Now I'd like to rave about how much she's helped relieve me of chronic pain in a few areas I thought would never go away. Melissa knew exactly where to pinpoint the problem areas and gave me tips on what to do in order to prevent or alleviate some of the bad habits that can lead to some of the pain. I was also having some pain in my elbow after the initial quarantine. It was due to being inactive for weeks and then suddenly finding myself back at the gym and lifting weights again. She used this cupping/rolling method on my forearm and arm, and also noticed that I was resting my wrist improperly which was adding to the pain.
