I've drove past this place multiple times when I went to Knott's and I didn't know that there was a location near my job, so I knew I had to try it out! The location is extremely small, but they had lots of seating options and there's seating outside too! I was attended too quickly, I ordered the strawberry blush because I was craving strawberry ice cream after work. The strawberry blush was extremely sweet! The ice cream had a cheesy taste! I do admit it's sweeter than what I wanted. They add a lot to the ice cream. The strawberry blush includes: corn flakes, crystal boba, and real strawberry pieces! I do recommend this spot if you have a huge sweet tooth! My ice cream was delicious and the person who took my order was extremely nice. The prices here are extremely reasonable, it was less than $10 for my ice cream that came loaded. The ice cream is a small serving, though. I do want to come and try their boba teas! read more

You have to be pretty unhappy with your life to give an ice cream spot a 1 star review. I think we need to revoke some elite statuses. Nobibi is good. They have some creative options. I had the Fruity Pebble which was good. The ice cream was a bit soft (melty) and icy, not completely soft and smooth, but it was still ice cream. I have never been to an ice cream shop that deserved a single . I mean, come on, it's ice cream! Ice cream by itself should put a little smile on your face. Let's get some perspective people! 3 stars is good. If I'm in the neighborhood and I've tried other options I will go back. read more

Stopped by Nobibi Ice Cream & Tea and really enjoyed this spot. Fun concept and great presentation -- the desserts look just as good as they taste. Tried the chocolate soft serve with an Oreo cookie. Creamy and smooth with good flavor. The chocolate had a nice rich taste without being too sweet. Portions were decent and very Instagram-worthy. Service was friendly and efficient, and the place has a clean, modern vibe that's great for a quick dessert stop with family or friends. Only reason it's not a 5-star for me is the price -- a little on the higher side for soft serve -- but the quality and creativity make it worth trying at least once. Overall solid 4/5. Would definitely come back again when I'm in the area and craving something sweet. read more

A large group of us stopped in here after dinner spontaneously to give it a try. Firstly-- the employees here are SUPER nice and helpful! I want to shoutout their kindness. We all generally enjoyed our sweet treats. I think the ube milk frosty tasted more like milk than ube at times, so maybe that could be more ube-y. My husband said he felt like his brown sugar boba treat was just vanilla ice cream with boba. We want to give it another shot for other treats to see if maybe there's something we'd like more on the menu. My sister and cousin really really liked what they picked out though! read more

There's structure or street parking to get here. It's a nice cozy shop with some seating. Good for a quick snack or grab and go. The staff are nice, the food arrived at a good time. The ice cream was so overpriced for what it was! I got the ninja, expecting black charcoal ice cream on a black cone. It was regular brown chocolate soft sere. There was barely any flavor, it just kind of tasted like milk. There are a lot of cute shops in the area, and I really feel like nobibi is playing on the photogenic ice cream and the younger crowd visiting the trendy shops. read more

I stopped by Nobibi during a visit to California and wish there was one in Boston because it was SO good! My drink of choice is always a brown sugar milk tea, and I was super hyped to get it in ice cream form. My order was made quickly and had to take it on the go, otherwise I would've gladly hung out inside the cute store. It was so delicious! The perfect post-dinner treat. This review isn't for the ice cream, because I haven't had a chance to try it. This review is for the way the management is run. This is the second time I come here to try it and they closed earlier than the hours posted online. Either update your hours of operation, or stop closing early. This is not a way a business should be run. It's a Friday night and they closed more than an hour earlier than listed. Responding to the owners response of being open at 9:35pm.. this is a blatant LIE. We ended up getting Boba from the establishment next to you and sat in the indoor seating for 30 min. To make matters worse, when we got to your window BEFORE 9pm, the lights were off, the machines were already cleaned and your employee was walking out the door with her purse saying she was only scheduled until 9pm. I don't blame the employee, this is on management. The fact that you came on here and blatantly lied is despicable. Just update your business hours. read more

