I hate to give this place 3 stars as the staff was very friendly and its a really neat place. However, the majority of our food came out lukewarm to cold. The burger was the only item that was hot as it should have been. I split a cheesesteak with my son and also had a New York dog. The dog was cold, not warm at all. The sandwich was lukewarm. The beer selection was very good. Even though the experience did not meet expectations, we will give these guys another try. read more

My first time into this business on Tuesday for Trivia night with some of the family. The weather was sketchy with forecast of tornado watch. There was a lot of rain but no sightings. Trivia begins at 630p on Tuesday and there are not that many table so if you have a group of more than 4, get there early. There are many drink options with a wide variety of bottle beers, sodas, tea and energy drinks. If you are a wine drinker, no by the glass options, you must buy an entire bottle. They do have a good mix of deli sandwich options but that goes away in the envying and they with to a limited option evening menu. Very disappointing especially since they are trying to promote business on a Tuesday to not have better food options. In the fridge section I did see some pizzas so you could have them cook those. I ended up order a cuban with some tater tots...meh just OK. They also have an attached coffee, tea and ice cream business as well. I ended up ordering some hot tea, added the ice and some Splenda and boom! JJ is the experienced Trivia dude. He's entertaining and fun and keeps it lively. My wife and I are currently house shopping in rock hill. I had read a review on line for this place so we decided we I check it out. It has a very cool vibe. When we walked in the owner asked us if we had ever been there before. We hadn't so he showed us around. They have a deli which served brunch certain days. They also do traditional deli sandwiches, burgers and specials every day. They also have snacks, chips, candy etc. there is also an ice cream shop next door and you can bring it into the dining area. They also have locally sourced frozen pizza and sauces. There is a small bar and tables to eat and drink. They have a good selection of draft microbrews and a HUGE selection of can beer. Graffiti lined the bricks thru out the shop and they have markers available if you want to leave a message. We did not eat but had a great time enjoying some drinks and plan on being back! read more

I caught a glimpse at the menu board for Common Market at my last Two Scoops visit. Well, hat was all I needed to see to come over before work for breakfast. Buddha-Rito (Vegan - $8) - tofu scramble (tofu, vegan chorizo, and black beans), vegan mozzarella cheese, hash browns, peppers, onions, spinach, and firecracker sauce all in a spinach wrap - An abundance of flavor with the perfect combo of ingredients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The Fire Inside ($8) - bacon, scrambled egg, pepper jack cheese, hash browns jalapeno peppers (I omitted), onions, and firecracker sauce in a white flour wrap - The taste of the firecracker sauce is most prevalent in this wrap and it's BANGING. The bacon also had a phenomenal taste and we all know anything with cheese is a winner. - MANDATORY. Hashbrowns (small - $2) - Well-seasoned potatoes that were the perfect side. read more

We were so excited to find out that The Common Market was coming to Rock Hill! We have been to their location in Plaza Midwood before, and I would say their food holds up to the standards and hype at the new location. They have so many different sandwich options (and daily specials) with great options if you are wanting a meat sandwich or not. We haven't had a chance to try their soup yet, but will definitely give it a shot next time we are in. They have a little bar as well as nice coolers for beers, ciders, wine and more. They are also connected to a great little ice cream shop (which is tasty as well) and have a nice outdoor area that we look forward to, once the weather is nicer. We will definitely be back (over and over) and are so excited to have such a great staple in Rock Hill. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Beers were cold and other than that, well .... The vibe was different and it was not busy at all. The icecream was good and if you can't decide, samples are offered and I would suggest the spicey chocolate that packs a slight chilled heat. The have some merch, they have candy, they just don't have what we were looking for in terms of food either. We will give it a try again some day. read more

Total comfort food, with tons of plant based options! Tater tots? Seriously. These are little nuggets of fried goodness. I'm not sure what kind of voodoo they're using in the kitchen, but these are so much better than what I make at home. I've had breakfast and dinner here, plant based both times. My wife is an omnivore, and loves the chicken wrap. We live in Lancaster and make the drive just for the food. read more

Though I still hang on to my memories of the first Common Market southend location, I'm glad to see multiple locations around the city so that all the awesomeness that is Common Market has a chance to be shared. The Rock Hill Location, has plenty of parking, and it was nice to experience it on a Sunday afternoon. Staffers were super friendly and you can order stuff from the register from the kitchen counter or the bar... seamless system which is great. Next door is Two Scoops... so you can make a nice afternoon of hanging out at the market and grabbing some great ice cream on the way out. Plenty of tables to hang inside or at the bar where there are plenty of TVs. I did not see any outdoor seating, but I didn't look very hard, maybe there is stuff out back. read more

I would have included a photo of my sandwich it if you've ever had a CM sandwich you know they don't last long after they're served. This place is great. I love that it's attached to Two Scoops (though that needs better signage from inside because it looks like a kitchen until you step inside that space). My only other complaint is that they don't have the amazing selection of non-alcoholic beverages the other (especially the original) locations have. Super nice people. Fun layout. We were here for an early lunch. Our sandwiches - the Sinatra and a Hamilton on the Green were delicious. I could only finish half of mine. If you get a side, you could easily share a sandwich and be plenty full. Knocking off a star because our curly fries were way over cooked/burnt to the extent that they tasted bitter. We were the only people there so easily they could (and should) have tossed them and tried again rather than give them to us. Oh well. Other than that, a delicious lunch. read more

Stopped by after a meeting at 4pm, looks like a deli or a convenience store but with a bar in the middle and you can smell they're cooking up a storm in the back. Sat at the bar and had some solid choices on tap, in addition to a full refrigerator to choose from cans, love the concept. Bartender was really friendly and had good recommendations. Tried the loaded tots with pimento cheese and bacon which were amazing! Definitely will be back! read more

It's a good thing I don't live close to The Common Market, or my waistline and wallet would be in trouble. They have fresh sandwiches, wraps, breakfast, beer (at the bar and in bottles to-go), pizza/pasta from Pasta & Provisions, snacks, and a patio that looks like it'll be super fun when the weather warms up. The fella and I came for breakfast Sunday morning - on that note, the hours on Yelp are wrong since TCM opens at 8 am every day - and we both got the breakfast sammie; him with sausage, me with bacon. We added a large order of hash browns, which were really more like tiny breakfast potatoes, and popped over to Two Scoops to get coffee. Everything is super laid-back and casual - come to the window when your name is called, grab your condiments, and snag a table (inside or outside) - and very reasonably priced. Although I can't compare The Common Market Rock Hill to any of the Charlotte locations, I am so stoked to have a new place with a great vibe to grab a cold beer and sandwich! The space unfolds from the deli to a snack area, a U-shaped bar, seating area, beer cooler wall, outdoor patio, and an entrance to Two Scoops Creamery. The open concept design and huge variety of things to try makes one want to linger and take it all in. My "Dilworth Scandal" sandwich was on point and I loved the habanero chips and Topo Chico! Such a great addition to Old Town. Can't wait to go back to try more things. read more

They have a great variety of beers on tap and excellent food - I suggest the Mother Clucker. Me and my wife have stopped here and had a couple different sandwiches. All the food has been delicious. I would say it's a little pricey for sandwiches, but the ingredients are good and the service has been great. The craft beer selection is also quite good.
