We came to The Corn Maiden for our anniversary. Overall, the place had good food, great atmosphere, with a few hiccups. FOOD: They gave us a lemongrass mocktail for our anniversary, and it was super refreshing with nice citrus aromatics. Light but has some complex notes plus the citrus rind hits you and invites you to try the drink before you actually drink! Originally offered champagne but we opted for a non-alcoholic option. The bread with house honey butter was good, but nothing special other than the fact that they source their honey from their own bees. The beet "carpaccio" tasted good but was really more of an arugula salad--I wanted more actual beet and grapefruit. The beet is thinly sliced, but because of the sheer volume of the arugula, it feels like the beet takes a backseat. It's a good salad but different than my expectations, not really a carpaccio. Wish there chunks of beet along with thinly sliced beet and more grapefruit Duck taco was pretty good! Duck is juicy and still has some fatty portions but paired will with crisp of taco and the acidity + crisp of the pickled onion. The creamy sauces helped but I wish there was slightly more kick. The bison tenderloin had great flavor (the sweetness and acidity of blueberry worked very well with the butter) but the small portion size really overshadowed the taste. Corn grit and mushrooms were a fine compliment, but not very cohesive. The Cerdo Frito was tasty, and the red chili sauce wasn't too spicy and actually reminded me more of southern Mexican food/sauce (oaxaca). The fried pork was a good amount and if you ate it fast enough, still had some crunch of the fried batter AMBIANCE: Very on theme with the Tamaya/Pueblo culture. Not too stuffy of a "steakhouse" that you have to wear long pants or blazer. Definitely okay for elevated couple dates/dinners, business dinners, and even okay to bring younger families. It was very dark and dimly lit. With some windows that really help lighting. but once the sun sets, it gets pretty dark. SERVICE: Very friendly server (first day), fast pacing--maybe too fast. They cleared plates the moment one of us was done. The kitchen mixed up desserts twice, which was more funny than frustrating, but still a miss. Cool, upscale interesting upscale farm to table, native inspired menu. I was on the edge between four and five but I like the idea of this restaurant so I rounded up to five. The exterior of this restaurant is beautiful and timeless, seriously no other way to describe it. When you enter the space, it feels like you're entering a well appointed home. Rugs and design are both beautiful. Perfect for a family outing. Service- friendly, but a touch awkward. Food- charred cabbage stole the show, duck mole was good. But it didn't taste like expected to... there was no actual sauce to the dish. Desserts were solid and well presented. Overall I would certainly return. read more

We ate at the Corn Maiden as a special dinner while at the Tamaya resort. It did not disappoint! The restaurant was beautiful and apparently has just reopened. The service was terrific and the manager was extremely gracious and happy to share the experience with customers. We ordered a coffee charcoal ribeye for two, and split a romaine wedge salad. We also ordered a bottle of Belle Glos Pinot Noir. The staff showed us how the coffee was used to prepare the steaks, and poured our wine for us when we were out. The dinner was wonderful and the split salad was presented beautifully and with care. The plate of vegetables that accompanied the steak had been perfectly prepared and were delicious. I would recommend the Corn Maiden for a meal. It was a very cozy space (but had lots of rooms in case you need one for a large event!), and felt intimate. read more

My friend and I were staying at the Tamaya Resort and Spa with a large group of friends. On our next to last night we went to the Corn Maiden for a special dinner. The restaurant is very pretty and the service was great. Unfortunately, the wine and food were not edible. We ordered Sauvignon Blanc and it tasted spoiled. For our meals we ordered bison and the lobster pasta. The bison was overcooked and the accompanying mashed potatoes tasted like instant, but my friend managed to eat it. The lobster pasta was inedible. The pasta was undercooked and the lobster tasted fishy and was rubbery. When we told the manager, David, he was dismissive and rude and still expected me to pay for the uneaten, inedible pasta. When he dropped off the full check at our table, I had to chase him down and ask him to take the lobster pasta off the bill. He finally did but he didn't apologize for the experience or try to make it right. I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

