Hollowed out churro with 3 choices of filling. Caramel, strawberry and sweet cream.

The churro was delicious. The fill was the perfect amount. The place is located inside the Pomona Indoor Swapmeet. Not to much of any ambiance but fits the location. I thought the service wasn't the best. She was unpleasant and seems disturbed by me. $4 for a churro is pricey as well.

I came here after work and saw that they were selling churros in a truck in the parking lot of the Pomona swap meet. I chose to get the lechera filled churro, $2.50 each and a iced vanilla coffee ($5). The churro was fresh and filled with leche. The churro did not get soggy quickly after driving home to eat it. The wait time was a bit long but it's fresh. They take apple/samsung pay.

I'm by no means a churro expert but i love food and we went for a drive and saw the welcoming lights of a churro truck beckoning. I got the churro works which comes with bite sized churro, whipped cream, jam, and condensed milk. My first bite melded all the flavors of creamy, sweet, and a little tart with the jam. It blended very well with the cinnamon sugar churros and tasted like stuffed french toast. The inside was kinda donut like in texture..aka pretty fluffy. A wonderful and unique churro!! Good thing i don't live in the area or i would live at this truck. If you are near here, visit you won't be sorry!!

These are the best churros I've ever had, they are soft yet perfectly fried on the outside and filled with your choice of filling if you do want it filled. I first tried them by Ontario mills and have even gone to Pomona just to get a churro cause it was so delicious!! Bien bien buenos Gracias!

Pre Covid review: So I had bookmarked this spot but I could never find it and never have the time to go there. It wasnt until my friend took me in December and I realized this was the place!! I was looking for a legit Mexican churro and I didn't want to go so far cuz I know there are spots in Orange County and LA but you know it's more expensive. It wasnt until I attended Cal Poly Pomona that I realized there was some spots near me. I do love how it's in an indoor swap meet, idk it feels more authentic to me. The food is what you get, a churro where you can decide between chocolate, cream, and I think strawberry as a filling. Its inexpensive and good. I will return again!

One of my favorite desserts ever, condensed milk (aka Lechera) filled Churros. They can also fill your Churro with either caramel or strawberry filling. They also have cream filled pastries, Oreo pastries, M&M cookies and different types of refreshing lemonade and coffee, including Vanilla coffee. .com They also take Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Coworker's Paradise in North Pomona! (sorry if it sounds like I'm writing a Zillow listing, but I'm…read morejust trying to get this to show up in search results if anyone else is curious LOL) OUTLETS: Plenty of outlets!!! There's a set of steps with pillows on each step with a block of about six outlets beside them, and a really comfy, sinky couch (plus an ottoman and two comfy looking armchairs and a big table in the middle) with a set of two outlets on the wall and a star shaped power strip sticking out of the ground with six outlets coming out of it. There are also regular tables and it seems like there are outlets beside them as well. WIFI: The wifi is open (no password necessary), even though they have a password listed where you pick up your food (it's just Sanctuary Coffee). I tried to use one of the locked ones (the only one that made sense), but the wifi password didn't work, so I'm not sure why they have one listed. Regardless, albeit not the fastest wifi I've ever used, it's incredibly doable. I have been working remote here for 1.5 hrs and had almost no issues. MENU: For LA, relatively cheap. I am not a coffee or tea drinker, so I got the peach Italian soda, which was yummy. I believe it was about $4.89, which is not bad at all. I went to And Destroy in the Highland Park-ish area, and I believe an Italian soda with cream (cream is free here) was maybe $7-8. I'm used to paying more for drinks because the specialty (non coffee and tea) drinks are usually pricey, but this was one of the cheapest things on the menu. Also, you can claim a free pastry with your email and first name on their website (it sends you a voucher, just show the email). I got the banana bread, which was fine. I would've gotten zucchini, but it wasn't chocolate chip zucchini. ATMOSPHERE: Not too loud, the music is nice and chill and not very loud. There's cute art on the walls and homey looking lamps. It's the quintessential living room coffee shop, perhaps even rivaling Republik Coffee in Burbank in comfiness, noise level, aesthetic, and price (which is a bummer, because I likely will never be back - we just happened to be in North Pomona today, and I have no idea when we'd ever elect to drive this far again LOL). PARKING: It's in a little strip mall, so there's an actual aboveground lot with plenty of free parking (at least I think it's free, I got dropped off so I didn't pay much attention). Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking to cowork in a cozy atmosphere for relatively cheap in the North Pomona area. It checks all of my boxes except distance from home. I hope this review helps someone, because I always try to find this information on Yelp about new places to visit and it can be very difficult to find! BATHROOM: I believe there are two single person bathrooms like not stalls just one bathroom. Cute art and aesthetic inside, there are hooks on the walls for your stuff. The air dryer was not very strong and there were no paper towels or seat covers, but other than that there was a nice faucet and cute nice soap like homey soap you'd see in someone's house, and the lock worked fine.

Very relaxing atmosphere (at least when I visited). Customer…read moreservice was great! Coffee and desserts were very tasteful. I will definately be back to sample other desserts.

It's not awful, but it tastes frugal. I arrived at Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) on Sunday (around 12:20PM). Parking is easy. The lot is very big. My immediate impression of the location's interior is "abandoned warehouse." There's cardboard boxes lying about; the lights are dim & gloomy; and the furniture & walls looked old and poorly maintained. There were no customers, other than myself. Staff zipped out from the back when I'd entered. There's no self-service kiosks, so customers order at the counter. Staff is friendly and welcoming. After receiving my drink, Staff vanished into the back for the entire time. The drink took one minute and six seconds. Fast!! As mentioned, the Brown Sugar Milk Tea ($5.50) with Boba (additional 79 cents) is not awful. It's big, cheap, and thirst-quenching. Although the boba lacked any perkiness, I did appreciate its very small sweetness. Concerning the ambiance, it felt sad. Chairs had mysterious black stains, dust & webs gripped the windows' corners, yellow & aged plants lazed about, and lights stayed dimly lit like a haunted house. However, there's utility. Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) has six electrical outlets. There's also customer internet with password; details on the plastic countertop. And there's a restroom for customers. In addition, the floors and tables are fairly clean. Overall, Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) feels like a forgotten relic of time. At the very minimum, it's an adequate establishment. If you're searching for affordability and a place to study/work, there's potential. 3.3 out of 5

It's definitely sweet with rich chocolate and marshmallow flavors. You can definitely taste all the ingredients described. I prefer the marshmallow cream top to be a bit thicker, considering it is marshmallow after all. 2) Chai Latte - My sister thought her drink was okay. Mind you, this is her first time trying chai lol. I took a sip of her drink, and the cinnamon and cardamom flavors were strong. It's a bit sweeter than I prefer, but it can always be adjusted.