Came here after Easter service, I really hope they make the Dubai chocolate ice cream a permanent choice on the menu! It was so delicious and the Frosted Flakes on the bottom made the entire thing even better. I'd 100% recommend that dessert! The matcha jasmine milk tea is okay, it's a little on the bitter side! Really bummed that the boba wasn't chewy or sweet, it's always a hit or miss finding boba shops because the tapioca could really make the drink or make you dislike the drink:( this one kind of tasted like day old boba, I'm sure it wasn't but just trying to give you a reference on how hard the boba was! Again, this hasn't been my first time getting boba here and the first time it tasted the same as today. Nobibi is an Ice Cream/Boba place near KGI in the Claremont Village. There's a variety of unique ice cream and drink options. There's prices are very reasonable for the portion size and flavors. The dubai chocolate soft serve had a fantastic pistachio flavor and pleasant crunch mixed with a chocolate sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor and texture of the soft serve as well. The ambiance inside is also really clean and nice. There's a few tables indoors, so I wouldn't recommend coming with a big group, but the area is conducive for catching up with a friend. I'd come here at least once when in the area for a sweet treat! read more

the worst service EVER! My boyfriend and i walked in and the lady taking our order looked like she hated her job. that's fine i get u don't like ur job but you're the one who signed up for it. after paying we waited 20 minutes for it to come out. wasn't even that busy and ice cream was all melted. we were already annoyed so we just left. got in the car and couldn't even eat the boba because it was all nasty and stuck together. the workers here are so incredibly rude. read more

Looks much prettier than it tastes. I had the Dubai chocolate ice cream last night. Green-tinted ice cream and Hershey's syrup do not equal Dubai chocolate, unfortunately. They did throw a couple of real, whole pistachios on there, as well as some shredded phyllo (and cornflakes at the bottom, which was weird but kind of good). The taste just was not there, though. Not even close. The distinct flavor in a Dubai bar comes from the pistachio cream (which is not just pistachio and sugar) and a bit of tahini. You need that richness to get the Dubai chocolate flavor. This was watery, sugar-laden nonsense cosplaying as Dubai chocolate. I really was excited to try this place and wanted to like this. The shop itself is clean and appealing and the service was good, so there's that. Give the faux Dubai chocolate ice cream a miss, though. read more

The ladies were beautiful and kind. They took our order with the best hospitality we've had in a while. They got our order out with care and in a quick manner (especially because it was only two girls). Me and my friend ordered a few items: * dalgona bischoff coffee *mango oolong tea *brown sugar boba cup *bischoff ice cream Everything was absolutely delicious and tasted like it was crafted with care, and came out like true artistry. Nobibi is at Claremont Village! Yay! We came on Halloween, they had cute decors up and had a trick or treat candy bowl ready on the table. The decor inside was really cute! and they were giving out free kids size ice cream cones with a purchase that day. We ordered dalgona coffees, one with biscoff and the other with creme brulee. Both were really delicious. The creme brulee dalgona Coffee came with boba whereas the other did not. I really like the biscoff, you get a little crunch here and there from the cookie and a healthy dose of caramel that pools at the bottom of the cup. The Dalgona coffees here are great. I've tried the Eastvale location as well and the taste is very comparable. The cashier is very efficient and helpful. The kid's size ice cream is very cute! We tried the ube. There are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the drinks/ice cream. The place is very well decorated, kept clean and neat. read more

Came here on a lunch break after eating some Thai food down the street. We decided on the roasted milk tea creme brulee with boba and I was able to ask for brown sugar syrup. The other drink my coworker got was a jasmine peach tea with popping boba. The drinks came out to about $12 which was fair. In terms of the taste the boba was sweet and hot so it tasted like it was recently made. The milk tea and creme brulee was pretty good but I did ask for extra ice but it seem like i got regular ice, which wasn't a big deal if the drink was good, and it was. Now I know a decent boba place near work so I will most likely be back whenever I crave some boba during work hours! read more

I strongly believe that half of the restaurant/food experience comes from the service. While I was excited to check out this place, having seen it open multiple locations, my enthusiasm dwindled after interacting with the cashier. Given the small size of the store, it's hard to believe the cashier didn't see us coming or going, yet there wasn't a single hello, thank you, or goodbye. She almost seemed annoyed as if we were interrupting her free time. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt-- maybe she was having a bad day? But as a customer, it wasn't a pleasant experience regardless of the situation. Besides the service, the price was as expected given the current economy, so no complaints there. Located inside the Claremont Village. There is street parking or a nearby parking structure. When you walk in their theme is pink, very open and cute. The service was quick and friendly. Fun place for pictures! That's about it. Egg puffs were cooked half way through so the middle was a bit doughy. The cotton candy and ice cream were overpriced, in my opinions. The interior has limited space and even the walkway to the restroom is rather tight to maneuver. Kids had fun as it's different from the typical boba and Yogurtland. Given the many options nearby, we probably will try out another dessert place. read more