The Corn Maiden refers to itself as a "fine dining" restaurant . It is not. The ambiance is fine but the open kitchen seems to distract from any sense of elegance. It is difficult to enter for the handicapped. You must take a special strange elevator, built more for deliveries than people. The hostess seemed to have a pad that had seen better days and had difficulties in finding our reservation. The menu is extremely limited. Both my guest and I started with the squash soup: a base of what might have been cold coconut milk onto which was poured lukewarm, tasteless squash puree (see Gerber's baby food). Not good. My guest opted to have the buffalo entree, which was described by the waiter as being served medium rare, but was delivered as medium well. I ordered the lobster pasta entree, which had overcooked pasta in a tasteless tomato sauce and the meat of a few lobster claws (neither tasty nor fresh tasting). I took a couple of bites and left the rest of the hearty serving. We took half the buffalo and a few bites of lobster home to my guest's dog who seemed to really enjoy both. My guest had a cocktail which was well made, and I had a tonic. The cost was two hundred dollars including tip. What we had experienced was "hotel food" at fine dining prices. It's really unfortunate as the Tamaya Resort is lovely with absolutely spectacular scenery. read more

To start we ordered a glass of wine, that we sent back because it tasted spoil, maybe an old open bottle. Then the meal came, the bison was okay, although I think the potatoes came from a box. The lobster pasta was so bad, my friend couldn't eat it. we addressed the issues with David the manager, who was dismissive and refused to take the lobster pasta off the bill. My friend had to chase him across the restaurant to address the issue. He reluctantly removed the pasta dish but didn't apologize for the poor experience. It has been years! I was convinced at this point that Corn Maiden had become yet another Covid restaurant casualty so it was much to my pleasant surprise that I learned it was open again. I had to go give it a try. It's in a lovely setting at the Tamaya with both indoor and outdoor seating. The meals came with complimentary blue corn corn bread and it was delicious. That was almost my meal - I had to keep remind myself that I had food coming! I ordered the lobster pasta and my friends ordered the striped bass. I was a bit disappointed to see that there was no vegetarian entree option on the menu. It's possible they could have made the pasta vegetarian, but for the price it really wouldn't have been worth it. It is a bit pricier than it was before, but of course, it's at a resort, so that's not that surprising. Expect a high end (for Albuquerque, not, say, for Santa Fe) priced meal, but a good one. There was far more lobster in the lobster pasta than I expected and it was delicious. They seemed to be going through some startup pains and service from both the kitchen and the bar was a bit slow. Our server though was amazing and had an entire room indoors and did a really good job of checking in on us and not trying to rush us along. Kudos to her, it all looked very hectic. Ordinarily, we have had fabulous holiday buffet meals in year past at Corn Maiden. Sad to say, not this Thanksgiving. For $90 per/person that was advertised as "buffet" would have slightly resembled the buffet of seasons past, but unfortunately this was not the case. It was evident from walking in that this was going to be a budget buffet. Turkey roll with fake grill marks on the side? This "buffet" was one of the worst meals I've had in 20 years! Waitstaff and hosts were wonderful. Couldn't have been any nicer. They were great. Just some of the WORST food I've had in ages. Oh, and portions made European portions look like Super-sized meals. While I appreciated the comped meal, to say that our family was disappointed would be an understatement. Time for a new head chef! read more

