In 2012 I underwent the gastric sleeve surgery.  Prior to the surgery my digestive system was like clockwork.  As soon as I had surgery, it came to a screeching halt. For 13 years I have suffered with severe constipation, GERD, vomiting because when I ate, I was so backed up there was nowhere for the food to go.  I lived on Tums and laxatives allllllll these years.  I had to dedicate a day to trying to go so I could enjoy the weekend with my family.   I was hospitalized three times.  You name it.  It ruled me and my health. Despite being over 60 miles from East Hampton, where I was vacationing for two months, I needed a colonic after finding them on Google. At the time, they were offering an incredible deal for a package of 3. I knew I had to purchase plus add an extra session to the initial package. I made it a priority to drive to them multiple times for 90 minute extended colonics. Also recommend doing a Juice fast before or after the cleanse which Vanessa sells as well. This is the best way to get a colonic I have done research and also had it done other ways and this is truly the safest and best way. And if you are into Hot Yoga.
