The facilities are okay, but could use some updating as the equipment is quite old and the variety of heavier weight options is lacking. It's frustrating to want to lift heavier but heavier weights are non existent. My biggest disappointment is with the passport system. Apparently this location only allows 2 passport visitors per class. Even if the class isn't full, this location won't allow more than two passport visitors at a time. They're more than happy to let you in the class by charging you an extra fee of $18 however. Sounds like a money grab to me! So disappointed to see a half full class with passport visitors being sent away just because they weren't allowed to come in without paying an extra fee! I've been to several other F45 locations throughout the US and other countries, and never experienced this with the passport visits. This location can definitely do better!

But nope seems like she had another commitment which was understandable. I thought maybe the owner would follow up with an apology but NOPE! I live in Oceanside so it is a commute to get down there. I will NOT being going back there or able to recommend it.
