I would have to say the whole process from my first phone call, countless questions, my second phone call, more questions, to placing my order was nothing short of amazing. It was such a pleasurable experience to work with this company and my son had some delicious cookies for his birthday party. EVERYONE loved these cookies and they even put personal touches on the box of cookies that matched the theme of my sons birthday which was a great touch and shows that they were really listening to me when I was placing my order. I will definitely be ordering cookies from The Cookie Trio again whether it be for a gathering or just to spoil myself. Thank you!

For my wedding I wanted to find a small business for my dessert table, thankfully, I came across The Cookie Duo here on Yelp! I reached out to Kim through their Instagram and she was quick to respond and wanted to meet up to let me try a few different options. It was VERY difficult to choose between flavors because everything was so tasty, we ended up choosing: Cake Batter (TO DIE FOR), Chocolate Chip, Monster (which she made special for us since that wasn't a flavor they offered!), Butterscotch Coconut Oatmeal (which is what I am eating in the picture, if you couldn't tell it's my favorite), and Snickerdoodle (my husbands, brother-in-laws, fathers, mothers, sisters, and basically everyone else at the weddings favorite cookie). Kim was so wonderful to work with, she checked in with me frequently to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted, they let you pay through Venmo which made my life so easy! Kim even text me the day of the wedding to let me know she delivered the cookies safe and sound. The biggest things that stood out for me was that they gave us a card and small gift as a thank you for using their business- I'm not going to lie, it made me tear up that they took so much time and energy into making everything so wonderful for us. I will ABSOLUTELY continue to support this company, ran by amazing women. And I'm serious when I recommend the Cake Batter and Snickerdoodle, those will be bought probably once a month from now on! read more

Awesome cookies awesome people! It's about time we start giving good business to good people. The cookies are amazingly delicious, and a great price for both quantity and quality you get. Ordered: 3 batches - 2 regular chocolate chip and 1 vegan chocolate chip. Honestly all were so delicious! I'm always craving chocolate chip cookies but sometimes I'm too lazy to make them myself. I ordered them on a Tuesday and they arrived Thursday morning. They are so yummy! Nice and slightly crisp on the outside with a chewy inside/center. The cookies are fairly large so one dozen is such a good deal for freshly baked cookies. They were also sweet enough to include two additional flavors to try. Will definitely be ordering from them again. I think these would be a great gift as well. read more

These cookies are a little too good. As in "I could finish the bag in a day" too good. The perfect combo of moist, chewy, and sweet but not too sweet!! Really wish I bought more the last time because I have been in need of a yummy cookie to pair with my ice cream. Luckily, they are pretty quick to make orders!!! Established in 2020.

Our names are Caitlin, Carlin, and Kimberlin Gustaferro. We started this business in May of 2020. The year 2020 has been a tough year for a lot of people! We found ourselves with more time on our hands than we could handle. We felt like we were going crazy. We got together one day and decided to make some cookies! We handed them out to family and friends to add some sweetness to their day. The feedback we received was shocking. People loved our cookies, and that's where we began! We had always wanted to own our own business and here we are! We appreciate the support and love we've received thus far and just want to make everyone's lives a little sweeter!

My bf liked his galaxy tea; however even after adjusting the sweetness level he found his drink to still be on the sweeter side. Shop is clean and spacious with ample seating .. but a little outdated for interior decor. Parking also easily accessible right outside. Service was good. The cashier who rung us up also informed us they have a stamp card program. So that was nice.

My fiance and I each took a few bites of the different parts of the cake and immediately decided we would not be able to finish the rest, throwing it away. The rice krispy treat was mediocre and prepackaged. Also, the kiosk in the front of the store had the same items as the display for a significantly higher price.

This Crumbl is located in the same plaza as Target, Jimmy John's and Five Below…read more Last month, I decided to make an online order because I wanted to their Crumbl's take on the Dubai Chocolate. They had a Dubai chocolate brownie that I wanted to try (yes I have tried so many Dubai chocolate desserts over the past year and have also was lucky to try the real thing when a coworker had brought some back for everyone to try when she visited Dubai last year). I didn't realize that you can order a mini version of the cookies features, and discovered that when I ordered online. So I ended up getting a mini box of 6. I chose the following: Dubai Chocolate Brownie- I paid an extra $1.49 (each, prior to tax) to order this. This was a let down for me. I thought it was too sweet and really didn't taste as good as I had hoped. There wasn't enough kataifi, which is roasted (phyllo dough). I think this would have worked better with dark chocolate to better match and compliment the sweetness from the pistachio filling. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie- Of the desserts that I picked, this was my favorite. I ended up ordering 2 of these and would have preferred a whole box of them. The pumpkin goes well with the chocolate chips and am glad this wasn't nearly as sweet as the other cookies I picked. Peanut Butter Munch Cookie- Wasn't a fan of this. Thought it was too sweet and felt like the cookie was not baked all the way. Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie- I want to be honest and say that I have never been a fan of Crumbl but they do make good soft bake chocolate chip cookies. And they are best warm. ------------------------------------ (Total= $20.47 after tax + additional cost for Dubai chocolate brownies) Service was friendly when I arrived in store. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked in. Since this was in the afternoon on a week day, a little after 2 pm, there was no one. An employee helped me right away and told me that he was going to get my box ready. There is an option to have your purchase delivered to your car but I just decided to come in since it was a very hot day on that day I came (it was a higher around 98- 100*F that day). Although I did not like some of the items that I purchased, the service was still friendly and also it was very easy to make an order online. Overall, my experience with this location was pleasant.

I have ordered cookie dough from these ladies multiple times and THEY DO NOT disappoint. Each time I have baked their cookies, they are perfect and delicious. And this summer they dropped their lemon white chocolate flavor and I knew I had to have it. They were amazing! I always recommend them to others and share their profile.
