I had a recent incident at the Collection this is my story, I had bought diamond earrings for my wife and I took them out in the car, one of them fell into the seat track and into the car. I called up Luciano Ros my Audi advisor and person who sold me the car. He told me to come by without an appointment I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes when they came to get me. They found my earring in the actual car they saved me and the earring. What a wonderful staff a special thanks to Paola Hernandez, Mike Rodriguez, Luciano Ros and the tech Alex Robina without them my diamond earring would still be stuck in the car. So I went there for Oil change I have an Audi A6 2016 that I lease from them the service guy who attended to me very nice guy ,he seemed obviously I should have known he was a thief... First he tells me that the 15k service was 730 bucks understandable thats the up sell so I tell him no I just want to do oil change car is a lease and I will be changing it soon so he says ok thats fine he comes back with oil change 262 dollars I am like what is that price?? I get stuff in the mail that it says is around 100 and he says I have to bring that so I am like ok I look at the paper and it does say oil change so I am like I guess that's the price. I leave and I am still thinking about it and annoyed it so I called another Audi dealer who confirms my suspicions and tells me oil change is 90 bucks so I get mad and I get back there and they claim it was a mistake by the other guy what mistake it said oil change in the paper ???? So they lower price to 135. I still pissed off and don't want this to happen to someone else I called general manager and he calls me back next day apologizes and tells me he didn't know what happen well I know you are training your people to try and still money I bet they have done this to a lot of people. So now I get this behind me whatever I say I will not go back there or buy my next car with them so now my car is first dripping water it seems they did something to the water tank I have had to put water on it several times I to top it off just noticed is also dripping Oil and it stained the pavers on the front of my house so I guess now I have to go back there so piss. My experience seems similar to others.... happy with my sales experience but terribly dissatisfied with service department. Several years ago, I was charged over $1,000 for a battery for my Maserati Quattroporte. Today I was quoted over $500 for an oil change for my 2 year old Jaguar XJ! The worst part, when I decided $500 was too much for an oil change and asked for my car back, service adviser Harry Reyes asked my to sign paperwork that he had prepared for me, attesting that I was refusing to perform factory recommended service on my leased vehicle. Not sure what the purpose was other than to scare me into paying for their overpriced service or just to have something to use against me when my lease ends? Tomorrow I am scheduled to get the full service for under $200 from a different, independent repair shop which will totally meet the requirements of my lease agreement! With my Maserati Quattroportes I had frequent problems with the batteries because I did not drive them regularly and had a GPS tracker that drained a tiny amount of power. Even if I used a trickle charger installed by The Collection, the batteries would die after about a year, leave me stranded somewhere, and need to be replaced. I learned to keep a jump-starter in the trunk. After one failed battery, I took the car to The Collection to get it replaced and when I went to pick up the car, the bill was over over $1,000. They said it was because they had to do extensive diagnostics and found that the problem was the GPS tracker (which I could have told them was there for free...). I finally went to an independent local battery shop who recommended a battery for less than $150 that lasted years... worked perfectly and never failed... even with the GPS tracker draining power and me not driving the car for weeks at a time... read more

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now, but after having given multiple opportunities for the dealership to improve I find myself expressing my terrible experiences here. After purchasing two Porsches and a Ferrari you would expect some respect in return. Extremely poor customer service. The facility has a very nice look and welcoming presentation but it's just to mask how poorly the staff is and the lack of knowledge they posses. I highly recommend visiting other dealerships. The staff refuses to listen to you and is disrespectful questioning everything. For me I will be switching to a different dealership completely and encourage anybody to look into another one where you'll be treated like family. read more

What a snooty place! First you have to valet your car. Then you have to walk through a bunch of gift shops and desk areas full of pretentious people to even get to the Audi dealership. Then to test drive the car I had to leave the showroom and take an elevator near the Ferrari entrance. This was totally the weirdest experience. I was expecting to be dropped at a showroom area where I could gaze upon rows of beautiful Audi cars, but instead found myself in what can only be described as a hot smelly subterranean dungeon area so dark it was practically impossible to see anything clearly. Seriously, I couldn't believe a potential customer would be brought to such a place. So then we have to find the car and after walking in what can only be called a dungeon we finally find it ... and of course the key is wrong. So then I have to wait for the guy to get the right key while sweat is pouring down my back (and again I'm in near darkness while all this is happening). Wow, talk about a calming and wonderful customer experience to really set the mood. Then after all that I can't even drive the car until we get out of the building because you have to drive the car up a sharp incline like 40 degrees with a gated area at the top that looks like a metal trap. What a total joke. Finally I get to drive the car. Test drive was OK and salesperson was decent enough and knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in (Audi SQ5). However, none of this was enough to put me in a better mood after that silliness I went through. When we got back to the show room, I didn't even bother talking numbers. Just didn't want to waste my time. Finally I would end by saying the following to this dealership: Treat your customers right and get rid of the petty frivolous superficiality and rather focus on the car and your valuable customer and getting the car to the customer with the least effort on the part of the customer. Offer competitive online quotes (skip the MSRP nonsense) like other audi dealers. Also I won't be coming back and I will be warning all my friends not to come here either. read more

