator doors opened, we were hit with a hot, humid, musty-smelling hallway, stained and filthy carpet, cracked walls, and peeling paint. The smell suggested mold, and immediately raised concerns about air quality. Inside the room, things were even worse. The air was thick and musty, the carpet stained, the sheets looked old and not truly clean, and everything felt dark, damp, and dirty. We felt unsafe staying there, and genuinely worried about possible mold and allergen exposure. When we walked to the window, the paint was flaking, the exterior was filthy, and worse--the window wasn't even locked, a clear safety concern. We returned to the desk and were given another room--but it was more of the same: unclean, dingy, and depressing. The toilet hadn't been flushed, and there were hairs on the shower floor, another clear sign that housekeeping is not doing its job. By now we were not just disappointed--we were disgusted. We declined a third room and checked out 46 minutes after arrival. Still hungry and unsettled, we asked about food options and were directed to the rooftop bar and grill. To get there, we had to use the stairs near Shuckers, which were also filthy and worn down. When we arrived at the rooftop bar, we immediately turned around. The space looked dirty and uninviting--not a place where anyone should eat or order food. It felt unsanitary and made us even more certain we had made the right choice by leaving. This hotel is not a luxury experience anymore. It is a damp, neglected, unsafe place that needs a full closure and complete renovation. What once may have been a respected property is now closer to skid row than a resort. Everything from the dirty carpets and peeling paint to the potential mold exposure and poor housekeeping speaks of long-term neglect. And yet--the front desk staff remain amazing. It's unfortunate they are forced to represent a property that is in such terrible shape. Their kindness and professionalism deserve better. We left and checked into the Borgata Resort--and the contrast was staggering. Clean, modern, well-run, and truly worthy of being called a resort. What a relief. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had and one we'll remember for a long time--not because of what it was, but because of how bad it had become. We left feeling disappointed, disgusted, and genuinely concerned for our health and safety. We stayed one night. The room was clean and secure. However, we noticed several issues and things to be improved. Firstly, the TV only had basic cable which was not a deal breaker but it also didn't have a TV guide so you had no idea what channel you were on. We turned on our AC when we left the room and when we came back it was off again. I had thought our toilet was clogged and called the front desk twice. I was told someone would be up each time and no one ever came. Lastly and most importantly, the elevators are TERRIBLE. We waited for an elevator to the lobby for check out for over 30 minutes. We ended up walking down 18 flights of stairs to get outside to reenter for checkout. Overall, if we'd spent more time in the room I'd be more disappointed. I sent the picture of the bed and the receipt from the Caesars hotel because we couldn't sleep in a hotel room or bed that had dried bodily fluids. We requested another room an told you were sold out! Other guest complained about the room conditions and were moved and by the time our complaint was made, there were no more available rooms! Your hotel had roaches, it has a bad smell, old worn out carpet, broken elevators, etc! Do better instead! This hotel was not bad if you're looking for somewhere to stay for a low price, I booked this last minute and also paid extra for an ocean view room as you can see you really have to walk up to window to see anything they have these really old windows which are very dirty and hard to see out of. The lamps in the room are the only lights, one of my lamps didn't even work, carpet is old and outdated so if most of the stuff in room. I left my adapter to charger at home by mistake thinking like most hotels there would be a usb port in room to plug in my stuff, they didn't even have that. The pool is also very small compared to pictures. Parking is overpriced $25 compared to Balleys $10. read more

We stayed here for a quick getaway, and while there were a few positives, several consistent issues made the experience fall short of expectations. Interactions felt rushed or indifferent, which set a cold tone overall. * Only three of the five elevators were working during our stay. We waited more than 10 minutes for an elevator almost every time we needed one--only twice during our entire stay was the wait under 10 minutes. * The stairwells led directly outside, not to the lobby, making them an inconvenient alternative. * Our room temperature couldn't be adjusted, which made sleeping uncomfortable. * The shower didn't drain properly and began to fill up with water. It took a while for maintenance to address it. * Towels we requested never arrived--even after waiting over 40 minutes. * Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. A pair of socks or underwear remained on the hallway floor for all three days of our stay and was never picked up. * Daily housekeeping was not provided, and that wasn't clearly communicated up front. * The outdoor area of the rooftop lounge, while offering a lovely view, had loose pavers and worn flooring that could use serious updating. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it's being held back by staffing issues, delayed maintenance, and a general lack of attention to detail. All Staff was rude. If we asked for anything it took hours and then was wrong EVERY TIME. The room was dirty. Mold and brown stains above the whirlpool tub and was dirty. Room was not clean and housekeeping didnt clean once the 4 days we were there. Key had to be reset everyday, some days multiple times. HOTEL HAS ROACHES!! when we showed pictures of the roaches and complained daily they didnt care at all, said they were getting an exterminator to investigate but did nothing and the only resolution offered was to change rooms which wouldnt matter cause the ROACHES were in the halls and room. read more

