This Crumbl is located in the same plaza as Target, Jimmy John's and Five Below. Last month, I decided to make an online order because I wanted to their Crumbl's take on the Dubai Chocolate. They had a Dubai chocolate brownie that I wanted to try (yes I have tried so many Dubai chocolate desserts over the past year and have also was lucky to try the real thing when a coworker had brought some back for everyone to try when she visited Dubai last year). I didn't realize that you can order a mini version of the cookies features, and discovered that when I ordered online. So I ended up getting a mini box of 6. I chose the following: Dubai Chocolate Brownie- I paid an extra $1.49 (each, prior to tax) to order this. This was a let down for me. I thought it was too sweet and really didn't taste as good as I had hoped. There wasn't enough kataifi, which is roasted (phyllo dough). I think this would have worked better with dark chocolate to better match and compliment the sweetness from the pistachio filling. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie- Of the desserts that I picked, this was my favorite. I ended up ordering 2 of these and would have preferred a whole box of them. The pumpkin goes well with the chocolate chips and am glad this wasn't nearly as sweet as the other cookies I picked. Peanut Butter Munch Cookie- Wasn't a fan of this. Thought it was too sweet and felt like the cookie was not baked all the way. Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie- I want to be honest and say that I have never been a fan of Crumbl but they do make good soft bake chocolate chip cookies. And they are best warm. ------------------------------------ (Total= $20.47 after tax + additional cost for Dubai chocolate brownies) Service was friendly when I arrived in store. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked in. Since this was in the afternoon on a week day, a little after 2 pm, there was no one. An employee helped me right away and told me that he was going to get my box ready. There is an option to have your purchase delivered to your car but I just decided to come in since it was a very hot day on that day I came (it was a higher around 98- 100*F that day). Although I did not like some of the items that I purchased, the service was still friendly and also it was very easy to make an order online. Stopped by on Thursday, 09/25/25 to buy some sweet treats and to surprise my mom's birthday (early birthday gift). There was a special going on (I received a text message) for 6 large cookies for the price of 4 (i.e., buy 4 cookies, get 2 free!). Although Crumbl is not my overall favorite due to the extremely high calorie and sugar levels; however the overall packaging (especially the pink color) is the best. Ordered the following via app and picked it up: - 6 large cookies (1 brownie batter cookie, 1 lemon bar cookie, 1 original pink sugar cookie), 1 birthday cake cookie ft. OREO, 1 hazelnut sea salt cookie, 1 sea salt toffee cookie) = $18.49 - birthday box = $0.99 OVERALL TOTAL = $19.48 Upon arrival I checked in on the app and the employee prepped my box immediately. The cookies were freshly baked and stored in the oven. The OREO birthday cake cookie in particular was delicious despite the sweetness - crunchy around the corners and soft on the inside. I usually cut the cookies in 4 so that the entire family can try a small portion. read more

This review is for the customer service! I pre ordered 2 dozen minis for curbside. I pull up no one in place or parked outside in my mind perfect. Until it's maybe 7 min into my wait (when I check in and app states 1st in line). Then 10 minutes in app states order ready. A man pulls up and goes inside. He comes out with his order ?!? Really? So, I go inside and my order still isn't ready when it says complete on my app. I told the lady I've been waiting over 15 min and I was curbside 1st in line and still came inside to get my order. She said we're busy deal. Can I have my $12 tip back for paying $60 for dozen cookies. I don't tip for attitude. This is the second time this has happen to me and it's not ok to have cookies at a certain price and the customer service extremely poor. I am not returning to this location. I rather drive out of my area than give my business to this location. read more

I've been a Crumbl customer for years and have visited many locations, so this experience caught me off guard.   I asked if I could purchase a cookie without the frosting, and the team member refused, stating it was "policy" that the cookie had to be sold frosted. I completely understand when cookies are already frosted and can't reasonably be altered--that makes sense. However, I've never once been told this at any other Crumbl location, and I've frequently been able to purchase unfrosted cookies when they weren't yet dressed. The interaction wasn't rude, but it was frustrating to be told this was a blanket policy when my experience has consistently shown otherwise. I ended up leaving with a cookie I now need to remove the frosting which was disappointing and a waste.   I still enjoy Crumbl overall and hope this was just a one‑off or a misunderstanding of the policy. A little flexibility (or clearer communication) would have gone a long way. read more

Stopped by with friends while in the area for something sweet. Parking in the busy plaza wasn't on the weekend wasn't too bad. Tried their new skillet cookie and also noticed they're now offering their own version of rice krispy treats. Most of Crumbl's cookies have been very sweet for my standards but the skillet cookie less so. Really appreciate that the cookies are served warm! Overall, it's quite a big cookie at a price point of $5-6 (enough to share!). Nothing to write home about though. read more

I been wanting to go there myself to try them since they just opened on my birthday 2023 but couldn't be there for the free cookie. I went to Crumbl cookie this evening with the intention of hoping they would help with a gender reveal. I wasn't expecting much because I went in pretty close to closing, and the idea of us using Crumbl cookies for a gender reveal was was extremely last minute. After I placed my order, I nervously asked the person helping me if they wouldn't mind opening an envelope and peeking at the gender and writing what the gender was on the inside of the box so that I can take it home to my wife, and we could open the box together. Not only were they willing to do this for me, but they were so excited to be asked that it calmed my nerves and made it feel like a special moment. With it being so close to Valentine's Day, most of the decor was pink, so before she looked at what the gender was she stopped to see if she had anything blue just in case. I stepped outside as she prepared the box and she happily let me know it was done. I brought it home and was ready for the reveal. My family loved what she was able to quickly put together, she definitely went above and beyond. I want to thank this person for meeting my family and I where we were in our enthusiasm and our excitement for Crumbl cookies. I only wish I got her name. If anyone at the store is reading this I went to Crumbl cookie on Monday, February 9 around 7:30 PM. The two people that we're working there were so amazing and I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but please know that my family and I are very thankful for the special touch you gave our little gender reveal. Creative and Unique Cookies, But Missing That Special Something. Each week brings a new lineup of unique and beautifully decorated cookies, which makes every visit feel like a fresh experience. The rotating flavors are innovative and fun, and I love how Crumbl keeps things interesting with unexpected combinations and designs. However, as much as I admire the creativity and presentation, the actual flavors leave something to be desired. There's a certain element that's just missing, and I can't quite put my finger on it. While the cookies are good, they don't quite reach the level of greatness that I was hoping for. It's that one small thing that's holding me back from giving Crumbl a 5-star review. Overall, Crumbl is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to try something new and different in the world of cookies. I visited this Crumbl Cookies location for a late night drive up order. I only had to wait a few minutes and my cookies were ready! The service was quick and friendly. When I opened the box I could tell the cookies were fresh and warm. The Reese's pieces cookie was my favorite, I would recommend to fellow peanut butter lovers.