Went to Corn Maiden anticipating a wonderful thanksgiving dinner. Extremely unsatisfactory. Got one star only because no zero star and the ambiance, staff and margarita were very good. I had turkey dinner. Let me explain the issues:(remember this is upscale restaurant at $90 per person) 1. Roasted acorn squash salad: grossly undercooked: squash and pears rock hard and inedible. 2. Butternut squash soup watery and flavorless 3. Gourmet meat cheese selection was uninspired 4. Turkey dinner: turkey was from frozen boneless turkey breast with no seasoning. I expect at this kind of restaurant a whole turkey with freshly sliced turkey breast. Stuffing was gummy, chewy , overcooked and not well seasoned. Mashed potatoes smooth (over whipped) without any flavor. Gravy was tasteless, not savory. Cranberry sauce watery and unimaginative. 5. Desserts: a complete disaster. Pumpkin and pecan pies were NOT made in house, but rather store bought frozen just like you get at any grocery store for $5-10 per pie The pecan was gummy with way too much cornstarch and corn syrup making it cloyingly sweet. The crust was foul, stale, machine pressed and tasted somewhat rancid. Same crust for pumpkin. This pie was like gelatin, wobbly filling with way too much cinnamon and not smooth and creamy. IE, the pies were a joke for this kind of restaurant. The other desserts were equally poorly made and definitely not tempting. My partner had the bison meal which he enjoyed, but I am reviewing my meal, having expected a flavorful Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Not going back. The open concept kitchen removes any illusion that this is a romantic restaurant. We were surprised the service team wears jeans and sneakers. We enjoyed the roasted corn chowder and split the wedge salad. My husband had the lobster pasta. He enjoyed it but felt it was very rich. I had the sea bass and enjoyed it. I was extremely disappointed in the coffee- bitter Starbucks even here. I expected a nice independent roast option here. Even adding extra cream it was undrinkable. We splurged on desserts. Chocolate tres leches for my husband. I had the peach cake which was good. It was served with honey ice cream- it felt too sweet. Vanilla would have been better or maybe whipped cream. We dressed for fine dining and soon realized anything goes here- golf apparel including shorts for example. Conversations are loud. The cheaper casual Santa Ana Cafe is quieter. We like to have one high end special dinner on vacation. Corn Maiden is not built for that. The staff is very friendly and work well together. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at The Corn Maiden on July 4th. From the welcoming greeting we received from the host who opened the door to our server and the restaurant manager who stopped by our table, customer service was superior. The food was excellent as well. My husband greatly enjoyed the corn bisque and a very large entree of pork chops and au gratin potatoes. I found the tomato salad and striped bass entree superb. We had no room for dessert but enjoyed the restaurants ambience after our meals. Our departure was as pleasant as our entry, with an appreciative good bye from the host. This is a beautiful restaurant and resort complex. We recently went to Tamaya for our anniversary. It was a beautiful day, as many are this time of year in New Mexico. We walked the Bosque trails prior to lunch. It's just beyond the restaurant if your so inclined. The trails take you to the Rio Grande. Lunch: we were all alone on a late Sunday afternoon at the very end of the lunch hour. We shared a salad,some French fries and the chicken and grits lunch menu item (each of us ordered one of the main entrees). The salad was crisp, fresh. French fries crispy and hot. The chicken and grits was unique, even encircled with cholla nibs. I did recommend to the manager (stopped by to say hello And asked us to spread the word about this gem) that the cholla nibs would have been better warm than cold. We each had dessert. I had the raspberry cheesecake, my husband had green Chile apple a la mode. Both were delicious although my husband and I prefer cheesecake without a graham cracker crust. Why a 4 you say? The main course lacked a certain pizzazz in flavoring. The salad was just slightly off. It could have been that we were late arrivals. We will go back. The Hyatt Tamaya is one of those "out of sight, out of mind" places. Literally, when you are driving towards it, you look out into the dark mesa and wonder if you are lost. And you keep wondering, because there are no lights or signs until you've almost decided to turn around. But man, I am so pleased I remembered it. My husband and I had a wonderful date night. Everything was exceptional. The staff was pleasant and incredibly attentive. The atmosphere is wonderful. The food was great. I have to take a minute to give a particular shout out to their Sweet Corn Bisque, simply because I am no good at writing sonnets. A quick shout out will have to suffice. Here's the thing - The Corn Maiden is well out of everyone's way. And it is worth driving there simply for this soup. The end. According to our exceptional waitress, this soup has won gold metals. Yes. Award it all the things, and take my money. The only thing I will say, is maybe call ahead and see if you can "reserve" yourself the seat in front of the fireplace. We were told it was reserved, and then proceeded to sit in the completely empty room for 2 hours while the fireplace yearned for our company. Maybe