What a fun & eclectic coffee shop! This place is great for a quick coffee grab, or if you want to stay awhile. I tried the nitro cold brew & americano. Both were smooth and fueled up my day. The barista was friendly! And had great suggestions for places to eat & things to do while visiting.

Another coffee review? You say that like it's a bad thing. First off, let's talk about how much the actual space rocks. The knickknacks and doodads are neat and the place is never super crowded. Waiting in line? Not for this espresso fiend! The Yelp header talks about the maple brown sugar lattes, and my friends, Yelpers are correct. It's a damn delight in a cup. You know how much I love a house-made syrup, and Gasoline Street passes the exam. Life hack: put it in your mocha too! Pleasant staff, quiet nook, great shots... I think Penguins fans call this a "hat trick."

I decided to check out this spot when I noticed people in my hotel with great looking bagel sandwiches. Loved the decor, everything felt lived in and comfortable. No complaints when it came to the service, they were nice and the food came out in a timely manner.

This was a great little coffee shop with very affordable coffees. Our barista made me a great mocha with peppermint, which was not exactly on the menu. There was a nice garage door adding to the charm and style that let in the great fresh air as we sat and enjoyed our coffees.

An awesome coffee shop right in downtown Pittsburgh, on First Ave. They have a wonderful space with an industrial, rustic feel. Indoor and outdoor seating available. A menu featuring classic cafe fares and light bites. Bagel sandwiches and pastries available to eat. They roast everything locally and have delicious homemade syrups. Not a coffee drinker? No big deal- they have "alternative fuel" homemade lemonades, teas and super good smoothies. But I loved the maple brown sugar latte- homemade syrup was a perfect touch.

I realized I have no idea what an "original macchiato" actually is, haha! The place is super affordable and aesthetic--loved working from home here. They stopped serving bagels around 10:30, which was a bit strange, but overall it's a nice little spot to get some work done.

Finally finally finally I got to try this place! It's my first visit to the coffee shop, the interior is so special, I imagine it'd be great to spend some time there on a Saturday. I went on a weekday and ordered the nitro cold brew to go. Love the velvety and sweet touch of it, highly recommend for summer time.

Loved this place! Such good indoor-outdoor seating in a hip little industrial space. Such a great caramel cold brew, pretzel, and lots of creative drinks with cardamom and turmeric. Mmmm. 5 stars!!!!

A pleasant little coffee shop with plenty of choices, good coffee and tea, and even a few sandwich options. We had the ham egg and cheese sandwiches, an iced caramel cold brew, and a Chai Charger. The cold brew was a little underwhelming, however everything else was perfect. The shop itself was very well decorated with mechanic themed artwork throughout. This definitely isn't your standard clean cut and modern coffee shop, but it is all the better for it.

Loved this spot! I was in town for the weekend and I always try to find local Coffee shops. I Went to this spot after my morning run and they had great coffee and great service! Not to mention the small cafe are is super cute, making for great photo opportunities, place to hang and chat with friends or just bring a book/laptop and hang on your own.

To start, this place has a cool aesthetic. The inside is extremely open in terms of layout and there are gas pumps, gas station signs, and interesting decor, including a pay phone booth and license plate table. The first time I went, I got an iced latte and my companions got the chai charger and nitro cold brew. I wasnt the biggest fan of the cold brew- it was slightly sour. The latte was decent. I saw the coffee passport there and bought it ($20 for drinks at 10 different local coffee shops). I finally made it back here a month or 2 later and got the chai charger. It is deliciously spiced and made my day so much better. I wouldn't necessarily get the cold brew from here, but I strongly encourage checking this place out for the aesthetic and drinks like the chai charger!

Indoor seating area. The front is open on warmer days.

The best latte and chai i've had in Pittsburgh so far! Definitely my new favorite spot, and it's close to Duquesne!

Great homey coffee shop that is warm, welcoming and unique. Nothing by sterile or industrial about them.

Starting as a local food truck vendor, he and his team opened their new location two years ago, and have truly brought something special to the area. The beach vibes are totally felt, with tropical-themed murals, bright colored walls adorned with original artwork, and decorative items including souvenirs, signage, and even sand from the beaches of Aruba, contained in bottles. What more could you ask for? If that wasn't enough, the açaí bowls and smoothies are amazing. I ordered the Purple King Bowl with a Blue Spirulina Layer and my husband had the Pink Lemonade Smoothie and Cosmo Bowl. Everything was outstanding. You really could tell that there was a difference in the quality of their ingredients. The fruit was fresh. The base was smooth. It makes me wonder, if this is the real thing? What was I being served at other places? From pastries, poke bowls, salads, soups, lattes, and other additional breakfast and lunch items, they offer so many options to keep you coming back for more. As someone from out of state, I'm a bit envious of the locals who have such a wonderful cafe to visit. However, I'm excited to see how this business grows. Not only do they nourish the community from the inside out, but they also have an event space on the second floor, where they hold yoga classes through Pink & Powerful Fitness, as well as hosting other group events. If we lived closer we'd be returning customers for sure. I hope in the future they consider franchising because we would love this in NY. This is definitely a business worth supporting.
