Today my mom reported that a technician named David came to their house and in less than 5 minutes discovered that they did not understand how to light the pilot light. The gas logs are new to them. He helped them change the batteries to the remote and explained how to maintain the logs. Not only was he on time and polite, he didn't even charge them for the service call. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend them based on this great experience.

They scoped the engine and told us exactly what was wrong with it with photos. We ordered an engine off of Ebay and when it arrived it was in sub par condition to say the least. They documented it for us with photos and an an honest opinion of "we cant, with a good conscience, install this engine in this truck" We sent it back and got a full refund thanks to John and the "A" team.