next time. The SWEET CORN BISQUE. So we deiced lets have new years brunch. The drive out was a little nerve racking as it was snowing but the restaurant was amazing. They have a brunch that will knock your socks off. I really wanted this to be a 4 or 5 Star night but The Corn Maiden falls just a bit short of that. The food and service was average at best. Upon my arrival we waited for nearly 5 min(not long but very long if your keeping track) before being seated which eventually happened but only because one of the culinary staff happened to walk by while we were waiting and he got assistance. Lost a star just for that. Worst part is we had a reservation at that time. The food was also just average. Ordered the green Chile strips which were recommended but just okay. The ratio of batter to green Chile was overwhelming and it could've def used more green Chile. The short ribs were a good change of pace. The ribs and mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked and made me feel like maybe this place would pull it through for me. Then I got to the lobster pasta. The pasta was overcooked(rock hard) and the dish overall was very unfulfilled. Hyped up if you will. All and all just an average experience. Drinks and short rib were the best part of the night. I came here on a business lunch and it was amazing. I had half a flatbread sandwich and had half of my co-worker's BLT croissant. Both were absolutely delicious. The BLT was HUGE! Started with some tortilla soup that was basically tomato bisque. That was perfect. Spicy, creamy, chunks of avocado in it. Their homemade potato chips are phenomenal! Then I had the best lava cake I've even had. Not so much a lava cake as just cake completely covered with a thick layer of chocolate. I never eat dessert at restaurants but I'd order that again in a heartbeat. I can't wait to come back with my wife. Service was EXCELLENT. We had 21 in our group and the service was super fast!! What can i say?? What a great evening!! From the warm/friendly welcome to the great service and delicious vittles, this was an exquisite experience that I'd deem 100% memorable. We gorged, ordering many items due to gluttonous curiosity...and although half way through we were already losing up a few upper bottoms around our waste-line, it was well worth it!! We started with the steamed mussels and blue corn gnocchi accompanied with duck Adovada. Yes America, that is not a typo! "Duck Adovada" and it was amazing...sinful actually. The mussels were also perfect served up in a broth that I could bathe in!!! The Corn Maiden salad came next and it too was also perfect. It's a light salad that actually packs a pretty good punch of flav-a. It's tangy yet lightly savory and sweet with a little kick too. Great assortment of mixed greens and textured veggies to round out this garden party. :) For the main course, although we were full after the salad and appetizers, we went with the Lobster Pasta and Bison tenderloin. So, where to start? The Lobster Pasta was amazing. Now, if you had seafood pastas before, you know that most of the time they can be pretty vanilla or, just a sanctuary of everything but what you'd expect flavor town to be like...excess amounts of garlic, shallots salt and heavy cream - all good but you're usually left wondering, "where's the seafood"??? Well, not here!! The Corn Maiden's Lobster Pasta rocked! One would almost think the Tamaya was a small border town in upstate Main. I bet there was easily 4-5 ounces of fresh Lobster in this dish and, the flavors could couldn't have been more balanced. The Bison Tenderloin was also quite delicious. Seared to a perfect MR, laid gently over a decadent Demi, accompanied with a colorful vegetables and is crazy-sick-good Au Gratin...put a fork in us, were done!! We've eaten here a few times and never been disappointed!!! Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it?? In my humble opinion, yes, yes, yes! Beautiful ambiance! Great selection for a private party. Was here for a small wedding party dinner. Was not impressed with the server who had an extremely cavalier attitude - rarely checking in on our table. When asked for more wine his eyes rolled back. Seriously? It took over 30 minutes between each course. Other tables had already received their dessert. I noticed they had attentive servers & the wedding table was stuck with an absent server. When I asked what was going on one of the staff came over to me & stated that the wait for our food was taking long because we were there on a busy holiday. Well, why wasn't the staff increased if they knew they had to keep up with a wedding party & holiday dinner. Completely inappropriate comment!! If a restaurant cannot handle a holiday & wedding party then it should close its doors and not book a wedding dinner! Not happy with the long wait, and a crude inattentive server. The dishes were interesting & tasty but slightly cold. We continually asked other servers for more drinks, bread...& what's with the bread! It definitely came out of the drive thru market! This place is great for a large stuffed meal. Pleasantly located inside the Hyatt Hotel, it is a great place for an elegant dinner. The brazilian BBQ style dinner isn't really as authentic since it seems to be too upscale to do Brazilian, but the food is great. I would probably go with other meat dishes there if you don't have the stomach for lots of meat. True to Hyatt hotels it is elegantly decorated, but since it is NM I can't really say it has a WOW factor. read more

