My cold brew sucked and it's the easiest coffee in the world to make) So anyways, for the last three weeks or maybe more, I have been showing up, hoping that the owner of this damn place finally went and picked up some nitrogen For her cold brew machines, but nope. I don't know if she's just a lazy slob or what the deal is, but her employees can't go and get the nitrogen for her. That's the owner's job. If she can't handle doing it, she should hire an assistant manager of some kind to go and do these kinds of things because a business will never be successful Long-term unless they do what it takes to please their customers. I am far from pleased with the owner of this establishment. It's a joke, she's a joke. The simple fact that she can't drive to Concord or wherever the hell it is and pick up bottles of nitrogen for her company gives me secondhand embarrassment for the employees and I don't even work for her. It's actually quite embarrassing for the employees, One in particular told me that they're tired of saying that they don't have cold brew because they know that I come every day for one And they know how easy the fix is. Just go and pick up the damn nitrogen. I won't name names, I can see it on their faces every time I ask for a cold brew and they have to tell me "I'm sorry we don't have the nitrogen and we haven't for weeks" and they have been telling me that every single day for weeks on weeks on weeks. I would get pretty embarrassed, wouldn't you? When will this lazy owner go and do her job? How hard is it to drive and pick up tiny bottles of nitrogen? I've never heard of something so pathetic. I will start driving to the Napa location for my cold brew. At least the owner there knows what the fuck they're doing. I hope that the owner of the American Canyon store reads this, I'm sure she will. And the next time I go to get my cold brew there better be some damn nitrogen in those machines Or I will raise hell. The service is minimal; you order and pay at the counter, and they call it out when it's ready. I got a Strawberry Mango Smoothie, 12oz. It was made quickly and a bit icy. Not too sweet and not impressive. I wouldn't get it again. My friend got a shake and enjoyed it. I wouldn't come back here for drinks due to the quality for the price. Panama Bay Coffee is conveniently located for folks walking the area or taking the ferry. Find them off Mare Island Way with free and paid parking around.

Newly renovated, the "Station" is decorated quite nicely with a large dual-sided stacked stone faux-fireplace, and multi-level seating. There are several two-seat tables on the lower level and while I couldn't see all of the upper level, there appeared to be the same type of seating. There was only a single person working at the coffee shop but she was very friendly and efficient. In addition to coffee there were muffins, bagels, and some type of granola bars for sale. I counted at least 20 types of regular and sugar-free add-ins. Creamer etc., was off to the side. I will say, that for me, I had no cell service inside the coffee shop and had to go and stand by the window and wait for service to re-connect. I can't complain when I purchased a large latte' with an extra shot for under $4.00!!!!!