I was just walking by & this place caught my attention with how bright & pink it is! I love how it was decorated with so many different jellycats plushies! Such a cute little dessert shop! Was staying nearby and happened to walk past this very cute shop. First I was intrigued by the extensive menu with beautiful photos - it made you want to try everything! Went ahead and tried the brown sugar dalgona coffee which is like this amazing whipped coffee with condensed milk and boba and my daughter had the mango drink with boba and lychee. Oh and we couldn't leave without trying the fresh spun cotton candy! All were made beautifully and delicious! The staff was also kind in explaining the different drinks. Nobibi Ice Cream just had their grand opening 10/28/23 in the Claremont Village area, where Jamba Juice used to be. I'll miss Jamba Juice, but I am pretty excited for these high end desserts. The décor was really cute. They have some cute small tables and chairs in, or the Claremont Village area has outdoor seating throughout the area, or you can walk around with your treats. They had a Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off special for the first week of the grand opening. Service was super welcome and friendly and staff seemed to be well trained already. Definitely starting off strong. I couldn't resist getting their D'or ($12.99) which is an ice cream cone with 24k edible gold foil. It happened to match with my gold nails so it was perfect. You can pick what flavor of soft serve so I went with the classic vanilla. The soft serve was delicious and so was the cone. Definitely a splurge but I think it was worth it. I was alone so I only got one order. They staff was so nice they gave me a coupon to redeem a free drink or kids cone in the future. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their desserts like the egg puffs, drinks and more soft serve. read more

I had the Nobibi a couple weeks ago and I'm still thinking about it. I hung out with my friends and noticed that this place had a soft opening. I'm not from the area, but my friend said that it replaced the old Jamba juice. Well, I appreciate a healthy smoothie every now and then , there was just something so wonderful and delectable about this chocolate soft serve. I feel like at carnivals and theme parks chocolate soft serve is very watered down, but you could really taste the chocolate flavor in this one. I highly recommend getting the ninja. I appreciate the cone holders that they give you and the small spoon so you could work your way down to the cone without messiness . A+ for presentation and A+ for flavor! My boyfriend found this spot when looking for a nearby dessert spot, and I can already tell this place is gonna be popping. Think Somi-Somi meets Taiwanese boba shop. I ordered the Ninja Soft Gelato cone. It's a chocolate gelato topped with an Oreo, pop rocks, and a Pocky stick in a chocolate cone. I love the gelato for this. It's not too sweet like ice cream is. My bf got the Egg Waffles Ice Cream with UBE ice cream and chocolate chips cooked into the waffle, also topped with an Oreo, pop rocks and a pocky stick. The Ube flavor is 10/10. Apparently there was also a BOGO 50% off when buying two items, so our total was around $18. Definitely a special treat but so worth it. read more

I have been a big fan of Nobibi Ice Cream since my first encounter at one of their locations in Eastvale. Their ice cream is just so good. When I saw that they have a location in Claremont, I had to come here. Now please keep in mind that not all Nobibis are the same. I know that for a fact because this location is my least favorite unfortunately. The Dalgona Ice Cream that I got here exploded before I even got to it. Yes, I could have sent it back, but I didn't. I can't really explain it... you'll have to see it when I post the photo later. So presentation was lacking for sure. As for taste, coffee was too bitter for my taste buds. Ice cream texture was a little gritty for some reason. It should be smooth and creamy. Staff was okay. Service was okay. Ambiance was okay. Space is smaller than most. I've seen better Nobibis. I tried out a Nobibi in Chino Hills and I was in the area and wanted to give this spot a try. Last time I had the dessert/ice cream which was fire but this time I wanted to give the drinks a try. I ended up getting Paradise Crush with 25% sweetness. It was like a soda, carbonated water with syrup. It was a simple drink, not super special but it was indeed refreshing. Next time definitely will have to try out their milk tea and definitely get their dessert again. read more

