My friend got a decaf biscoff latte which was also pretty good. I liked how both drinks weren't overly sweet and the flavors were able to cut the bitterness of coffee. They also have a pretty good assortment of sweet and savory pastries which I do want to try the next time I'm back at this place!

I think it was a single source from Guatemala and I picked up an iced caramel coffee for my wife. The drip was terrific. When I pointed it out, she asked me to go take a picture of the price tag. I told her I did not have my phone with me, and she said she would go check herself. She went but never returned, so I had to go and show her the price tag personally. Even after seeing the $21.99 label, she seemed confused and went to another counter to discuss it with another employee while chatting and laughing instead of resolving the issue professionally. Another item, Paneer, was marked $4.99 on the shelf but was billed as $5.99 and already packed into the bag. I had to ask her again to verify the price before she corrected it. To make matters worse, I had purchased 2 packs of Maggi and returned 1 pack before payment. She started searching through all my groceries as if something was wrong. When I politely asked what she was looking for and explained that I had only returned one pack, she responded very rudely, saying she needed to check everything. After payment, I simply told her that speaking to customers that way was not good for the store's reputation. Instead of handling the feedback professionally, she argued back and told me not to speak to her like that. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but basic customer service and proper training are extremely important. They sell light to medium beans and serve ONLY coffee here...no food nor over sugared coffee disasters. I had a dopio and Ben kindly added a spoonful of foam for me. It was the most fragrant shot I've ever had. I fell in LOVE. Definitely the best coffee I've had in a couple of years! Belux speaks coffee. This is the only purist coffee retailer I'm aware of in Georgia and am so thankful, albeit 45 minutes drive. Also, they are the only one to offer Gesha outside of a special event.