The Hotel is very old, but kept kept very well. They have a small staff but you can see they care about the place. It does need some work, but I am sure they will get some things sorted. Hotel was clean. Some carpet was worn around some steps but other than that it was well kept. The Twenty's restaurant was amazing. I do not like Risotto, it I thought I would be adventurous and decided to give the Salmon with Black herbed Risotto a try, glad I did! Any Chef who can get me to like risotto is gold. First time I ever ate it and really liked it. Salmon was cooked to perfection. This is a throw back. It needs some time vestment to right a few things but the stay was pleasant, the Hotel was beautiful, classy, and the food really was different and very well done. Not perfect, but with some more investment this would be one of the great gems! Definitely doing the Halloween next year!! For me they need to have Malcom's open from 11 to 4. Serve drinks and a few small bites, for a potential lunch crowed, get the piano going and then close as the Vue opens and the Twenty's. Bottom line, go all in on the 1930's style and tune it that way. They have a unique spot. Loved it. read more

The Claridge is completely run-down and should be closed down ASAP as its proven they cannot upkeep their establishment for public use. Quick family trip to AC for a sports tournament, first stay in this hotel. Never again. It's shown that they do not hire enough staff to maintain this property! I want to provide a few insights before I truly review; 1. We have stayed in hotels in AC many times in the past 2. This is not my first experience in a "3-star hotel" 3. Truthfully booked just so we can have a place to rest and enjoy a brief moment in the pool. To begin, the hotel had a main water break inside the building during the same week before our stay. This flooded the elevators which did not work and some floors (I believe around Floor 18). Despite this, not one email was sent to customers to inform ahead of time. They carried on and still had a fully booked night, even hosted College Events. Talk about money hungry establishment. Two elevators running a whole 21 floor fully booked hotel?! Outrageous. It took us over 1 hour to get from the parking garage floor, to the main desk to simply check in. The line stretched from one end of the room to the other. With a fully booked night, they only had two people working the desks. The elevators were slow on top of it all. Onto the room: In the bathroom we were greeted with used toiletries, specifically a used lotion. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were the size of bed shams. Fortunately, our floor was not one that suffered the damages of the water break in the building. Pool: FILTHY. We were excited to use the warmed pool, but it was not lovely seeing the mold/algae growing all around. The numbers that identified the water deepness were covered in it. Garbage bags covering the stairs to get in??? LOOK AT THE PHOTO TO SEE ^^^ My son then looked up to find a view of missing glass panels on the sun-scaped room covered with wood that was opening and caving inward. They take absolutely no care of this property. No towels were provided in the pool area. I went down to the main floor to ask for some, and called 3x back to the front desk to get towels. It took 40 mins to get someone from the cleaning group to bring them, and his face didn't seem pleasant. As I was the only family in there and made the obvious request, I approached the man who was just placing the towels away and ignoring that I was directly aside him. I asked if I may please have 3 towels. One was stained with something red/orange. The bathroom next to the pool was interesting. I went to wash my hands and no soap coming out of each dispenser there. I opened it and surprise! NO SOAP THERE. Disgusting!!!! Lets move on to safety: finding homeless people camping within the hotel. No security anywhere, not in the parking lot, not around the building. We know the area is not the best, but to have this occur is outrageous as a family with kids. This homeless person was aside their arcade! ONLY PROS: There was a woman who checked us in on her first week working who was pleasant. The restaurant staff is also very nice. This is a good location to reach the boardwalk, plus the ocean view was nice. read more

