So thankful for Cliff and his service! I had seen some reviews and decided to give him a call after having dealt with my ac not being able to keep my house below 80 degrees during the day. I told him what was going on and how I've had 3 other ac technicians come and was still dealing with the same problem. After he was finished servicing my ac I came home that night to a 74 degree house instead of 80 degree and today hit a high of 111 outside! Had some electrical issues with our air conditioning unit. It was mid July 2021, very hot here. We called them up and they were able to get someone out that day. Great pricing, they work with you and the guys have been very professional. This year we've had them come out to check the AC again due to loud noises. They listened intently, investigated any possible cause of the unit. Explained thoroughly the cause. I used The Coolest Air for a fix when I still lived in my house and he was super easy to work with and quick to get the job done. Once I moved out and started renting I did not heed his advice and went with a quick fix. A year later the problems he said would occur began. This time I listened to him and replaced my AC unit completely. He was able to install the new unit in less than a week from the time I called and asked.