All i can say is... its things like this that give the city of Miami a bad name. The Collection Service department has lost my trust not just once.. but TWICE. You would think a simple task like rotating the tires wouldnt take much effort or time. Let me start off by saying, as you know tires for high performance cars are not cheap so I really make it a point to keep on eye on this. So, the first time i went in for service i was billed for tire rotation which thank god I had marked the tires before so I knew when i arrived to pick up the car they never actually performed the service. They quickly lied to my face and said they checked with the tech and confirmed they were rotated. FALSE! Manager came out and gave me a coupon for a free oil change to shut me up. Trust was lost. So, time passed and i decided to give them another shot..i thought maybe it was just a dishonest or lazy individual who worked on my car. This possibly couldnt happen twice? right? Well.... it happened again.. so disappointing. Same exact thing. As part of a $600 service, they billed me for another tire rotation that was never done. Glad I marked my tires once again. Manager came out and gave me a coupon for a free oil change and deducted $80 from my bill but it was too late...damage was done. So at the end of the day, I should have learned my lesson the first time around. The Collection has a big name and prides themselves on customer service.but all i can say is I will never ever step inside this dealership again. What a shame. I walked out of there feeling ripped off with no certainty that they even performed all the other services I paid for ($600). Next time I will head north to other dealerships. read more

I had a rare experience in Southeast Florida today. It's very unfortunate that this customer service is rare in this neck of the woods. I spoke with Orlando Ramirez V, an ambassador for Porsche here. I was really surprised by his honesty, diligence, and conscientiousness in answering my questions, doing online research for me to find a car in southeast FL that I could test drive with various options. He called me back as promised to tell me where he found the car. The car he found was in a very different dealership. Even though he was not going to be the salesperson on this car he fulfilled his promise. And he did all that without ever meeting me in person. That is a true character of a decent, professional salesman. I highly recommend this true gentleman. read more

New sales customer service is very poor here at Audi. I walked in two days ago to shop for a new Audi and no one greeted me. I literally stood at the front desk for 5 minutes and no one acknowledge me. Finally, I had to call the main telephone number to have the operator transfer my call to a salesman only to tell him that I was already in the reception area. I was so irritated. Anyway, after the test drive, I thought I found the car I wanted despite not meeting my customer service expectations, so I put down a deposit and made an appointment to come in the next day. When I arrived, my salesperson wasn't there at the time he confirmed one hour earlier. So I waited around again. And again, no one asked if I was being helped. Where is the receptionist?? Finally, my salesman strolled in 15 minutes later with a Starbucks drink!!! I'm here to buy a car, and you can't meet me at the agreed upon time just so you can go get a Starbucks drink?? Anyway, I felt that they didn't deserve my business and since the deal structure wasn't at all impressive, I walked away. I will definitely be giving my business to another Audi dealership. I should mention that I am a BMW owner, a platinum Marriott member, and a country club member, so I am used to excellent customer service. This was a true let down from a luxury brand dealership. Worst service! Had I know that this would be the dealership I would use when I bought my Audi outside of DC, I would have passed on my Q5 purchase. First time I had service done the oil filter cap was not replaced properly, thus leading to an oil leak all of over my driveway, no apologies were given, just a tow truck. We were heading out to see to my son return from USMC deployment and had to take an alternate vehicle to NC. Second time I went in was to fix a seatbelt that wasn't useable, they refused to take it to service to fix however made me wait to have it repaired. I wanted to leave it and come back. Today's visit took 3 hours waiting for an oil change!!!! The waiting area is overwhelming and you are made to feel like the bottom of the good chain because you didn't bring in your Porsche, Maserati, Alfa.....etc. Just your little Audi. They wouldn't even fix my problem with my nav/entertainment system today since it was too long for them. I get better service at our local Ford dealer. CAN NOT WAIT TO SELL MY CAR AND TO NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN! read more
