Fun location for good food, good no-frills beer/drinks at reasonable prices. They pride themselves on being a place for the Average Joe to grab a drink, some grub & hang out with people who just want to relax at a local pub. They recently opened a 70's themed bar area upstairs called The Shag Bar; I'll have to check it out, but the pics look cool! Don't be high maintenance and ask for fancy drinks where tweezers are used to decorate them, because they may laugh at you! Ha! I missed the old Molly's Pub from years ago, but happy that this is now the new neighborhood pub!

This is so close to my office. I should get lunch here more often. Got to tell you their signature chips are out of this world

5 Stars - Something Truly Special…read more This place is something special. A friend of mine told me about it -- and he is not easy to impress when it comes to restaurants. He's usually the guy who finds something to critique. So when he described this place as "incredible," "authentic," "unbelievable," and "special," I honestly couldn't believe how highly he was praising it. Then I went. I was absolutely blown away. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt warm and welcoming. The service wasn't just good -- it was genuine. The staff treated me like family. They kept bringing out dishes for me to try, excited to share their food. I didn't even pay for some of it -- and I actually insisted on paying because it was just too good not to. (And yes... I wanted more.) The food? Incredible. Authentic Honduran cooking that completely won me over. I'm from New York City, where you're spoiled with diversity and world-class restaurants on every corner. Lancaster has some solid spots, but this? This competes with -- and honestly beats -- many places I've had in NYC. I genuinely couldn't believe it. The atmosphere was festive, vibrant, and full of heart. You can tell this isn't just a business -- it's pride, culture, and passion on a plate. Give this place your money. They deserve every cent. The servers are top-notch, the food is unforgettable, and the experience feels personal. They've earned a loyal customer. I'll be back -- many times.

This spot has had a lot of turnover and I don't quite know why. It's just down the street from one…read moreof the busiest slice and beer places...that being said we were finally hearing good things about the food here and a quick survey of the menu showed some gluten free options. I didn't see an alcohol menu so I took a chance and grabbed a bottle of wine to take along. It was busy enough on a Friday evening but not a full restaurant. Too busy for one server doing all front of house duties though. I don't think this restaurant or the last occupant have done anything to the interior space although there were less tables in the lower dining room. The menu is large but not descriptive. On a day when the server isn't getting slammed I get the feeling that he'd love to offer verbal descriptions but during our visit it was not going to happen. Anyway, on to the food which was all quite good. The sauces were the star for me. Birria empanadas (GF) were excellent. That Birria consommé was worth the entire trip! The carnitas tacos were flavorful with generous portions. The mofongo platter was huge. Needless to say, we have enough leftovers for another few meals. It's worth a visit.
