Legacy Vacation Resort Brigantine Beach - View of the hotel from the beach....

You need to understand what you're signing up for when staying here. It's a fairly priced,…read moreoceanfront hotel that is literally falling apart. The place has so much potential but no one is keeping it up. The towels and linens were clean. I think our biggest complaint was the lack of customer service. There is no daily housekeeping/maid service here unless you pay $35 per cleaning. We were never told this...well, finally upon our third visit to the front desk we were. Beach tags are provided by the hotel...great! except they never told us this and we purchased on the beach. We asked for a credit after learning from other guests that beach tags are provided. The front desk girl deferred me to the manager who wouldn't be in until after our stay ended and shockingly, the manager refunded us without a fight! In the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are supposed to be provided in dispensers on the wall...great! but 2 of the 3 were empty. There is no ice machine on the property but we learned from other patrons that you can ask at the front desk for a bag of ice. It would have been nice if all these little things were explained to us at check in or listed somewhere instead of having to learn by chatting with others halfway through our stay! Parking: 1 spot is provided per room, street parking is available for extra cars and it is easily found and free! Wi fi: provided at hotel whether you're in the room or on the property. I had a lot of problems using my cell phone for internet (with my data plan) while on the beach. On the weekends, I couldn't use my data at all due to all the thousands of other people in the area trying to use their phones as well. On the weekdays, I didn't have any issue. Bar/restaurant: I think it should be noted that there is a bar and grill attached to the hotel (no affiliation) and they have live music daily. All day on weekends and 6-10pm (check https://www.lagunagrillandrumbar.com/entertainment for specifics) on weekdays. After the band ends, a DJ may also play. I just think patrons should know this in case they like to go to bed early, etc. You can most definitely clearly hear the music in the rooms. Overall, I would stay here again...it had the basics and is a great location...but do not come here if you are looking to impress anyone or like to stay in nice places!

This hotel is absolutely the worst as far as accommodations! For so many reason I will never stay…read morehere again! First, there were no towels provided. When I asked for a towel after arriving, I was told there was only one, for the entire hotel! The refrigerator barely works and does not keeps things cold. The entire room is dirty and needs to be cleaned and updated. The television does work and when I asked about it, I was rudely told I would have to wait until tomorrow. The only positive is the location to the beach. I have stayed at this location before and did not have this experience. Other than the that.... just a terrible experience! i would beware of vacationing at this resort!

Club Wyndham Skyline Tower - view from balcony

    Club Wyndham Skyline Tower

The balcony is wonderful!…read more The bathroom was spacious but there are no hooks by the shower for towels. The hook for the hand towel is so low, the towel goes right into the sink. We couldn't understand why the tub, sink, and toilet were on top of each other when there was so much room to spread out -- including an almost empty bathroom closet. There is no "Constant Fan" option on the thermostat. The cost of parking, $186, is excessive. That alone would prohibit us from returning to Club Wyndham. Check-in is bizarre: One has to pull their car up to the garage entrance, leave it double-parked in the street, and then walk through entering/exiting garage traffic to check in before being able to park the car. It is both stressful and dangerous and poorly planned. If not for Niaz's help, we would not have known what to do. Otherwise, the room was wonderful (except for the on/off Wifi and bathroom) and the security is exceptional. We also loved the efficiency of the elevators (wish check-in and parking worked as smoothly). But the entire staff is fantastic and the hotel is spotless -- everywhere. We did have a great stay but parking and weak Wifi prevents us from giving the property five stars.

This was a great room, spacious had more of a small apartment feel to it, nice comfy bed & good toiletries to use. The kitchen comes in handy when u have left overs, nice living room space comfy couch & big TV to watch. U have a decent size balcony, chairs set up nice to sit & just enjoy the views. Decent indoor pool good size serves its purpose. Beach is right down the street & so is the boardwalk. Amenities are limited on the property, there's a game room, movie theater no restaurants on property. Best thing about this Hotel is its location & my reason for giving it the 4 stars, near the end of the boardwalk which is great since it's away from the crazy crowds. We had an enjoyable stay because of it's convenient location.

We were incredibly excited to spend our once in a life time honeymoon in such a beautiful place, but felt underwhelmed and honestly disappointed with the whole experience. Renovations: We knew this time of year would be slower (October 2025) and that's okay. What we didn't know was that 2/3 of the resort would be closed for renovations. I understand facilities will eventually need work and slow season would be the time to do it, but there was no communication about it until we were already there. Had we known we probably would've chosen a different resort. Thursday and Fridays morning we were woken up due to construction noises. NOT the kind of thing you'd expect at a place like this. Staff: Some of the staff was friendly; I would say most. Johnny the bartender was awesome. There were a few encounters however where staff didn't seem to care and they never once apologized for 2/3 of the resort being closed or offered anything to make up for it--a complimentary bottle of wine, a coupon to use at the spa, etc. I'm not looking for handouts, but after working in hospitality for over a decade I know you want your guests to feel welcome; especially on special occasions, such as this. Over the course of a week, only once were we greeted at the beach by a waitress to ask us if we wanted anything to drink or eat. I found this odd because you would think during a slow season it would be the opposite. I always tip at least 20% so it wouldn't have been the staff avoiding us due to not tipping. There is no Uber or Lyft so you have to call taxis to go everywhere if you don't rent a car. The concierge was helpful here and every time they got a taxi booked quickly, which was appreciated. Upon checking out I noticed there was a charge for a bottle of wine we did not consume. When I mentioned it I was told by the manager she would not be removing the charge and just walked away. I was honestly shocked. I was surprised by this treatment after every other place we had been to in Turks had the most friendly and kind people. I would suggest a different resort based on this alone. Facilities: Everyone was crammed into one corner of the resort because everything as closed. They played the same song on repeat all week. I'm not even exaggerating here. The same song on repeat all week. The beach was beautiful and our room was gorgeous. The AC worked very well and we slept like a rock when not being woken up by construction. The main pool was drained for work so they told us to use the 2 swim out pools attached to the first floor rooms patios. It felt uncomfortable swimming here and like we were intruding on the privacy of the people who booked those rooms. I feel bad for those who did book those rooms expecting a somewhat private swim out pool. Food: All the food was great. The food in Turks & Caicos was remarkable and better than we expected. Overall it looks like Windsong has the potential to be a great place to vacation, but for us it did not live up to expectations. There are so many options for tropical destinations and resorts that you should not settle for anything less than amazing, and unfortunately Windsong was not that. Save yourself a potential let down and stay somewhere else.
