The restaurant is one flight up with indoor and outdoor seating, even our inside table offered fantastic water views. Shared an order of burrata (a special of the day) to start, thoroughly enjoyed the creamy globe of cheese resting on tricolor sauce with toast points. My bouillabaisse, comprised of a large lobster tail, clams, mussels, and white fish, was well spiced with a saffron-based broth and served up with butter-slathered toast to mop it all up. Yummy! Partner's lobster rigatoni was made with plenty of fresh lobster meat and a well flavored creamy sauce. He said it was filling and delicious. Excellent experience overall, would definitely return when in the area.

I was slightly disappointed the lobster didn't budge easily out of the shell. Nevertheless, the Bouillasse still remains a favorite. Without a doubt, I'll be back for more.

We moved on to the glazed pork rib, yellowtail roll, california roll, and a salmon roll. The pork rib was tender but lacking flavor, however the rolls were really good. My favorite sushi in the hamptons is probably suki zuki, however, I don't think that any hamptons sushi is worth it as it is expensive and not great. This was some of the best I have had, better than sen in my opinion. The drinks were also very good. I dont know if I will be back as it is very far from me and bougie, but definetly great for a special occasion, if you sit outside.