What an absolute nightmare. Paid $650 for two nights in this disgusting circus fun house. Let's start from the beginning. You show up and are immediately extorted for $30 a night parking. Then after parking in the stinky garage you have to go on an adventure down 2 different creaky elevators and stinky dirty hallways until you get to the packed lobby. There you will find more foreign parking attendants who double as bell hops. They will try to get you to give you an ID card to take a luggage cart. Some of them won't even let you take the luggage carts without their supervision (and expectation for a tip). So after an hour fighting with the bell boys, paying a surprise extra $80 in parking and "resort fees" (which doesn't make any sense because this is in no way a "resort") you might be lucky enough to find your way to your room. On the way you'll sweat because the hallways are about 90 degrees and humid and they all smell like urine, vomit, and fabreeze. We got to our room after an hour and twenty minutes only to find that it was also 80 degrees and humid. The AC wasn't on and the room was absolutely disgusting. We found q-tips, dirt, dust, spare change, and an old crayon under the bed. Hair in the sink and an overall dingy feeling of a room that hadn't been deep cleaned in at least 6 months. The disgusting $650 "superior king" also room had a view of nearby rooftop and air conditioner units. Had to pack up and make our journey back to front desk to get a new room. Thankfully the manager John put us in a slightly nicer room and after a grand total of one hour and forty five minutes we were finally able to sit down and enjoy a drink in the room. Unfortunately we were exhausted, sweaty, and unbearably frustrated from the check in process. Outside of the hotel at night you can run into shady characters lurking about at all hours and gangster rap exploding from car speakers parked out front. The smell of urine and garbage hovers in the air outside and the moldy green fountain glistens in the moon light. The next day we took a shower with hair stuck to the walls and black mold in the corner of the shower floor. Our room was right by the 150 year old elevators so we also got to hear people hollering along with the dings and dongs of the elevators all night. Upon checkout I called the front desk to request a luggage cart for the six mile walk back to the $60 parking garage. They informed me that they could send someone with a cart but that they would have to stay with us the whole time and baby-sit the cart. That's right. After staying in about 500 hotels in my lifetime this is the first hotel that absolutely refused to lend me a luggage cart without supervision. Mind you I'm a grown man in my late thirties. After much arguing with "Marty" the luggage cart boss, I was forced to just lug all my stuff including 50lb cooler all the way back to the car because nobody showed up to help anyway. One last walk through the stinky hallways and urine covered garage we finally made it out of the claridge alive... just $700 poorer and in need of a vacation from our vacation. Never been so happy to be home from vacation! Such a shame because the building is awesome and full of historical significance but this awful property management company and unhelpful employee's are running it into the ground. The definition of poor management. We go to AC at least 5 times a year and let me tell you I will NEVER set foot on this property again unless you paid me. My wife is an author who booked a table at an author book selling event that was located on the 2nd floor conference room of this location on October 4th. We arrived on the 3rd, the location was very dark and the security was minimal location appears to be managed daily by unprofessional teenagers. Upon arrival my wife was encouraged to valet her truck to make things easier and started a relationship with a attendant I come to know as Joel It took almost an hour to completely check in and ride the elevators to our floor. The hallways were full of angry people dealing with several issues from room mistakes broken doors and the unbearable heat we endured while waiting the 30 minute wait for the small out dated elevators to arrived. Another issue that prolonged our check in was the fact that our room was not correct. We traveled with a friend so we requested two double beds. The room was "upgraded" to a suite with a jacuzzi and they decided to comp the bed roll for our friend. When told we did not book this room, my wife was told that she did and they acted as if they were doing us a service while lying about a mistake. The tub didnt drain, a 5 minute shower i was standing in water to my knees, mold like spots on the ceiling and awful customer service Knowing the issues with the elevators we decided that after the book event rather carry the books back to our room and wait for the elevators and struggle to fit we would put them in the car and repark the car. My wife and her author friend loaded their books into our trunk the valet took the car and parked in what we believed was a secure lot. In the middle of the night my wife starts getting text and fraud notifications regarding her bank card and that was the start. Go down to the lobby discover the driver window was broken and several things stolen from the car including a wallet a purse some of my wife's books things we purchased and her friends whole entire luggage with over 50 books and an iPad. Stolen out of our car that was supposed to be safe. We got no help from the hotel or the valet parking people and In fact it is my belief it was a set up and an inside job. Even having to call the police and start an active investigation that lead us to the local bus station and later a dollar general they offered nothing but an empty apology and a small discount. They claimed the valet was separate and they couldnt comp our stay or even hold their staff accountable for the issue. Dirty, old, smells like piss especially on the first garage floor. Stayed there for 2 nights, my last day and night, we had NO hot water. Ice machine was out of order, called front desk, they said that they would send someone to fix it. It NEVER got fixed. The tub has only 1 sliding door so you better expect to get wet before getting in the shower. Make sure you flush the toilet TWICE if you want the waste to go down. The outlet in the bathroom wasnt working so I had to use the blow dryer in the room. The roof top was nice. I will NEVER EVER stay in the Claridge Hotel in AC. read more

