After filling a police report I requested his insurance information and gave me the contact information for the Agent. After speaking to the agent she is blocking things refusing to let us speak to the Carrier or open a claim. Skip them over every time at this point they need to have ICE in there too since majority of the staff can't even speak English. Last I checked that was a requirement for citizenship.

They gave me a bare minimum refund but didn't do what was promised. I asked for specific things NOT to do, but they ignored that and did it any way. It was supposed to be a "deep" clean, but my 12 year old granddaughter could have done better. They disabled a motion detector in my closet, unplugged a floor lamp causing me to get on hands and knees and crawl under a desk to replug, damaged an antique table with some sort of chemical, and the most egregious thing was leaving my front door unlocked after I instructed them to do so. They actually made more work for me to do instead of making life a bit easier. Sorry I can't give it less than one star.

She did a wonderful job but I did find a few spots in shower (the tracking and the top) that were missed. I cleaned them after no biggie. She cleaned the rest of the condo well as much as she could (I still have boxes and bins all over Lol) but took a little longer than I thought she would. Again, not a big deal. I suggested that she get a wagon or cart for next time because she was carrying all of her items and couldn't take out all of my trash. Overall, I would hire someone from Maid to Glow again.

The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. I did not see a single duster, mop or vacuum in action. Every inquiry was met with "that's not my job" when you are literally cleaning an empty house! Then shortly afterwards, they packed up and abandoned the job without a word. Very unprofessional and unskilled!