There's a set of steps with pillows on each step with a block of about six outlets beside them, and a really comfy, sinky couch (plus an ottoman and two comfy looking armchairs and a big table in the middle) with a set of two outlets on the wall and a star shaped power strip sticking out of the ground with six outlets coming out of it. There are also regular tables and it seems like there are outlets beside them as well. WIFI: The wifi is open (no password necessary), even though they have a password listed where you pick up your food (it's just Sanctuary Coffee). I tried to use one of the locked ones (the only one that made sense), but the wifi password didn't work, so I'm not sure why they have one listed. Regardless, albeit not the fastest wifi I've ever used, it's incredibly doable. I have been working remote here for 1.5 hrs and had almost no issues. MENU: For LA, relatively cheap. I am not a coffee or tea drinker, so I got the peach Italian soda, which was yummy. I believe it was about $4.89, which is not bad at all. I went to And Destroy in the Highland Park-ish area, and I believe an Italian soda with cream (cream is free here) was maybe $7-8. I'm used to paying more for drinks because the specialty (non coffee and tea) drinks are usually pricey, but this was one of the cheapest things on the menu. Also, you can claim a free pastry with your email and first name on their website (it sends you a voucher, just show the email). I got the banana bread, which was fine. I would've gotten zucchini, but it wasn't chocolate chip zucchini. ATMOSPHERE: Not too loud, the music is nice and chill and not very loud. There's cute art on the walls and homey looking lamps. It's the quintessential living room coffee shop, perhaps even rivaling Republik Coffee in Burbank in comfiness, noise level, aesthetic, and price (which is a bummer, because I likely will never be back - we just happened to be in North Pomona today, and I have no idea when we'd ever elect to drive this far again LOL). PARKING: It's in a little strip mall, so there's an actual aboveground lot with plenty of free parking (at least I think it's free, I got dropped off so I didn't pay much attention). Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking to cowork in a cozy atmosphere for relatively cheap in the North Pomona area. It checks all of my boxes except distance from home. I hope this review helps someone, because I always try to find this information on Yelp about new places to visit and it can be very difficult to find! BATHROOM: I believe there are two single person bathrooms like not stalls just one bathroom. Cute art and aesthetic inside, there are hooks on the walls for your stuff. My immediate impression of the location's interior is "abandoned warehouse." There's cardboard boxes lying about; the lights are dim & gloomy; and the furniture & walls looked old and poorly maintained. There were no customers, other than myself. Staff zipped out from the back when I'd entered. There's no self-service kiosks, so customers order at the counter. Staff is friendly and welcoming. After receiving my drink, Staff vanished into the back for the entire time. The drink took one minute and six seconds. Fast!! As mentioned, the Brown Sugar Milk Tea ($5.50) with Boba (additional 79 cents) is not awful. It's big, cheap, and thirst-quenching. Although the boba lacked any perkiness, I did appreciate its very small sweetness. Concerning the ambiance, it felt sad. Chairs had mysterious black stains, dust & webs gripped the windows' corners, yellow & aged plants lazed about, and lights stayed dimly lit like a haunted house. However, there's utility. Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) has six electrical outlets. There's also customer internet with password; details on the plastic countertop. And there's a restroom for customers. In addition, the floors and tables are fairly clean. Overall, Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) feels like a forgotten relic of time. At the very minimum, it's an adequate establishment. There isn't a sign outside, so just look for the building right next to Bardot. It is definitely worth the search if you prefer a focused and high-quality coffee experience!

When the employee took my order, she repeated it back correctly as two sesame bagels and two everything bagels. However, when I received my order and checked it before leaving, I discovered that I had only been given two sesame bagels and one everything bagel. When I politely asked about the missing everything bagel, the employee insisted that I had only ordered one. She also refused to provide her name when asked. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was required to pay again for the missing bagel. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing. As a former New Yorker, I was equally disappointed with the bagels themselves. The restaurant promotes a New York-style bagel experience, but these bagels did not resemble the authentic New York bagels I grew up eating. They lacked the characteristic chew, texture, and flavor that make New York bagels famous. The bagels were also barely toasted. Rather than having a crisp exterior and warm center, they seemed only lightly warmed. A properly toasted bagel should have some crunch and color, and these simply did not. Mistakes happen in every restaurant, but how those mistakes are handled is what matters. My recommendation to future customers is to carefully inspect their order before leaving the counter. Unfortunately, based on this experience, both the customer service and product quality fell well below expectations.

I was finally able to figure out his last name. (It wasn't given out willingly and he made me guess after dropping a single hint). Will be on my way to collect my free bottle of wine for the month of June. Grafted Cellars is such a lovely place. I've met new friends as well as reunited with old ones. So glad I've found a place to be able to call "my hangout".
