I've come here multiple times in my morning rush to make it to school on time. They're very fast and make it as you're ordering so you hardly have to wait for your drink. What I've mostly gotten was large 32 Oz coffee and it's come out perfectly each time. Though that's all I'd get. The actual coffee and lattes seem to be just cups of warm milk rather than coffee. I have been coming here since it was Caffino. To say I was unhappy today is an understatement. It had nothing to do with the quality of the drink as it is always good. My problem today was with the person manning the booth. There was only one young lady today. This is the first time that I have come since the pandemic started that there was no mask being worn. She made my drinks (cold) and inserted straws (with her bare hands). Normally, the staff give me wrapped straws and have me insert them myself. I asked for 2 more straws. She proceeded to give me 2 more unwrapped straws with her bare hands. I am not one to make a scene so I took them. I then pulled forward and wiped those new straws down with hand sanitizer I keep in my car, took the straws she inserted out and put these new ones in. read more

Please fire the young latin girl with the braces! SO RUDE! she clearly doesn't want to work there lol. I usually have pretty great service whenever i come here. Normally i order an iced hazelnut cappuccino but since pumpkin spice is in season that's been my go-to. I came at 11am on a Sunday and as soon as i approach the window the girl just looks at me and comes to the window. Not one "hi" no "what can i get for you" just gave me a look as if i was an inconvenience to her LOL. so i asked for a pumpkin spice latte and she was so quick to stop me & say "we don't have that. it's a seasonal drink so we don't make that" is it not pumpkin spice season? it's the 2nd week of September?? so i was just like okay i'll just get my usual so i asked for an iced cappuccino and again. QUICK to stop me and say "we don't make that" at that point i started to get annoyed and i asked "oh really since when?" and she said "no one here knows how to make that" and i told her "i order that all the time" and she asks me what time do i usually come there which i thought was honestly irrelevant to ask. but i told her i usually come at this time. So she proceeded to talk to her coworkers and they were able to make it. She gave me my total and when i took out my card to hand it to her she walked away and someone else charged me and gave me my drink. It wasn't good (not surprised). But that girl seriously needs an attitude adjustment or go work somewhere else. read more

Been going here ever since moving to Vallejo a little over a year ago and for the most part have found it not only convenient but fair priced, good coffee and the staff cheerful and friendly. However, today I went by to get my coffee on (shortly after 5 PM) and was greeted by closed sign? Checked the time and realized that they didn't close for another 45 minuets and so went through again....was met with a look of indifference by the employee on duty. I don't get it? Was she being held at gunpoint and the assailant was crouched down out of sight? Maybe she was tied up and wasn't able to convey a message or signal for help? Maybe she was looking at me and taking pity on me as she probably thought I couldn't read the closed sign? I do hope she's okay & I'll go by again tomorrow just to make sure she isn't still sitting there with a dumbfounded look on her face. To be fair, I did learn that they not too long ago made the decision to close at 5:00 PM for the safety of the employees...totally understandable & good on the owner(s) for putting the safety of their staff before profits. read more

Came here this morning and figured I'd order a hot chocolate, the easiest drink to make . To my mistake I didn't taste it before I got on the highway. It taste like they added coffee to it & this shit is nasty. & there was no misunderstanding because she asked if I wanted whipped cream on my hot chocolate . No language barriers but she was busy in a conversation with whoever was in the box with her. Guess I'll be getting Starbucks tomorrow. I love Coffee Curb especially because they serve local Moschetti's coffee-But not only for that reason. The staff is super friendly and they always make my drink the way I like it. I feel like I'm visiting friends when I drive through and I love to support local. My kids love their moo-lattes and they always get the personal-touch stickers on the top of their cups. This place was very nice. It was easy to get to from the highway. They asked a lot of questions so they could make sure I had a Top Tier flavorful drinking experience. I'm all about that TT. This is one of my favorite places in this city to get a cup of coffee or a fruit smoothie. I have had other beverages and a seldom serving of oatmeal too. I have no complaints about any of it. In fact, I get caught up in my "usual" drink that I have to ask for a recommendation to change it up a little. All of the people that work here do an awesome job. Honestly if it wasn't for the incredible service, I probably would've given 2 or 3 stars. Coming from the land where drive thru coffee joints are on every corner (aka Seattle), we appreciated having the option with The Coffee Curb during our stay in the Napa area. I don't know which coffee roast they are using, but I would advise the owner to seriously give some thought into trying alternatives, as the taste of the espresso was the only disappointing part of our otherwise lovely experience. Maybe I'm being a little unfair, as we're terribly spoiled with amazing coffee options up here in the PNW, but I'd love to see these drive thru joints offer an amazing product to go along with their service. That being said, they have all of the options here - flavors, alternative milks, traditional cafe drinks & more. Also getting to boast to all of my buddies about being served by male baristas in a drive-thru (which is just unheard of here lol) is a bonus. read more