I have had dinner at the Corn Maiden on a few occasions, and I have always felt like the experience was top notch. However, I never thought of mentioning the restaurant on Yelp because it is a hotel based establishment, and to be candid, I have always thought that the quality was a fluke on the night I happened to dine at the establishment. I have to say, the restaurant has consistently outperformed my expectations and the experience is wonderful. First, in contrast to other favorite restaurants, the ambiance here is quiet and peaceful, which contrasts with some of the loud establishments in Albuquerque. Next, the establishment never seems crowded. The layout provides an intimate setting even with other diners. Last night, we sat next to a fireplace, and had a wonderful dinner. To begin with, we had empanadas and the seared tuna. Both were yummy and had unique flavors, including the kimchee slaw on the tuna, and the dipping sauce for the empanadas. Next, Amon, our wonderful waiter, prepared a salad table side that had a tasty citrus flavored dressing pared with fresh greens. Our main course meals were from the "spit". My wife had chicken, beef rib eye, and chorizo sausage. I had a bison tenderloin, duck breast, and tuna. All were prepared exactly as ordered, which is a testament to the chef as I ordered medium bison, medium rare duck, and rare tuna. The plates were ordained with a simple corn husk and vegetable medley. The side dish was potatoes au gratin served in individual iron ramekins. The sides were delicious! The potatoes were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was incredibly rich without turning into an oil or coagulating into a mealy cream. The proteins were wonderfully prepared simply, with a spice that accentuated what was the natural tastes of each portion. Which brings me to this point. Every time I have been to this restaurant, they have produced an excellent quality of cuisine with generous portions. The dessert course was splendid. We were celebrating my birthday, and they provided me a choice of desserts on the house. I picked the chocolate cake and my wife chose the three way Cree brûlée. Both were wonderful. I'm very picky about calories as I participate in triathlons, so generally, I might try a spoon of a dessert to simply taste, but then turn away convinced the calories are not worth the next day's bike ride or run. In this case, I had the entire piece of cake and a few spoons of the crime brûlée! So, I had a long ride today, it was well worth it. Our waiter, Amon, was incredible. He would wait for a break in our discussion to ensure everything was perfect, and he did a wonderful job of providing suggestions. We wanted for nothing, and he was professional and excellent at his craft. Additionally, the manager came by to talk towards the end of our dinner. He wanted to ensure everything was "perfect." All together, an excellent experience. We will be back, one of our favorite things to do as a one night get away, is to stay at the hotel, have dinner, and then play a game in the living room such as scrabble. Mediocre at best pretty much sums it up. We had gone here a few years ago and thought it was incredible but hadn't been back since it's quite a drive from where we're at and was outrageously expensive- but worth it at the time. I was expecting a modified menu due to the construction (which didn't really seem to impact the restaurant that much, it was only on the outside it appeared but this was nothing better than your typical overpriced, fair to average hotel restaurant- nothing like the dining experience we had previously had. I was really looking forward to the wine list based on some of the reviews and I have no idea why people are raving about it- not only was the selection minimal (*maybe* a dozen total including sparkling/white/red, etc.), the ones that were there were not great and ridiculously overpriced. The most expensive (except for the sparkling) retail wise per bottle was about $20 and that's what they were charging per glass. Most were in the $12-15 range with glass prices right at that as well. I tried a $15 pinot noir that was really nothing to write home about and should have been priced half that. I'm not saying that a wine has to be expensive to be good, not at all, but I expected a few selections that were special given what I thought this restaurant was supposed to be. Enough about the abomination of a wine list, the food was also pretty average. They had a dinner buffet that seemed to include a selection of several of the most popular menu items. Seemed like a pretty good option and wasn't outrageously expensive ($25). Some of the selections included prime rib, their corn chowder, mashed potatoes, short ribs, enchiladas, veggies, a mini salad bar, and dessert. The food was hit or miss but we tried to get a little sample of everything between the two of us. The mashed potatoes were the most memorable if that gives you any indication. The short ribs had a bbq sauce that was to die for but they weren't super tender and were a bit dry. Prime rib was good as were what I think were enchiladas and stuffed sole but nothing terribly unique. The corn chowder was good, worth trying but the posole was not even recognizable as posole for anyone who actually knows what it's supposed to be. Not only was it bland, it was a weird combination of beans (pinto and red? Not really sure) and sausage with hominy. It was just weird...and gross. For any non-locals, if this is/was your only exposure to posole, go somewhere else. The salad bar was ok but had some good smoked salmon. Not sure what they were doing with that wanna be caprese salad since there wasn't any balsamic anywhere to be found (either on the salad or at the salad bar) and it was just plain ol' mozzarella slices with barely detectable sprigs of basil. The roasted vegetables were totally unseasoned, greasy, and mushy. Really makes me wonder if the buffet was concocted of leftovers from Valentines or something. Dessert was good and flavor-wise, probably the best of all of it. The apple pie was delicious as it wasn't too sweet or syrupy along with the caramel? dulce de leche? (not sure) swirled cheesecake. Husband had the chocolate cake which could have been awesome but was extremely dry. All in all, our damage for the two buffets and a drink for each of us was nearly $100 after tip. This was NOT a $100 meal. Service was just ok. The waitress was pleasant but once we opted for the buffet she was pretty much non existent and it took nearly 30 minutes to get the check which was annoying. Don't think we'll be back, there's many other amazing places in ABQ for a nice dinner out and this is no longer on my list as one of them. read more

