    I just had a new HVAC unit installed today in conjunction with their Costco deal - as of this…read moreevening it is blowing cold air and they didn't put my old thermostat back on - when I called the 24 hr line it was a less than reassuring experience...I got sucked in by the chance to finance the unit instead of having my dependable guy do the same unit but paying in full ....so far I'm not happy &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& I sent emails and texts to all I had spoken to and this am a tech came out and after opening the service panel found a couple things that should have been addressed I assume at install....he stayed to make sure that system was actually blowing warm air which is appreciated....I am changing stars but honestly will be on guard as I am concerned by the plethora of other less than complimentary reviews....it is obvious though I have no problem updating my review

    Airco Service could not care less about their customers. I once again contacted them and they said…read morethey would pass it off to the project manager Jared. Guess who has still not contacted me...Jared. It is June 1, 2026 and I am getting ready to contact them again. I am done being nice and patient. I still do not have a manual for a 7,400.00 furnace and still have not had the city inspector back to make sure it passed. I will also be finding out what recourse I have to get this taken care of. When I have, I am done. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use Airco Service for anything. I would give zero stars if possible.

    I had needed an A/C tune-up since the summer season began to make sure nothing was wrong with my…read moreunit before the weather gets too demanding. I normally have used other companies in the past to do so, but I received a mailer with coupons from Hendrick Heat and Air and noticed that they were running a tune-up special for $49.95. I thought I would give them a chance since it was a great price for a tune-up plus it included an air filter change. Nathaniel showed up and performed the tune-up but also checked every vent in the house to see how well the airflow was, noticing that there was an issue with several of the vents having weaker output. I had told him about my bedroom vents not having much airflow coming out from them for well over a year, to which he insisted on checking out the ductwork under the crawlspace. He found where a duct had been completely disconnected from the main unit and tried to reattach it for significantly better airflow but said he could not secure it properly without the necessary support. The next day I received a quote to have it reconnected which was a very reasonable price and much lower than what had been estimated. Hendrick was very prompt in scheduling an appointment to have it fixed within the next day. They sent Elliott and Brent to reattach the duct and had it fixed within the hour. The airflow is 100% better in my bedroom and the willingness of the technicians to go under the crawlspace is what made the difference between them and other companies, who have previously told me that I would have to schedule another service request for them to examine any ductwork. The techs at Hendrick were helpful, friendly, efficient, and told me about any issues that could arise with the system. My unit is at the 12 year mark but it is still running well, but if the duct had not been reconnected than it likely could have caused the system to have had much more expensive issues by continuing to work overtime to compensate for the duct leaking airflow. There were no extra charges or hidden fees for work performed and the tune-up price and original quote to fix the duct were all honored. I would definitely consider Hendrick again based on this experience for any issues or for another tune-up.

    Very unprofessional…read more They Kept leaving the job site. When I asked for updates the owner/job coordinator Ted Massad was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I had scheduled this Sunday and was told they would be out Monday morning. The first worker showed up on Monday around 10:00 in a regular truck and left 10 minutes later saying he needed to get more tools. 2 hours went by without any updates so I called back and was told that an actual plumber would be out to help. Another hour went by and someone named Bailey showed up and said he needed someone else to get under the crawl space. He left and didn't come back. I call the owner again at 4:00 ( by the a storm had came through. They said they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile the water was off due to the leak I wanted them to fix. The next morning at 9:00 they still hadn't showed up so I called the owner again ( Ted Massad) and told if if they were there by 10:00 I was calling someone else. ( the water had been off for two days at this point ) . When his people finally showed up at 10:30 I told them to leave, I had lost trust in their ability to solve this problem and didn't want to do business with them. At this point in time Ted Massed called me an idiot and threatened to put a lean on the house. I went back and forth with him for a bit and he repeatedly called me names ( I have a copy of the entire text ) We called an actual plumber that showed up within an hour , capped the line and got the water back on ( my son and his wife live in the house ) I paid Ted Massad $94 for his people that repeatedly showed up ( very late ) but didn't do any work. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PAID THEM $94 FOR NOTHING. TED IS VERY INSULTING. DO NOT USE THEM.

    service request moms called the company we have hired…read morepreviously for maintenancing the air conditioning unit to help resolve a plumbing issue at the house where her brother lives. the drainage system for the two toilets was in a state of complete backup, which was not catastrophic because of his proximity to her house, and the experiences he has with bedpans, but of course, is useful to have working. quality the service was excellent, with the crew of workers arriving quickly, from what i was let to know, and utilizing skill and commitment in the craft of plumbing to navigate the drainage system that connects from the roof through underneath the house. also, when i passed by after walking around the neighborhood, the worker, who we will call tall guy for now, started toward the bin when i'd called for him to open the lid of the recycling bin at the house for me to slam some trash off the street. value too much gas, climbing, and human interaction. tall guy, if you did not get the payment you need, (539) 525-5464. value

I called on a Wednesday because our air conditioning was OUT and had the pleasure of speaking to AI and it offered Saturday as the earliest appointment. I was transferred to an actual person and was told Saturday was for sure the earliest a tech could come out. I understand it is peak season for them but having to wait several days is ridiculous. I thought purchasing their maintenance plan gave you somewhat of a priority for service calls, especially when your a/c is not working in 90°+ temperatures. We will no longer be using Air Assurance and have found a great, honest and reliable company to purchase a new HVAC system from. We should have done this years ago as we have had very questionable plumbing service from AA as well. I would not recommend Air Assurance whatsoever and regret not switching sooner
