    Cool vibes!

Really wish they had this place in Omaha. Such an amazing look and feel. They were so nice and helped us through the menu. The service was super fast and even had some fun items for purchase. The boba milk drinks and Thai tea were some of the best we have had. Highly recommend the Oreo drink. You'll thank me later! Definitely making a stop again.

    Mochi creamwich

The mochi creamwich might be the best thing I've ever had in my life! The donuts are freshly made and the whipped cream also tasted from scratch. Would highly recommend!

The strawberry pistachio and mango mochi Japanese donuts

It had been a long week and it was still only Thursday, I needed a workout and a donut and probably not in that order. I'd heard a grad student mention mochi donut and bubble tea, saying they were new, so I decided today would be the day. I tend to eat my money not drink it, so this review will ignore the bubble tea options entirely. I've been to Japan once, for spring break, for a week but we stayed in the savory range of foods when we were there, so I had little experience with mochi donuts. According to Wikipedia it's a cake donut infused with rice gluten. In terms of ambiance the store is nice, and if you live on campus or are close to UNL campus or downtown it's very walkable, being right next door to the UPS store. You could definitely go on a mini date as they're open into the night, or you could take a group of preteens there for a snack after school or on a Saturday. There are plushies on one wall donuts and donut boxes and bubble tea options on the other and the back room where presumably they make the donuts. I was greeted by a friendly woman who took my order, she said strawberry was the most popular flavor as well as mango. So I ordered one strawberry, one mango, and one pistachio hoping it would be similar to a pistachio cannoli experience I had had recently in Boston. I ate the pistachio donut immediately. The frosting was still fresh and drippy and the donut was a bit chewy which you would expect because of the rice gluten. Not chewy like a chewy piece of steak, more like substantive sweet-chewy that would fill you up after two of them (instead of personally being able to eat four or five cake donuts before having the same feeling). I brought the other two home so my wife could try them. I took our 10-month-old baby to the library for an hour and a half in between, so the donuts were in a cold vehicle for 90 minutes. We both really like the strawberry mochi donut, it had good strawberry flavor and dried strawberry bits on top of it. Also being in the car for 90 minutes seem to make the donuts somewhat less chewy but no less feeling. The reason for four stars instead of five is because the mango donut didn't really taste like mango. All the donuts had vividly bright colored frosting. I didn't ask to use the restroom but I didn't see any sign or door for a restroom. I would definitely go back especially when my nephews come to town.

A cute family owned doughnut, boba, & coffee shop. Their doughnuts are great! I recommend the matcha or chocolate flavors. They also have a kiosk for orders, which is great for when it gets busy.

The Milk tea here is really good but the donuts are a must try. I loved the chewiness of the donut. They are very light but filling. The frosting is perfect, not too sweet and not thick. We will definitely be bk

Great doughnuts, will be ordering again. I ordered for a group and everyone was delighted. These seem lighter than regular doughnuts.

Their donuts have a great texture to them! Plus the strawberry icing is leagues above other places.

I tried Meadowlark coffee too. It was tolerable, but not good. Being from Kansas City, I did not realize how fortunate I am to have several spots with their own blend of beans, and freshly air roasted beans while you wait. But I'm so glad we stayed an extra day because we came across Cultiva Coffee. It was about 10 minutes from our hotel and it was so worth it. They also had a seasonal crêpe that had strawberries and chocolate ganache. It was so good. No, it was excellent. My husband and I almost fought over the last bite. But we were certainly measuring up the size of the bites. Lol the atmosphere was so cute and original. I absolutely loved it. I took a minute to tell them how much I appreciated them before I left, but I'm also telling you now. In addition to the Coffee, I appreciated the Service. When I ordered, the young lady never made me feel like I needed to hurry with what I was gonna say or that I wanted too many details. I appreciate this as an older person. I get tired of the impatience of young people these days and she was very kind. And the person who made the drink, made it perfectly to my liking. Not too hot to where I had to wait to drink it, but not just warm like it had been cooling off. I admit, I am very critical when it comes to my cappuccino. That's why I make it at home most the time so I can have it the way I want it. So a place that checked all the boxes is rare to me. If you try this place, I hope you have the same experience.

I told the barista how I like my coffee, which is strong, iced and sweet. I also told her I was debating between the dirty Barcelona and iced Cuban. She recommended the dirty Barcelona and it did not disappoint. However I will say it was a little too sweet for me. I'll have to try the iced Cuban next time. Nonetheless, the coffee was absolutely delicious. I finished it quickly. In addition to the amazing coffee here, I trulyenjoyed their food!! They specialize in crepes, savory and sweet, omelettes, and pancakes! Don't sleep on their food y'all. I ended up ordering a build -your-own meal which consisted of a bagel, eggs, cream cheese, and three sides; salsa, chipotle mayo and sausage. Let's just say I ate and left no crumbs. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Frfr. My toddler got the apple pie pastry, also a 10 out of 10!! There are board games and coloring pages for kiddos. Plus merchandise and coffee beans available for purchase. There's lots of seating inside and street parking outside. I'm definitely coming back here with more people and plan to spread the word about this amazing spot. 1000 out of 10 recommend. :)

I ordered a mocha half calf. It was drinkable if you just want caffeine. The café had a lot of seating and some shopping. Something unusual to me was a selection of different kinds of chocolate covered items that you could buy in measurement. Not prepackaged. The location we visited was in Haymarket District downtown. It's been there 45 years. They're baked goods are made downstairs I was told. I tried the coffee cake, which was excellent, but I did not care for the chocolate croissant. It was very tough and very little chocolate. I did like the outside terrace seating which faced the main street of the Haymarket district. It was shaded and very nice breeze went through there on a hot day. I love the experience of the shop and the terrace, but if I'm looking for good the flavor of coffee, I would probably go somewhere else.