While staying at the Hyatt Tamaya Resort and Spa I dined at Corn Maiden. The food is delicious. It tastes so fresh with the seasonings and ingredients they use. I tried breakfast and the dinner buffet. I also tried the blue corn enchiladas. They were amazing. The restaurant is pricey. But I think it is worth trying. read more

They were closed on Tuesday night. They opened just for us! When you think you've seen people at their best and it can't get any better, some people will surprise you. The staff and chef did that last night. We had stuffed jalapeño mushroom, Brie with raspberry sauce, beef Wellington for appetizers. We had their award winning corn soup, salad, and a choice of filet mignonette, chicken and prawns. I got the prawns on a corn garbanzo hash with asparagus, and cactus on the side. Food was spot on! There were 45 satisfied bellies. I don't know how they did it but they also put on a lighting show (lightning and thunder) at the end of the night!. Call ahead. I recommend this place for visitors and locals. read more

First of all, it is in a beautiful location, just north of Albuquerque and south of Santa Fe on the sacred lands if the Santa Ana Pueblo. The Sandia Mountains are part of the back drop. The restaurant is in the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa. We arrived at night and drove down a long winding narrow road in the desert until we finally came upon the entrance. The butternut squash bisque was excellent as was the grilled chicken quesadilla. We followed that with one of the signature rotisseries, The Range. Herb rubbed buffalo, orange marinated duck and the cinnamon peppercorn rubbed pork loin. All really good though I personally did not eat the duck, but my wife and our friend thought it was good. For dessert I believe we had an amazing maple walnut pear tart. I would recommend this place though it is a bit of a drive. read more

Enjoyed the atmosphere, wood burning stove and the staff were so friendly. We had the brunch Buffett, everything was perfect! The Buffett had omelette bar, fruits and so forth. Restroom were clean and the waiter kept checking on us and didn't mind talking to us at the table. I'm looking forward to another brunch soon. read more

We have been going there for many years to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays just special occasions. We went this past weekend and were very disappointed to find the menu and staff had changed into a high cost Golden Corral. The young lady told us that we could enjoy the buffet. We looked over the new menu and the atmosphere was not special. We ordered drinks and then decided to leave. It is sad that they had to go Holiday Innish! I tried to call the management but never got through. No one called back. Now we will search for another special place! read more

If you are staying at the Hyatt Tamaya or even if you live locally, be sure to check out their on-site fine dining restaurant, the Corn Maiden. On the menu you will find traditional american steaks and chops with a New Mexican twist. We tried the "kurobuta pork tenderloin with roasted fingerlings, cotija grilled corn, and chimayo demi" and the "Duck breast with epazote freekeh, roasted baby leeks, and balsamic choke cherry glaze". Both dishes were cooked to order (at the chef's recommended temperature) and had exceptional flavor. Also greatly appreciated was that these dishes weren't overly spicy as some food in the southwest can be. The wine list is extensive and filled with local and global choices. The prices aren't exactly cheap (entrees $20-$60; the bill for our party of 4 came to just under $300 after tip), but you certainly get what you pay for. We made reservations far in advance (at the recommendation of their website) but when we arrived for our 8pm reservation the restaurant was less than half full. The only negative I had was that they seem to ignore their business casual dress code. Around the restaurant there were several adults and children dressed in resort-wear (tee shirts, swim trunks, and flip flops) -- it heavily distracted us from what otherwise was an exceptional dining experience. As a note for those who have allergies, I informed our server of my nut allergy and he graciously informed the chef. We had a strategic business meeting that took place all day long. We went here for lunch and boy was it the escape we needed from our dreary meeting. Two of the other executives ordered the enchiladas and they were quite happy with them. The green chili this season seems to be particularly spicy but that's my favorite. I ordered the chicken and beef fajitas. They were delicious and they came out still sizzling on the platter, amazing. They also came with a side of rice and beans. The condiments on the side were cheese guacamole and sour cream. The tortillas also had grill marks on them to indicate that they were toasted to perfection. The staff was very nice.