This Hotel has beds that must be 30 years old. They are u shaped without laying down. The elevators take up rto 20 minutes to arrive and you will be squeezed in with 12 other people. The check-in process is extremely long and slow. They are obviously understaffed. The lobby is not air-conditioned. Miserable hot box room! Our first night was torture! We called the front desk 4 times! They never offered to move our room with a broken fridge or broken ac. They never sent maintenance. I have picture proof that our room's temp was 81! We didn't sleep at all. With a hot room and a broken ac, we were sweating, feeling dehydrated, and sick with no cold drinks. To add insult to injury, $30 of seafood went bad in our fridge. The next day, I demanded a room switch because I was so sick and dehydrated, so they moved us to a smaller room. At least the fridge and ac worked. ~$60 in resort fees ~$80 in parking Extremely slow elevators. Unhelpful staff. 90% of the ice machines are broken. No microwave in the room. The pool opened late every day we were there. Adults accompanying children to the pool wasn't enforced, so someone had to call security on disruptive kids alone. One time we went to the pool there were no towels so we had to use our room towels. No foot showers when you come in covered in sand from the ocean. You'll end up tracking sand in the elevator and your room. Homeless people pee in the parking garage. The first 3 floors of it smells bad. Homeless people do drugs and nap by their fountain. I ordered a room for 2 nights i paid 679$ But when I came i had to pay parking 53 and like the hold 140$ almost 900$ for only 2 nights when i went in the room it was so dirty so i tried calling the house keeper on the room phone but they didn't answer i called the front desk they also didn't i went to the restaurant vue the elevator are always SO busy and full they take so long to get one when i was waiting the house keepers was right next to us i asked if the elevator is for floor 23 they said yes but we had 3 kids under age in this hotel your easily lost they didn't tell us it was closed for kids underage but we went the music was so loud i can hear it from multiple floors we went they told us we couldn't bring kids so we went it was so loud the music that u can go bilnd i had a 3 year old toddler not even the housekeeper told us and they even went in the same floor has us so we went in the stair with the stroller because the elevator was TOOO LONG!!!! We changed rooms and canceled 1 night the room we got too was not bad but not clean enough if i was you i would never go here 5 hours of driving for this it was my first time in new jersey so I don't know a lot about here read more

As I write this review we are literally trapped on the 19th floor. All elevators are down. What started with disappointment only got worse. Parking garage smells horrendously of urine and puke. Hotel is super dates, fridge doesn't work, a/c vents are covered in dust. But the elevator situation takes the cake. Front desk won't give you any information, fire trucks are here--super concerning. Needed to go out to get 16 month old grandson dinner earlier and meds from car, but that's a no go. Was going to take the stairs the 19 flights up and down but blunt smoking and drunks in the stairwell made me change my mind. DON'T STAY HERE!! WISH WE WOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS!! read more

This hotel needs some serious updating. When you first walk in it seems either of mildew or of over sprayed fragrance. Not a good start. Then when waiting in line awaiting service...there are only two people but a long line. Once it's my time to get help, the lady was nice but she seem like she was new as she wasn't as helpful with some of my questions as someone that would have worked there for awhile. All in all she was nice! Even to take it back before you walk in the valet team we're not on the same page at all. One was telling me I have to wait, the other guy stated he would take my truck now...it was very confusing. When you are in the room...you will see the places that are lacking updates. You have to pay a resort fee...so thought it would be a bit more updated. It gives you the feeling you are inside your grandmothers room. It has a smell like they cleaned but the room had been sitting with water around it. Very strange. The room was a decent size though and they did have amenities like an iron, ironing board, luggage rack and some small shower items. There is a restaurant that you can eat at on floor 6. There's a bar there as well. Made a reservation and had dinner there and order the salmon dinner...and it was pretty good. Nothing to suggest someone coming here just for their food. Two friends order the beef meal and both were not happy with their choice. One stated it tasted like a Salisbury steak and they were confused why the risotto was cold. There is also a rooftop bar. I didn't go but two friends did. All in all this is not a hotel I would run to go back to. I wish they would put some time and money into updating the hotel. I was worrying to see all the bad reviews from this place, my room is right next to the elevator, and I can not hear the noise, even at night time. People working there is nice. The indoor pool is warm and clean. Parking is easy to access to the hotel room, if parking on the second floor. Parking is clean, no smelly. I been other hotel in AC, I still prefer this place, because is more quiet, comfortable and easy access to all the fun places read more

Check in takes a long time because of very slow credit card readers. Room 1614 was dated and had some maintenance needs. Biggest problem is that you cannot rely on the elevators. They don't work most of the time and you will either wait a very long time on you will have to take the stairs to whichever of the 24 floors you're on. read more

The room was clean and very easy to feel comfortable as well as the hallway. These factors are important when you're staying in a hotel. I think the front desk was a little busy and could use a little extra help doing season time that's high. They weren't able to answer the phones. read more
