The drink was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, and I loved the logo and branding. Unfortunately, the coffee itself didn't quite live up to the presentation for me. The drink tasted a bit watered down, and the coffee flavor got lost. I also picked up a canned coffee to try the next day. After my first drink experience, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up liking it more. That said, it was surprisingly sweet, even for someone who typically loves sugary coffee drinks. I added an extra shot of espresso, which helped balance the flavor. Overall, the marketing, branding, and aesthetic are excellent, but I'm not sure the drink quality is worth the drive for me personally.

The biggest downside was the cleanliness. The bathroom didn't feel clean, there were stains on the floors, chipped paint and damaged walls, crumbs around the couches and on some of the chairs, and the dish return bins were noticeably dirty inside. I stayed for about 90 minutes, and during that time I didn't see any cleaning happening, even though there were several areas that clearly needed attention.
